"The hotel's location is super convenient, just a 5-10 minute taxi ride from Emeishan Station. The Christmas vibe was amazing! I checked in on Christmas Eve, and the whole hotel was decked out in Christmas decorations with festive music playing. It felt incredibly festive! The service attitude was excellent throughout my stay: • Concierge: From the moment I arrived, staff were there to open the car door, and they did the same when I left by taxi. Very warm and welcoming~ • Front Desk: The lady at the front desk was meticulous in handling everything, spoke softly, and even upgraded my room for free 🏠 • Coffee Bar: The manager on duty was also very kind and enthusiastically offered recommendations ☕ • Housekeeping: The cleaning aunties would always greet me with a smile in the morning 🙋‍♀️ Overall, the atmosphere felt very warm and welcoming 🧸. Every staff member was friendly. Yesterday, I encountered a minor issue midway through my stay, and the staff stayed with me throughout the process, making me feel supported. It was a great experience. 💕 Dining Experience: • Breakfast: The small noodles with bamboo shoots and beef brisket were especially delicious! 🍜 • Chinese Restaurant: The food was generally okay, but I personally found some dishes a bit oily. The sweet skin duck I ordered had a slight fishy taste, but it was acceptable. • Afternoon Tea: The staff were very thoughtful, even offering takeout and packing services 📦. In the evening, I had some cocktails and ordered snacks like fries. The overall ambiance was great 🍸. • In-room Welcome Gift: In the evening, they prepared welcome fruits, which were local Emei Mountain specialties 🍊, and croissants 🥐. Very thoughtful. Room Amenities: The room was equipped with a bathtub, and the view outside the window was beautiful. The heating was excellent, and the mattress and pillows were soft and comfortable. They even thoughtfully provided two pillow heights (one high, one low). The only minor drawback was the lack of disposable bathtub liners and bath salts. Hot Springs and Pool: Guests can enjoy the hot springs and there's also a swimming pool. The hot springs are split into indoor and outdoor sections. The outdoor section is a large pool without much decorative design, but the water temperature and quality were both excellent. Travel Photography Service: The hotel also offered a complimentary travel photography service, including 3 free photos. The photographer was very professional and patiently guided me on poses; the retoucher was also very skilled, and the photos turned out beautifully! Value for Money: The price was very reasonable, and the facilities and services were definitely worth it. Little Highlight: I noticed a small detail: even the sand-filled receptacles for cigarette butts had the hotel's logo on them, showing great attention to detail. Minor Flaw: Yesterday, I requested turn-down service, but it wasn't carried out. However, the front desk lady promptly prepared a small gift as compensation 🎁, and her handling of the situation was very good. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Emeishan~ 🎀"

"Booked this hotel for a business trip and it absolutely exceeded my expectations! The front desk attendant was incredibly patient and check-in was super fast. Since I had to catch an early train, the front desk even thoughtfully packed breakfast for me to go. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept really well at night. Next time I'm in this city, I'll definitely choose this place again!"

"The hotel is extremely close to Baoguo Temple, just a few hundred meters, about a 5-minute walk. The underground parking is very convenient. The hotel's landscaping is very artistic. There are three outdoor hot spring pools in the courtyard, a meditation hall for chanting, a cozy hot spring lounge for leisure and entertainment, and an open-air tea area. The hotel also provides afternoon tea; enjoying a cup there for a while is very pleasant. 😌 There's a swimming pool underground, but it might not have been open in winter. The hot springs usually open around dusk daily. We didn't try the outdoor ones because our child was too young. Overall, the public areas are really good. 👍 And now, during the off-season, the value for money is excellent. The hotel's hygiene is good, and the staff are professional and patient. The breakfast selection isn't extensive but is generally sufficient. The rooms all have thick mattresses placed on tatami mats. Since we had a child, we specifically requested a twin room, which could be combined into a very large bed. The bedding is comfortable. The only drawback is that the washbasin, which looks like it's made from a sewing machine, is set next to the bed. Every morning, there's a sewage smell coming up, which is a bit frustrating. Other than that, everything is great."

"The room was lovely, and we booked one with a private hot spring tub. We had a minor hiccup during check-in: for three adults and one child, the room initially only included two breakfasts. After some back and forth, they finally added one more, but not for the child. We were told breakfast was a set menu, and we could order more if needed. Honestly, my three-year-old barely eats anything after her morning milk. I feel the hotel could have been a bit more generous and provided a complimentary breakfast for her. In the end, they didn't. During breakfast, since my child didn't have her own, I ended up sharing my meal with her, even though she probably wouldn't even finish a piece of corn. This whole situation left a very unpleasant impression. For a 760-yuan per night room, they couldn't even spare a children's breakfast set. If adults could order more if it wasn't enough, why couldn't they just graciously offer one for the child? The hotel's environment and facilities are great, but the breakfast issue was a huge letdown."

"I got a free room upgrade, and the beautiful decor instantly brought out my inner girlish charm! However, before falling asleep, I heard dripping sounds from upstairs. The owner said there was a plumbing issue that couldn't be fixed until tomorrow, so he immediately moved me to another large room, which was just as clean and tidy. He even offered free parking for two nights, even though I only booked for one. The owner was super nice, and the guesthouse itself has a really charming ambiance. Highly recommend it!"

It was as satisfying as expected; this established hot spring hotel truly is a hallmark of Emei Mountain. The entire experience provided incredibly high emotional value, anticipating our needs every step of the way – did they have a superpower to read our minds? 😂 After booking, they proactively contacted us to confirm reservation details, pick-up time, and train number. As soon as we exited the station and got into the car, they introduced us to the journey, scenic spots, and downtown food streets. Check-in was smooth, with a satisfactory room arranged according to our preferences. After dropping off our luggage, the shuttle service was incredibly responsive, quickly taking us around four times. The hot springs were clean and hygienic; even when there weren't many guests, they continuously cleared leaves from the water surface. All the staff throughout were warm, attentive, and meticulous. The hotel's location on the hillside boasts extensive vegetation, high negative ion levels, and beautiful scenery. A stroll allows you to enjoy the lakeside views, and some room types even offer direct lake views. What I was most satisfied with was that the forest hotel rooms had no creepy-crawlies to worry about! The comfortable dining environment and delicious food also left a lasting impression. Honestly: we had a wonderful trip."

"Facilities: The hotel has floor heating, a humidifier, an oxygen concentrator, and is well-equipped. The TV also supports screen mirroring. Cleanliness: Simple and clean. Environment: It's just a few minutes' walk from Jinding, which is very convenient. The decor is quite trendy, and the hotel organizes many activities in the evenings. Service: Before check-in, they kept calling to remind us about the cable car and shuttle bus times. When we checked in, the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. They provided a lot of information, including offering assistance for altitude sickness. They even upgraded our room! We were so happy to get the scenic room we initially couldn't book online. Breakfast: Simple but satisfying. Getting a hot meal on the mountain top was already a great pleasure."

"This is hands down the best hotel at Golden Summit. After a 17-hour climb to Golden Summit, stepping into the hotel with its excellent heating was a relief. The hot water was amazing, washing away all the fatigue. If you're planning to stay at Golden Summit, I highly recommend this hotel! It's definitely worth the price."

"The room was well-equipped, and the bath towels were specially sterilized and individually sealed, ensuring impeccable hygiene. The latex pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable! Despite our late arrival at 10:30 PM, the staff still greeted us warmly. Upon learning that our child enjoys yogurt, they thoughtfully prepared yogurt, fresh welcome fruits, and snacks for us. The breakfast was also quite good, featuring freshly cooked bacon. The beef and pork rib noodles were delicious, and the complimentary fruit tea was very tasty. My only minor suggestion would be if they could offer freshly ground coffee!"

"I revisited after six years, and my child is now eight. The service attitude and quality for most facilities are still good, especially the thoughtful uncle at the hot spring pools who offered great guidance. However, the room's amenities are showing their age; the bathroom mirror light is insufficient, and several lamps barely work. The breakfast, in particular, has declined significantly. The difference from before is stark; it used to be excellent in both portion size and taste, but now it's really disappointing. The noodle station is a prime example: tiny portions, and you can no longer add your own toppings. The auntie adds them herself and then serves it. If you ask for more because it's too little, she gives you a reluctant look, and even after adding more, you still have to search hard for the toppings in your noodles. It feels like begging. The hot spring pools weren't warm enough; the indoor wave pool got cold quickly if you stayed in too long, and it was the same for the outdoor pools. You had to rush into a bathrobe immediately after getting out, or you'd easily catch a cold. Aside from the hot springs, there's really nothing competitive left. I won't be staying here again. At this price point, there are simply too many other options."
