"Facilities: The facilities are complete, clean, and comfortable. The two bedrooms are fantastic. The kitchen is fully equipped and convenient (the only downside is the refrigerator is a bit noisy at night). Breakfast is excellent, and you can even make your own waffles. Environment: The external environment is also good. It's a bit far from the highway, so nighttime noise is acceptable. Cleanliness: The restroom is clean and tidy. Towels and bath towels are plentiful and clean, and the bedding is also very clean. Service: The staff are very helpful. Overall: Very good!"

"We stayed as a stop over on our way to Banff, and although the pics looked good, the place was visibly run down on arrival. The check in was great, Dayton at the front desk was very kind and polite. The pool area was dark and dingy. There were about 25 kids aged around 8-9 years old screaming and tearing the place up with no parental supervision. Rooms are small, beds uncomfortable, ice machine was broken, coffee in the lobby was like tar, and we noticed that there are no fire extinguishers on any floor either. Spend a little extra and stay elsewhere. Literally have nothing good to say about this stay except that the customer service on check in was great."
