Find the Cheap San Pedro De Atacama Hotels

We stayed 4 nights here on B&B basis . We were warmly welcomed and shown around and had explanations to all amenities. The room is large and very comfortable with a terrace. Coffee making machine but unfortunately missing a kettle and tea making facilities which is a shame. The safe is large and the minibar replenished every day . The food was EXCELLENT! There is a very talented chef .every evening the menu changes and the portions are just right so you can have a starter , main and desert without feeling too full . The fresh warm bread with different butter every night . The BBQ night was excellent too . Lunch by pool very good and bar served some great cocktails. The breakfast buffet is amazing with lots of choices and everything fresh. We didn’t do any excursions as we had a car and did our thing . The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There are several pools and one that is heated which is great as it gets cold here . Pool area is a bit run down You can also do a lama feeding but they’re weren’t very cooperative 😂😂 The only negative is that the furniture is very cheap and in some areas a bit run down. The attention to details in the fixtures and areas by the pool is not there . While it didn’t spoil our stay , some may resent paying this price for something that’s not that luxurious. The spa was nice but I’ve seen better The situation is great as outside of SPA so very quiet. A great place with great facilities and amazing food but lacks the attention to detail of similar luxury hotels but as I said didn’t spoil our stay

On the outskirts of San Pedro. They have a coach which will take you and to the town. They have a whatsapp number you can message to book this as well as ask for anything else. The room was lovely. You have to understand in San Pedro that they just do not have high rise buildings and the buildings are simple in design. The hotel was very comfortable. We had a lovely bathroom and an outdoor shower which was a treat! My advice is to enforce a no shoe policy in the room as it will soon get dusty from your shoes if you don't! We had a little outside area which was peaceful and nice to see some nature. The gym is not well equipped - the machines were not plugged in. They only had 2 x 5kg dumbbells. A good chance to do some weights! The pools were nice enough and the hot tub nice but did not have bubbles in the one we went into. They have trips available to book but we did not go on these. Breakfast was ok - an ok selection of items and no a la carte. Our only annoyance was when purchasing a drink from the bar they would not add it on to the room bill and you had to pay for it there and then. It just means we would have been charged a few times for the foreign transaction fee. We have never seen this practice before anywhere else in the world.

Lodge Quelana is the perfect place to stay, a respite just outside of the dusty, tourist filled town of San Pedro. We were so glad to not be staying in the town. We had a car, so it was convenient, but one could take taxis and Ubers. The people working the front desk (that would be you, Paola) and in the breakfast room are really helpful and friendly. The rooms are actually small casitas and very comfortable and well furnished. I especially liked the privacy this afforded and our small private patio. We traveled for almost five weeks in Chile and Argentina, and this was our favorite place that we stayed. The pool is clean and nice. The breakfast is generous and good, a combination of eggs cooked to order and a buffet of baked goods, fruits, yogurt, meat and cheese, and fresh juices made on site. Paola helped us arrange the tickets that were needed to visit some of the sights and suggest options to us. We were reluctant to leave when it was time to head to Patagonia.

Fantastic hotel - lovely rooms (we had the Small Double and it was more than fine for the two of us) and all areas beautifully done. The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Raul, whose recommendations and advice was invaluable. Only slight drawback was not having an on-site restaurant but there are so many good places within 5 minutes walk that it really doesn’t matter (again, really good recommendations made!) Right in the centre of San Pedro (actually behind the church) but felt very safe and secure, and literally a couple of minutes from the shops, market, restaurants and excursion agents. Breakfast was fine - eggs an option to the buffet; fresh OJ on request and access to coffee etc whenever needed. Towels available for hire for the excursions that involve swimming. We stayed for 3 lovely days and would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for looking after us so well.

Amazing place and facilities with friendly staff, would definitely come back again if ever in Atacama.

The hotel covers a large area, but the road in Atacama is full of gravel, and this hotel is no exception. The hotel does not have a lobby boy. For those who drag the suitcase, the large area is a disaster, and the wheels of the suitcase are laborious and laborious. The family room has 5 beds, but it offers accommodation for 2 people, plus $40 for one person. Breakfast is provided, but it is later than our needs. Breakfast is required in advance and additional purchases are required. Overall average.

We booked a 4 night stay directly with the hotel. They respond promptly to requests and questions. The hotel is about a 1.5-hour drive from Calama Airport. The staff at this hotel are pleasant, attentive, and accommodating. The check-in/out process was quick and easy. The restaurant has excellent food and service. There is a turn down service. Our room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Wi-Fi connection throughout the property was very good. Desertica gives guests a refillable water bottle. We had access to filtered water in the hotel. The grounds are gorgeous. This property is conveniently located at the edge of the town center within a short walk to shops, stores, and restaurants. We were glad we decided to stay here.

We stayed here for 3 nights following our trip into the salt flats. The rooms are large and comfortable with a covered seating area outside. Large clean bathroom. We had a huge water bottle with tap in the room. Staff were extremely helpful and some spoke English which was so handy as embarrassingly I can't speak Spainish. If you need to pick up a Chilean sim, they sell them in the reception for around $2 US with 1gb of data. It can then be topped up. There is a lovely hot tub which can be booked in 1 1/2 hour sessions. No fridge in our room but there is a communal fridge for all to use. This hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the centre. It's a flat walk. However if you don't fancy that , don't worry. The hotel provides a free shuttle service, drop off and pick up pretty much all day. You just message on WhatsApp and they pick you up within about 5 to 10 mins. So don't worry about being slightly out of town. We booked a trip to El Tito geysers in the town and there was no issue picking us up from this location. A very relaxing stay with friendly helpful staff who are all the same family. Highly recommended.
