"Knowing that every year, June is summertime in this location, yet the air conditioner is effectively not working at all. The room is so cramped and small, with a good AC, it will cool the hot room really fast. Our room unit control Air flow is set to max & lowest temperature yet - its HOT & HUMID the whole night. Couldn't get a good sleep at all. What are we paying for then ???
This is the ONLY point that caused the whole rating to be real bad."
"It was very unclear where the airport pick-up point actually was when you come out of the building. All they told me on the phone was that it's terminal 1, gate 3 and a black van. Well if they had elaborated and explained that you go past the taxi ranks to the coach pick-up section, that would have been far less stressful at 11pm. Once there, there was indeed a black van with the 'Nash' branding on the side which arrived in 10 minutes. A short ride away (5 mins) and we got dropped off at the hotel. Late check-in is at the reception desk in the airport hotel next door. For some reason, the lift in the hotel next to reception wasn't working (myself and another guest tried to get it to work) - meanwhile some hotel employee was on the phone in the room next door. I then had to carry my 23kg bag fortunately up just one flight of stairs, but this would be an issue for other guests with limited mobility. Transfer back to the airport the next morning was pretty smooth. In summary, clearer instructions around the pick-up and a working lift would have improved the experience, but it was still perfectly adequate and convenient for an early morning flight at 7am."
"During our recent stay, we used the complimentary airport shuttle service. Upon arriving at the airport, the driver refused to assist us with our luggage, despite this typically being part of the service — especially important as we are a group of women and I personally have an arm injury.
When I asked the driver for assistance, he ignored my request and insisted we handle the luggage ourselves. However, moments later, when two European passengers approached, he quickly helped them without hesitation. He also removed all other passengers’ luggage except ours. Only after I insisted again did he very reluctantly and roughly unload our luggage.
This behavior was highly disrespectful, and the difference in treatment was so stark that it felt clearly discriminatory — suggesting that we were being treated differently because we are Asian."
"Excellent location with regular shuttles to and from the airport and easy transport connections into Geneva. Friendly staff and reception team who gave us a print out of transport to take and explained it very clearly. Free coffee in hotel reception too which was a bonus. Rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good, fresh pastries, cereal, yoghurts and some hot food. Excellent value for money and would highly recommend."
"we got airport shuttle service directly from airport to hotel, got away from the hassle to push around with our bags first day in geneva. hotel provided us free transport card to tour around geneva, receptionist given us guide to nearest tram station. could saviour yourself some late night supper with mcdonald’s which just 2mins walk from hotel. hotel cleanliness was great! ambience was nice, bathroom’s hot water was hot enough! overall great stay!"
"The hotel is in a good location, clean, and the rooms are big enough. The French guy at the front desk actually knows Chinese. The hotel breakfast is good, the products are good, the taste is great, and the service is also very thoughtful!"
"I booked this for a friend, and they had an excellent multi-day stay. They said they'd definitely stay here again on their next visit. It's also very convenient to get to the train station."
"The service is very good. We were also told that there are free one-day bus tickets. The bed in the room is also very comfortable. It is a good choice at this price"

"Very good stay. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel foyer area looks impressive, but the rooms were slightly lacking…they were clean and well decorated but I wasn’t a fan of the open shelving for clothes, there was no hairdryer (can be requested from reception), no fridge/minibar and only 1 towel for 2 guests? These were small issues though, and were the only minus points. Right behind the hotel, a 2 minute walk, is the rail station straight in to Geneva which was a huge benefit. The only other thing I would point out is that the free shuttle from the airport needs to be arranged/booked in advance, easy enough but I didn’t realise until arrival at the airport."
