Everything was amazing from start to end. Our host picked us up from the train station and took us directly to the accomodation. He waited while we got changed to quickly shuttle us to the pickup area for the bus to the Golden Summit. At the end of the day, he was waiting for us to shuttle us back to the hotel. The hotel’s location is spectacular and our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. Breakfast, likewise, was really tasty. The staff really made us feel comfortable and were available to answer questions and provide suggestions at any time. Felt like a very luxurious stay.

From the moment we arrived, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of and the level of service was truly impeccable. What really sets Zoland apart is the one-on-one butler service. Every little request was handled with genuine warmth and attention. We truly felt so well taken care of throughout our stay. The food was another highlight — every meal was a gourmet experience, beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. The quality, creativity and attention to detail in the cuisine were truly on another level. A very special thank you to Mr Ma, the General Manager, who personally brought us on an evening walk along a route behind the hotel towards Qingyin Temple — a path only locals would know. Along the way, he shared fascinating stories about Emeishan. It was such a personal and memorable experience. Zoland isn’t simply a beautiful hotel nestled in the mountains — it is the people and their genuine hospitality that make it extraordinary. The combination of serene surroundings, exceptional cuisine, impeccable butler service and incredibly warm hospitality makes this one of those rare stays that you remember long after you leave. A huge thank you to Mr Ma and the entire Zoland team for making our stay so memorable. We came for the beauty and tranquillity of Emeishan, but we left completely won over by the hospitality. Our stay at Emei Utopia Resort was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The restaurant served some of the best food we had during our trip. Breakfast was delicious, and the combination of the breathtaking mountain views, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful surroundings made dining an unforgettable experience. What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Xiao Bao, who went above and beyond to make our visit seamless. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. She even helped us arrange transportation to Leshan and assisted us with every detail we needed, making our trip completely stress-free. Facilities: The bathroom has underfloor heating, and there's a dehumidifier next to the bathtub in the living room, which perfectly solves any dampness issues. Service: The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and kind to the children. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, very satisfied with the bedding. Environment: The garden and pool view from the courtyard is excellent. Book Cafe: The biggest highlight is the book cafe which has picture books suitable for children; my five-and-a-half-year-old had a great time reading them. Welcome snacks: A generous combination of fruits and biscuits.

A summer trip to Emei Mountain was made even better by this hot spring resort's ”Summer Adventure” experience – a perfect choice for families with kids! The moment you step into the hotel, you're captivated by its forest-like environment – ​​the windows offer panoramic views of rolling green hills, and every breath is filled with the fresh scent of nature. Just a 10-minute walk from the scenic area entrance, you can easily return to the hotel for a relaxing soak in the cool spring pools after exploring the area with your kids, offering privacy and convenience. The biggest surprise was coinciding with the ”Summer Adventure” event! Saturday's hot spring fun was a paradise for the kids: water battles with splashing water, kayaking races for the whole family, and a ”South-to-North Water Diversion” game testing teamwork – the children were soaking wet from head to toe, yet still clamoring for ”one more round!” The butler service was impeccable: they proactively contacted us during booking, sending scenic area guides via WeChat; upon check-in, they provided children's slippers and mosquito repellent patches; and upon check-out, simply leave your room key in the room – completely freeing up your hands. The room has its own private hot spring bath. My skin felt so smooth after soaking in it. The butler told me that the hot spring water is radon from 3,000 meters underground, rich in 24 kinds of minerals. Even my fatigue was washed away.

Booked the Ocean-themed Family Twin Room for a short trip to Mount Emei with the kids. The entire wall covered in dolphin wallpaper was super dreamy, and the room even came with its own private hot spring tub, which was incredibly relaxing for an evening soak. The room also had a small tent and a shark plush toy, and the bathroom was equipped with a special toilet seat for kids – really thoughtful details. Public facilities were also very complete! There's an indoor heated pool, various sizes of hot spring pools, and a kids' ball pit paradise. The children could play indoors all day long. The hotel's breakfast selection was also very rich, with both Chinese and Western options, plus freshly prepared Emei-style Zajiang rice noodles and regular noodles, catering to different tastes – absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻

The overall stay was fantastic, I was extremely satisfied in every aspect, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Emei Mountain! 📍Superb Location The location is absolutely amazing, practically zero kilometers from the scenic area, right opposite the landmark! The ticket office and sightseeing bus stop are downstairs, making getting around incredibly convenient. No need for detours, it's super easy to keep up with your itinerary and visit attractions – the location is simply perfect. 🧹 impeccable Cleanliness The facilities were spotless and in excellent condition, and the room cleanliness deserves a 5-star rating! Every corner was meticulously cleaned, with no odors or unpleasant odors. The bedding was soft and dry, and the pillows were just the right firmness, making for a very comfortable and restful sleep. The only downside was the lack of an elevator; the owner upgraded us to a room with a balcony on the fourth floor, which required carrying our luggage up. ❤️Heartwarming service and delicious food! The owners of this restaurant are incredibly warm and kind, treating everyone with sincerity and care. We ate there two days in a row, and the food was fantastic. I highly recommend the Sichuan-style spicy tofu fish—it was so fresh, flavorful, and delicious that we ate there twice! The owners even provided complimentary local specialty tea, similar to bitter tea, with a refreshing sweetness that cut through the richness—a truly exceptional experience. 💰Excellent value for money! Accommodation and dining all in one place, a superb experience. I'll definitely choose this restaurant again next time I'm in this area! 👍

This hotel is located in a beautiful old neighborhood surrounded by traditional houses and lovely gardens. From the very first moment of arrival, seeing the green trees and the old houses blended together created a very peaceful and pleasant feeling. Overall, spending time both inside the hotel and around the area was truly enjoyable. There are beautiful tea houses and charming restaurants nearby, which make the atmosphere even more special. The staff members do their very best to make sure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their kindness and hospitality are truly appreciated. Thank you for your hospitality.

The room was spacious, clean, and hygienic, with a table, chairs, and an entryway cabinet, which was convenient for storing luggage and clothes. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and plastic slippers were provided for showering. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. My husband unfortunately fell in the hotel corridor, and the front desk staff helped him up and provided an ice pack. When I went to climb Jinding, they provided bamboo poles. The hotel offers free pick-up and drop-off service to the high-speed rail station, and the driver helped with loading and unloading luggage. The hotel's surroundings are very quiet, a bit far from the main street, and there are no convenience stores or restaurants nearby.

The hotel is ideally located very close to the scenic area, boasting a beautiful environment and fresh air. The service was incredibly attentive, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. They offered a generous amount of complimentary amenities, including station pick-up/drop-off, fresh fruit, and afternoon tea. The overall service was truly outstanding.
