I spent two nights at this beautiful hotel, on a visit to Emeishan with my girlfriend. It was an amazing experience! First of all, the pick-up from the train station by the hotel owner was really a welcome touch — he helped us greatly throughout our stay, making sure we had the best possible experience in Emeishan. The room itself was beautiful — amazing views from our own private balcony; a very tasteful, new and comfortable interior; impeccably clean; and a great selection of fruit, snacks, etc. in the room. A beautiful and convenient location too. The breakfast was really good — lots of dishes, and both days were different. It was lovely to sit on the balcony in the morning, looking out at mountains, eating a delicious breakfast and drinking coffee. I would highly recommend visiting Emeishan itself, and I think this hotel is the perfect base for a trip there — the next day, we visited Leshan giant Buddha (not far away by train), before returning to Chengdu in the evening. Overall, a great place to stay, and I definitely want to visit again!

Everything was amazing from start to end. Our host picked us up from the train station and took us directly to the accomodation. He waited while we got changed to quickly shuttle us to the pickup area for the bus to the Golden Summit. At the end of the day, he was waiting for us to shuttle us back to the hotel.
The hotel’s location is spectacular and our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains.
We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. Breakfast, likewise, was really tasty.
The staff really made us feel comfortable and were available to answer questions and provide suggestions at any time. Felt like a very luxurious stay.

YangjincuojiaFacilities: The bathroom has underfloor heating, and there's a dehumidifier next to the bathtub in the living room, which perfectly solves any dampness issues.
Service: The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and kind to the children.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, very satisfied with the bedding.
Environment: The garden and pool view from the courtyard is excellent.
Book Cafe: The biggest highlight is the book cafe which has picture books suitable for children; my five-and-a-half-year-old had a great time reading them.
Welcome snacks: A generous combination of fruits and biscuits.

The room is quite spacious and comfortable, with a nice detail like a cutlery storage box to prevent food odors from spreading. The front desk service was also very thoughtful; they not only upgraded our room type but also adjusted our shuttle time to the high-speed rail station. The breakfast selection is quite diverse, especially friendly for those of us who can't eat spicy food! All in all, this is the best hotel near Baoguo Temple Bus Station, with new facilities, top-notch service, and unbeatable value for money. Hands down, the best.

The hotel is located relatively near to Emeishan High Speed Rail Station and the hotel conveniently provides pick up and drop off service upon guests' request, though Mandarin communication skills may be required. It is however possible to contact the hotel through the Trip.com message portal to arrange the pick up service. The room was very pleasant and well furnished with amenities. My only gripe is the toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) are limited in small bottles and had to be carefully rationed. They also provide free breakfast which I found to be quite satisfactory, though don't expect a Western continental breakfast. Got to try chaoshou wontons and corn leaf wrapped Baba for the first time, so that was good. You can ask to copy Buddhist scripture in the dining hall or they can send the kit to your room at your leisure. The public hot spring was under maintenance, but it was satisfactory enough to use the private hot spring in my room. Overall a very lovely stay. Staff are also very helpful in recommending the sites, attractions, food and how to get around, though Mandarin again required.

The hotel's facilities are excellent. Beautiful design, layout, the breakfast area is nice as well, the hot springs are pretty and well designed. The room is also lovely, spacious and
I booked a double room and they upgraded for one with a varanda. When I checked into my room, there was a very loud, constant noise of water dripping on the foyer. They fixed this quickly, however, the staff was a bit resistant in putting me in another varanda room, they wanted to put me in a normal double, but I said no and they relented. The women at reception, with whom I talked about this, were not the nicest, not as welcoming and friendly as other hotels I've stayed in. The breakfast was pretty weak for a 4 star hotel, on trip it says that they have Western options but these are minimal, I suggest you remove this from the hotel's informations, as it is misleading. Lastly, the toilet cover's underside was dirty as shows the picture, but this was the only cleanliness complaint the rest was great. Hot springs were marvelous, best part of the hotel, going there after a long day was amazing, really loved them. All in all, despite these complaints, the experience in the hotel was very, very good. I specially liked the springs, room and design of it.

Guest UserThe Lotus Leaf Cloud Hot Spring B&B, nestled midway up the mountain, is truly magnificent! The private hot spring overlooks the mountains, allowing you to soak in the warm water while watching the clouds swirl around. It's incredibly private! The room is fully equipped with smart home technology, the bedding is comfortable, and the projection screen is a relaxing experience. In the morning, you can listen to the chirping of birds and insects while practicing Ba Duan Jin. At night, you can gaze at the stars while enjoying a cup of organic Yunwu Baihao tea. During the day, you can even play table tennis and badminton in the lobby. The owner thoughtfully arranged a free shuttle to and from the high-speed rail station, saving us the worry of transportation. Relaxing in the mountains and forests was a wonderful and cozy vacation!
I highly recommend this B&B to anyone seeking a quality life! The environment, facilities, and service are all top-notch. I believe you'll find your own sense of tranquility and happiness here.

Emeishan Grand Hotel: A Real Stay Review | Excellent Service, Great Value, but Hardware Needs an Upgrade
We chose the Emeishan Grand Hotel for our family trip to Mount Emei. Overall, it offered good value for money, with both clear strengths and weaknesses. Here's an objective review for your reference!
First and foremost, I must highly commend the butler service – truly exceptional and thoughtful! Even before we arrived, our dedicated butler proactively contacted us via WeChat, sending us a comprehensive travel guide for Mount Emei. They also arranged pick-up from the high-speed rail station. Upon arrival, our luggage was directly delivered to our room, making the entire process effortless and incredibly convenient. The service experience far exceeded our expectations – truly attentive and heartwarming.
The location is superb! The hotel is diagonally opposite the Emeishan Scenic Area Passenger Transport Center, so you can catch a bus up the mountain right outside. There are also plenty of local specialty restaurants and snacks nearby, making both transportation and dining incredibly convenient. The hotel is a well-established four-star property and even offers intangible cultural heritage craft experiences, which are perfect for families with children. Our child had a wonderful time.
The two most satisfying highlights were the hot springs and breakfast! The hotel has its own natural hot springs with excellent water quality and multiple pools. Children can splash and play to their heart's content – a fantastic experience. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich and diverse, clearly meeting the high standards of a large hotel catering to groups. There was a wide variety of options, including authentic local Chengdu snacks like Bobo Chicken and Qiaojiao Beef Noodles, all with genuine flavors. The dining experience was excellent.
However, there were also two clear shortcomings that significantly impacted our rest:
1. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, especially the room carpets, which had a strong odor. On the first night, we were given a north-facing room with no sunlight, and the carpet smell was pungent, making it hard to sleep. After extending our stay and moving to a higher-floor king room on the second day, the smell improved. I suggest the hotel urgently replace the old carpets and renovate the hardware facilities.
2. The soundproofing of the windows was poor. Even after moving to a better room, there was a persistent dripping or similar noise from outside the window throughout the night, lasting until past 1 AM. This severely affected our sleep and rest. We had hoped to relax after climbing the mountain, but we didn't get a good night's sleep either night, which was quite disappointing.
Overall: The service, location, hot springs, and breakfast were all impeccable, and our child particularly loved the family-friendly activities. However, the aging hardware, carpet odor, and soundproofing issues need urgent optimization. If the hardware can be renovated and upgraded, it would definitely be the top choice for accommodation in Mount Emei! Overall, it's still recommendable, and we look forward to the hotel's future improvements.

KatrinBAn amazing location especially when all the day tourists have left with the last cable car.
The rooms are spacious and spread out through the forest with a beautiful view.
The staff really made an effort to cater for a vegetarian non-Chinese speaking guest. The dinner and breakfast were really good.
For all future international guests as communication was still challenging:
When you arrive at the cable car station in Wannian you need to buy the park ticket only.
Then you walk up the stairs to the cable car but on the stairs turn left where you see offices. Go there, show your hotel booking and you will receive a cable car voucher return ticket (same process if you stay a second day and need to go up again).
Directly out of the cable car turn left. The hotel is IN the station itself.
If you plan on going to the golden summit: You can buy a bus ticket directly to Leidongping. Bus left at 8am and took 1:15h.

This hotel is located in a resort community, just 2 kilometers from Mount Emei, essentially right at the foot of the mountain. The location offers great value for money. The environment is very tranquil, and the rooms are decorated with a strong Chinese flair and are very spacious. From the higher floors and rooms with good views, you can even see Mount Emei from the balcony! Although the room facilities are a bit dated, they are very clean, and the staff are very enthusiastic. It's a really good choice.
