"I've been staying here since last year when I came back to the county town because I thought the environment was relatively new and looked clean. Last night, I actually found tissues in the quilt. At first, I was confused and thought I had dropped a tissue on the ground, so I picked it up and threw it in the trash can. Later, when I lay on the bed, there were tissues under my feet. I got up and found that there were still tissues in the quilt. I notified the front desk and they changed my room at around 2:00 in the middle of the night. It was really disgusting."

"This resort is my top choice for a short, relaxing getaway from the city. The natural scenery is beautiful and tranquil, and soaking in the hot springs effectively soothes both mind and body. The room's soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The duty manager was incredibly attentive throughout my check-in process, offering thoughtful and warm service that truly deserves five stars. The breakfast selection is extensive, and I particularly appreciated the freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices – they made me feel very healthy! The taxi service was also prompt and responsive. On the downside, the rope-woven loungers on the balcony were moldy, making them unusable. The check-in process felt a bit cold, with no one to assist with luggage upon arrival or deliver it to the room. The checkout process was also..."
