"Choosing this hotel after returning from Detian Waterfall was definitely the right decision! After a long and tiring day, the clean and refreshing environment of the room was incredibly soothing – the bedding was so soft I wanted to lie down immediately, and there was plenty of hot water; a shower made me feel completely relaxed. The front desk service was exceptionally attentive. The hotel is conveniently located near Detian Waterfall, making the return trip the next day hassle-free. This stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit the waterfall!"

"A surprisingly good choice! After two disappointing hotel bookings in Guilin, I decided to book through Trip.com again. I saw online that this was the best five-star hotel in the area, and I have to say, the front desk lady provided excellent service. When checking in, she noticed I had a child and upgraded us to a family room with a mountain view. We went to eat, leaving our luggage at the front desk, and by the time we returned, our bags were already in the room. They also provided welcome fruit, and the front desk offered various herbal teas. Breakfast on the 16th floor had an even better view than our room! I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Chongzuo. They even gave us complimentary tickets for the white-headed langurs, which was a better deal than what travel agencies offered. Plus, they have airport/train station transfers, though you need to book them a day in advance. This place offers incredible value for tourists!"

"Overall I was pleased with my stay at the Kaixuan hotel. Great large room with a very comfy bed, good air conditioning system, nice bathroom and a small fridge (not cool enough to my taste though). Large indoor swimming pool (head/hair covering required). Good gym/fitness. Nice helpful staff at the reception (no English spoken except for one young lady). Though it is technically downtown I suppose if feels a bit remote. A quiet area facing the river. Public transportation is available via one single route (no 8). It is almost a 2 Km walk to the central railway station for the local trains (not the high speed ones). Not many eating opportunities immediately around so eating out requires to walk 1 to 1.5 Km."

"I gave it five stars because it was the only five stars. I was really satisfied and it changed my perception of Guangxi. I booked a standard room at first, but later I found that there was a place where the auntie had not cleaned it, so I reported it to the front desk. The hotel handled it very well and immediately brought fruits and breakfast coupons (we booked without breakfast) to calm us down. Later, I suggested changing the room, and the hotel agreed, and changed it to a family suite for us, which made us embarrassed, because it was a very early flight, and the hotel also thoughtfully prepared bread and other things for us as breakfast, which was very good. Let's talk about the hotel. It is located in the ancient city, the environment is very good, and it is also quite quiet. I wanted to find a place with few people on May Day, so I made a strategy and booked a five-day tour in Guangxi. I went to Nanning and Chongzuo. The natural scenery is very beautiful, suitable for people who have been in the city for a long time. I feel that the locals are all slow-paced, and the people are very good and enthusiastic."

"The hotel is in the annex building of the passenger terminal. The lady at the front desk is friendly and helpful. The bedding is clean and hygienic. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The room is big enough. It is one stop away from Chongzuo High-speed Railway Station. It is a 25-minute walk. It is difficult to wait for the bus to go to Dezhou. Tian Waterfall. Mingshi Tianyuan Tourist Express Bus Terminal leaves twice a day at 8.30/9.00. There are buses to surrounding counties. There is a laundry room and a clothing platform on the third floor of the hotel. There are not many varieties of meals during the week."

"The hotel rooms are decorated in a traditional style, reminiscent of an older three-star hotel. The entrance and lobby are quite grand. Perhaps because it's near the city hall and primarily serves government receptions, the check-in experience was quite challenging. I waited in line, and when it was almost my turn, someone claimed to be from the power company and plugged in a power cord at the counter. The receptionist even tried to process it right away. While the facilities are a bit dated, they were clean and the bedding was comfortable. It's a great place to relax after a day out, enjoying a nice soak and a good night's sleep. The buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus were all the same, with a limited variety and nothing special. The rice noodles were just okay. In one of the two rooms we booked, the minibar wasn't cold. I understand that the minimum temperature for a small refrigerator is around 8 degrees Celsius, but it's not something you can leave plugged in overnight and keep completely cool."

"This house was a great place to stay, it exceeded our expectations so much! Very cost-effective! The room has a big bed, it is comfortable, the bathroom is large with plenty of water, and the most important thing is that the customized breakfast is very real and high-end! The environment is even better, and there are sightseeing electric cars to pick you up throughout the venue! I feel like this is the level for receiving foreign VIPs!"

"This stay was great! The location of the hotel is super convenient, about ten minutes from the high-speed rail station, and there is a food street around. . The room was cleaner than expected, the mattress and pillows were particularly comfortable, and I slept until dawn! The little brother at the front desk was warm and welcoming, and the check-in was quick. The reel powder recommended by the front desk lady was also very good. It's very suitable for self-driving travelers. The hotel is divided into two parts: a villa area and a multi-story building. It's a very nice hotel. Rainbow Street, not far from the hotel, is also very convenient for dining and is within walking distance."

"This hotel is excellent value for money. Very clean, with tasteful decor and no noise. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the lavender scent of the shower gel is wonderful. The front desk was very friendly. 👍 It's very convenient to the nearby MixC, Tianruncheng Night Market, and Taiping Old Town, and it's also very convenient to catch the bus the next day. It's 4 kilometers from South Station. The breakfast was also delicious. Highly recommended."
