"The room was very clean. A CAD 150 deposit is required at check-in. It's a one-bedroom, two-bath unit, perfect for 3-4 people. It has a microwave and dishwasher. There are many restaurants within a 20-minute walk, and I highly recommend the Da Long Xia (Big Lobster) set meal—it's a great deal. I would choose this place again next time."

"The room exceeded expectations. It is the most comfortable and beautiful B&B I have stayed in in the past year. Maybe it is because it is newly opened and there are not many guests! The bathroom is very spacious and equipped with all branded toiletries. The room is well lit and quiet, the mattress is very comfortable, there are many decorations in the room, and it has a strong artistic atmosphere! The restaurant on the first floor is equipped with a coffee machine and coffee beans, so you can make your own coffee!"

"the hotel staff and atmosphere was amazing. exceptional customer service. the place was quiet and clean and we loved our room. only downside was that someone was smoking **** and the smell disturbed us. overall, 4.5 stars."

"The hotel room facilities are complete, and the layout is just like in the picture, what you see is what you get. The room is spacious and bright, and it is not cramped at all for a family of four. The room is equipped with a kitchen, with a stove and three kinds of pots, as well as plates, bowls, and cups, which are enough for cooking, which is very convenient. The hotel staff is very nice, and we will choose to stay here next time. There are many restaurants around the hotel, which can be reached by foot."

"After hours they don’t have anyone to check in,I need to check in by Sheraton.and the they misunderstood me and they tell me I am lucky because the room is still available,otherwise I have to leave the hotel.i have to pay twice for deposit.and I question them why have to hold twice the deposit,they said they always here,but they don’t know I don’t live in Canada.it is ok the do that,but not the right way to speak to customers like that."

"Good Hotel will stay again . Large room with bath and all equipment working well .Great coffee machine and excellent choice of decaf if required . Good gym but a floor mat would help and good clock with sweep hand for timing is excellent. Paper cups for bathroom and coffee is a real no no had to request a proper cup and we missed request for sheet change."
