📍 No. 88 Qingshuiyan, Pengxi Village, Penglai Town, Anxi

"This is our top choice for a family vacation! The rooms are clean and spacious, and the entire resort grounds have a wonderful, vibrant feel. Even though it was a Golden Week holiday, the service was impeccable. A lovely lady, Manager Shi, who I later found out from a staff member is the Operations Director, was so kind and genuine. I had an urgent meeting come up and asked her if there was a private space I could use, and she arranged the Huaxiangyuan private room for me. I was so touched! We'll definitely be back next month!"

"Everything was great! The only suggestion I have is for dinner to be a buffet option, not just à la carte. The restaurant's food wasn't really to my taste and there weren't many options for foreigners. Breakfast, however, was fantastic!"

"We got here late at night and so our experience of the surrounding area isn't a whole lot. But we passed by the nearby city core and there was a lot of action at night, so I assume the location is food. There is electrochromic glass between the bed and the washroom (only the single queen bed one), and it was kinda cool. We did get the breakfast (as an add-ons) and the selectionis better than our previous hotel. Pictures tell a thousands word. Take a look."

"The room was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast, in particular, was quite varied and delicious. I especially enjoyed the rice noodles; a pro-tip is to ask for both the beef and pork sauce together – it tastes amazing!"

"The room had a musty smell, and there was a cockroach that scurried away when I accidentally bumped it. Since it was late, I just had to make do. However, the manager at breakfast was very friendly and accommodating."

"The rooms are relatively new. Facilities: fairly modern. Environment: close to Fengshan Park, the county museum, Zhaotao Academy, and the Confucian Temple, but a bit far from Wanda Plaza and Baolong Plaza. Overall, it's quite convenient. Taxis are readily available throughout the county."

Qingshuiyan Hot Spring Resort · Qingshui Yunju ★★★★
"Qingshuiyan Hot Spring is highly recommended! It blows all other hot springs around Xiamen out of the water! The scenery is absolutely stunning! There are over 40 hot spring outlets, each with a unique design! It's definitely worth a visit! If your budget is 1000+ RMB, you can stay there for one night! Don't stay at Qingyunju (699 RMB)! Especially if you're not feeling well! The rooms are newly renovated and have a strong odor! Staying there for a while can make you dizzy! When you contact the front desk, they deny it, saying it was renovated in 2007! The duty manager, Xiao Su, is very sincere and helpful, running around in his little car! He deserves five stars for his service! Also, the breakfast is quite plentiful, but the taste is just average!"

Overseas Chinese Hotel ★★★
"Poor service attitude. The room only provides two small bottles of free mineral water. I asked the front desk to send two more bottles, but the front desk replied that it was not possible, saying that a bottle of mineral water costs more than one yuan, which involves the cost of the room, so only two bottles can be provided for free. Bad review, on the first day of the Chinese New Year, I couldn't find a store, and the guests could only endure the thirst!"
