"The room is very large, OK, there are two stools and sofas, the environment is OK. There is a quilt, there is a small black bug there, and there is a hair. At 8:30 in the evening, I found that I told the front desk. She changed the quilt cover for me. She was very unskilled in changing the sheets. I asked if I could not change the quilt cover. "Finally, Da'anxi has a new five-star luxury hotel! ✨ It's currently in its soft opening phase, with some facilities still being perfected, but my overall stay experience was already incredibly surprising! The location is super central, right next to Baolong Plaza, and the building itself is very attractive. The underground parking has plenty of spaces, and the elevator goes directly to the public areas, which are brand new and grand. The lobby is spacious and open, and the high ceilings on the floors are very comfortable. A special shout-out to the front desk staff, Xiao Kai and Xiao Liang! I accidentally booked the wrong room type when checking in late at night, and after a brief chat, they enthusiastically helped me upgrade to a king-size room for free, and thoughtfully provided two room cards. Their service was incredibly warm-hearted ❤️. Overall, the room was bright and airy, with excellent views from the sealed windows, directly overlooking the infinity pool and the mall – the scenery was superb! The bathroom amenities were very thoughtful, with atomized glass and a brand-new, clean bathtub. The bathrobes felt much higher quality than those in typical hotels. The room also came with a sofa and a small table and chairs, making for a very comfortable living experience. The smart home system throughout the room and the robot delivery service were incredibly convenient. The only minor downsides were that the mini-fridge's cooling wasn't great and the air conditioning temperature was just average. Dining during off-peak hours for breakfast meant fewer people, and the staff at the live cooking station would proactively bring dishes to the table, which made for a very good experience. I also have to honestly mention a few minor drawbacks: as a newly renovated hotel, there was still a slight faint smell, even though tea bags were placed in the room to help with it. Also, the bathroom floor was a bit slippery, so you need to be careful when walking around. Overall, these minor issues don't detract from the overall excellent experience, and I'm looking forward to a perfect grand opening!"

"The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway, making it a quick trip to Qingshuiyan. We stayed for just one night. Hilton definitely lives up to its reputation for great service; all the staff were very friendly. The room was clean, facilities were complete, the shower was spacious, and the water pressure was excellent. There's a shopping mall downstairs with plenty of dining options nearby."

"Whenever I'm in Anxi for a business trip, I always prefer staying at the Yonglong Hotel. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The staff are enthusiastic and professional, and the breakfast is abundant. My only suggestion would be to improve the dining facilities to avoid a downward spiral."

"Stayed at Allston Hotel (Anxi County Government Store) during my trip to Anxi and overall it was quite a pleasant stay. The location is very convenient, close to the main road and not far from local attractions and restaurants, which makes travelling around the area easy. Even though it is near the road, the room was relatively quiet at night, so it didn’t affect the rest at all. The front desk service was excellent. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in, and they were quick to assist whenever needed. Special mention to the front desk lady very polite, attentive, and yes… quite pretty too! One small thing I would like to mention is that hotel hygiene could be improved slightly. There were some minor cleanliness issues in the room that needed more attention. However, what I truly appreciate is that after giving feedback, the front desk immediately arranged a change to a better room, which showed that they really care about guest experience and service quality. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, with good location, helpful staff, and comfortable rooms. With a little more attention to cleanliness, it would be even better. I would still recommend it for travelers visiting Anxi, especially for solo travelers or short stays."
