HHormuzFacilities: The laundry room is super convenient with all-in-one washer-dryers, meeting all basic needs. The breakfast spread is also very rich and varied, offering vegetables, fruits, and whole grains (the bread was particularly delicious!). Clearly, their main focus is on cleanliness and healthy options.
Hygiene: The overall hygiene was truly excellent, and the rooms were very well-lit.
Environment: The general environment was pleasant and comfortable. The bed, in particular, was incredibly cozy – neither too hard nor too soft, just the perfect firmness for a wonderfully restful sleep.
Service: The front desk staff were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly responsive, immediately finding solutions for any requests I had. I had a very pleasant stay!

TTenderAlixIt was nice to stay for two nights. It's very comfortable every time I come here. The key is that the service is in place. Seeing that I was drinking tea, they gave me a lot of water. I will stay here again next time. It's economical and affordable. Hahaha

TTuonihuijiaCame to Anxi and booked a night at Magnolia. The hotel staff provided smiling service throughout the whole process. It was very considerate. Because I booked a car at 7 o'clock in the morning, I had urgent work and needed to leave at 6:30. The hotel breakfast started at 7 o'clock. I went to the restaurant at 6:20 with a try mentality. At that time, the meal was not ready. The aunt helped us to cook noodles on the spot, coffee and milk enthusiastically. It was so touching! This is too humane. 2 When I came back at night, my girlfriend's clothes were stained with coffee. The front desk sister saw it and immediately told us that there was a laundry area on the fourth floor. We could go to wash it. If it was not convenient, we could also contact the outside washing arrangement immediately. We could wear it after one night! Nice. I like the thoughtfulness of the front desk lady and the meticulous service of the hotel! 3 On the day of check-in, we booked a 1.5-bed room. The front desk lady saw that we were two people staying in, and she was afraid that we would not sleep well, so she upgraded us to a 1.8-bed Jingya bed for free. My God, this is really the first time I have stayed in a hotel so many times. It was so touching! 4 After checking out, I forgot to bring the charger. I called the hotel and added WeChat. It was actually mailed back to my home by SF Express for free. Full of sincerity, Magnolia Hotel. [Love]

11386015****A day before our arrival, the housekeeper sent us a detailed message with all sorts of tips and information. They covered everything, even asking if we were traveling with children so they could prepare special toiletries and toys for them. The swimming pool had free water guns and kayaks, and the lobby offered free Hanfu for photo ops. When I arrived, I saw a lovely young lady waiting for us in the parking lot – it turned out to be Xiao Shi, who I had been communicating with. This seemingly delicate girl actually helped us with our luggage and guided us to our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. What's more, when my sister left her cosmetics in the room, Xiao Shi contacted me immediately and even delivered them to our door! Such a dedicated personal butler definitely deserves a bonus! Thank you, Xiao Shi!

GGuest UserI didn't expect that there is such a cost-effective hotel in Longmen. The hotel is very new and seems to have been newly opened. The overall environment is good. The main room is clean and tidy. I actually slept well! Also, the lady at the front desk who received us had a great attitude! The only thing I felt was lacking was that the breakfast could be better.

The design of the tea room is very unique and full of cultural atmosphere. The cultural and creative decoration such as ”the story of a leaf” hangs on the wall, which makes people feel a sense of tranquility and elegance in an instant. The environment of the tea room is very comfortable! A good place for leisure travel!

GGuest UserThe hotel owner is super enthusiastic. I drove to Guanqiao from Xiamen for a business trip. The tram was almost out of power. I asked if there was a charging pile nearby to charge. The hotel owner directly helped me drive it for free. It was really a bit unexpected. I was flattered. Feeling, very very nice! Before leaving, the girl at the front desk also sent a companion cup, and I will definitely come to live next time on business trip!
