The room at this price does not support continuous hot water bathing for more than 15 minutes. After urging several times, I came to clean at 16:00 in the afternoon, and no one cleaned the room in the same room. 5.8 ~9 o'clock breakfast experience is very poor, even basic milk can not be guaranteed, bed and pillow farmhouse level. Most of the service staff are still more enthusiastic, the dishes are decent, and the scenery is worth the price, but it will definitely not come again.

The overall feeling is not bad, the transportation is convenient, the bedding is very comfortable, I will come again next time.

不好的：房間沒有圖片看着大，房間衞生地板有水漬也沒有特別乾淨，不太符合這個價位該有的衞生情況。 服務配套不行，早餐有的東西沒了，過了很久都沒有補充，導致沒東西吃，用餐體驗不好，周圍比較偏僻沒吃的，衹有酒店可以吃，但是酒店的東西貴又不好吃，特別點名自助小火鍋，東西太次了，還不如外面的39塊單人旋轉小火鍋，實在要吃，雲頂餐廳還行，就是貴。 孩子超過130的都要補早餐費。 環境：挺好的，酒店很美，山上俯瞰全景也很美 設施：小童設施也挺好 服務態度不錯，但是就是配置管理有待加強 餐飲也是需要改善…… 建議體驗一下團購房型就可以了沒必要花三亞五星酒店的錢住這種。

Hotel room is clean and spacious! breakfast spread was good. staff was friendly and checking in and out process was fast. overall a good stay!

Location of the hotel was great , atmosphere is 👍👍 .. rooms is clean and most catch my eyes is every rooms still have tea set so is great if u want to have a tea in your rooms at night.. hotel also manage to have arrange all my booking together at one level which make me very easy to take care my elderly relatives..breakfast not bad but replenish was bit slow.. overall we are very happy with our stay there , will surely book again if we are going next round for our yearly visit to Xiamen!
