"這是我十來天快二十天第二個差評酒店，一般不會給差評，但是這服務確實不太行。首先我是17號訂的18號入住，然後18號這天去辦理入住，酒店女前台拿着身份證查了一遍又一遍跟我説沒有我的名字以及訂單，我把手機訂單反覆給她查閲，依舊沒有找到，等了得有快二十分鐘，前台找不到跟我説讓我先拿着東西入住，然後讓交兩百的按金，住了這麼多天的酒店這是第一家需要交按金的酒店而且還是叫國際酒店，其實當時我就已經很煩躁了👍🏻她的態度很像我們沒有提前預訂似的◉‿◉入住後十分鐘左右，再次打過來電話讓我下去進行核對，她沒有找到。下去了就看見她在和前一天對接的前台打電話，電話裏説得很清楚，上一個前台走的時候交接班跟她説了有一個提前一天預訂的讓她備註一下，她自己沒有聽見，這服務認真度真的，也不是什麼學生了，怎麼能這麼馬虎？我們出門吃了口飯回來問她是不是明天按金就退了？她大聲的説了一句“你們還沒有辦理入住”，我懵了，把房卡拿出來給她看，她又用不可置信的語氣問我們“沒住就要按金了？”我去，這根本就沒有服務態度好吧？然後問了一下可以再給兩瓶水嗎？她指一旁的自助售貨機讓自己去買，態度很不好。最後是酒店的床有點不合理，床下太亮了"
