This is my second bad review hotel in ten days and 20 days. I generally don't give bad reviews, but this service is really not good. First of all, I booked the 18th on the 17th, and then went to check in on the 18th. The female front desk of the hotel checked her ID card and told me that there was no my name and order. I checked the mobile phone order repeatedly for her, but I still didn’t find it. I waited for almost 20 minutes. The front desk couldn’t find it and told me to take things first, and then let me pay two hundred deposits. After staying for so many days, this is the first hotel that needs to pay deposits and it is still called an international hotel. In fact, I was already very irritable at that time. 👍🏻 Her attitude is very similar to that we did not book in advance. Like ◉‿◉ about ten minutes after check-in, I called again and asked me to go down and check, but she didn't find it. When I went down, I saw her calling the front desk that she had docked with the previous day. The phone said very clearly. When the last front desk left, the handover class told her that there was a reservation one day in advance for her to make a note. She didn’t hear it herself. The service is serious and really, and it’s not a student. How can we be so sloppy? We went out for a meal and came back and asked if she would refund the deposit tomorrow? She said aloud ”you haven't checked in yet”, I was stunned, took out the room card to show her, and she asked us in an unbelievable tone, ”If you don't live, you have to deposit the money?” I went, there is no service attitude at all, okay? Then I asked if I could give two more bottles of water? She pointed to the self-service vending machine on the side to let herself buy, and the attitude was very bad. Finally, the hotel bed was a bit unreasonable, the bed was too bright.

The room is large, the price is very high, there is breakfast, maybe because of the new opening, the room temperature is very high, the taste is very heavy! The air conditioning outside is not effective, the window is ventilated for a long time, the family can not sleep and open the window to fall asleep, the family is awakened by the smell of coughing at five in the morning, because the air conditioning effect is not good. The night before, I called the front desk and said that someone came to see and no one came to the door.

The hotel is located in the center of Alashankou. It is very convenient to travel. There are many restaurants nearby. This time we mainly went to Alashankou Port and Alashankou Free Trade Zone. The room is large in size, and there is a living room where you can drink tea and chat. Because the train leaves at around 8pm, I extended the room for half a day and checked out to the train station at 6pm. The hotel staff and security are nice and very welcoming. The hotel breakfast is also good.
