GGuest UserI've been staying here since last year when I came back to the county town because I thought the environment was relatively new and looked clean. Last night, I actually found tissues in the quilt. At first, I was confused and thought I had dropped a tissue on the ground, so I picked it up and threw it in the trash can. Later, when I lay on the bed, there were tissues under my feet. I got up and found that there were still tissues in the quilt. I notified the front desk and they changed my room at around 2:00 in the middle of the night. It was really disgusting.

HHormuzFacilities: The laundry room is super convenient with all-in-one washer-dryers, meeting all basic needs. The breakfast spread is also very rich and varied, offering vegetables, fruits, and whole grains (the bread was particularly delicious!). Clearly, their main focus is on cleanliness and healthy options.
Hygiene: The overall hygiene was truly excellent, and the rooms were very well-lit.
Environment: The general environment was pleasant and comfortable. The bed, in particular, was incredibly cozy – neither too hard nor too soft, just the perfect firmness for a wonderfully restful sleep.
Service: The front desk staff were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly responsive, immediately finding solutions for any requests I had. I had a very pleasant stay!

11386015****A day before our arrival, the housekeeper sent us a detailed message with all sorts of tips and information. They covered everything, even asking if we were traveling with children so they could prepare special toiletries and toys for them. The swimming pool had free water guns and kayaks, and the lobby offered free Hanfu for photo ops. When I arrived, I saw a lovely young lady waiting for us in the parking lot – it turned out to be Xiao Shi, who I had been communicating with. This seemingly delicate girl actually helped us with our luggage and guided us to our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. What's more, when my sister left her cosmetics in the room, Xiao Shi contacted me immediately and even delivered them to our door! Such a dedicated personal butler definitely deserves a bonus! Thank you, Xiao Shi!

MM630888****I didn't expect that there is such a cost-effective hotel in Longmen. The hotel is very new and seems to have been newly opened. The overall environment is good. The main room is clean and tidy. I actually slept well! Also, the lady at the front desk who received us had a great attitude! The only thing I felt was lacking was that the breakfast could be better.

MM19263****The hotel owner is super enthusiastic. I drove to Guanqiao from Xiamen for a business trip. The tram was almost out of power. I asked if there was a charging pile nearby to charge. The hotel owner directly helped me drive it for free. It was really a bit unexpected. I was flattered. Feeling, very very nice! Before leaving, the girl at the front desk also sent a companion cup, and I will definitely come to live next time on business trip!

GGuest UserI will stay at this hotel in Anxi. This hotel has been in Anxi for many years, but the room has been renovated. I specially picked a room with a lake view. I opened the curtains at night and enjoyed the lake view. It was very pleasant.
