We had a lovely visit with Patricia in the Club Lounge. We had been here two years ago, and it was a delight to see her again. She’s cheerful, helpful and so gracious.

First off, there was tons of parking when we got to the hotel after 10pm and we could park close to the entrance which was great when it was -42. The guy that check us in was the best. He had a great personality and had us all laughing and realized the room they had set aside for us wasn’t in the greatest location so he moved us to a better room. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. We spent a couple hours in the ******, all staff in there were great as well. Will definitely be back.
