Many small touches in the room made it a lovely experience such as complimentary fruits basket, a bad with a note with some scented amenities, tea leaves for tea set instead of the usual tea bags, Japanese style toilet bowl. You can arrange for a pickup from the train station 1 day earlier if you are arriving by train. The hotel is a out halfway up the mountain. There is a shuttle bus station right outside the hotel where u can take to near the peak. Also right beside the hotel is a 1-2km walking path to 1 of the sights - well worth a walk with the scenery along the wa"

The hotel environment is great, and the hot spring is clean. I even saw them cleaning the hot spring pools the next morning. Highly recommend, it's very clean."

The location was convenient for sightseeing. It was also very close to the shuttle bus stop for going up the mountain to the scenic area, which was super convenient."

"The receptionist and the exterior appearance of the hotel look good and welcoming. However, the room itself feels quite old. The bathroom is designed in black color, including the toilet bowl, which makes it difficult to tell whether it is properly cleaned. In addition, the water pressure in the bathroom is quite low. The hot spring is open-air and does not provide much privacy, so it was not very comfortable to use. The breakfast selection is simple but still nice and healthy, with items such as buns, potatoes, soya milk, and vegetables. The location is good and within walking distance to Baoguo Temple. The Emeishan Baoguo Temple bus station, which is the pickup point for sightseeing buses, is about a 5-minute drive away. However, walking there is not very convenient as there is only a road and no proper pedestrian walkway."

"We had a perfect stay at the Emmy Mountain Hot Spring Hotel. Everything was great — the hot spring facilities were excellent, and our child really enjoyed them. The whole family had a very comfortable and relaxing experience. What made our stay truly special was the incredible hospitality. A special mention to one of the managers, Wan Li, who went far above and beyond her duty. She helped us with translation, gave us great advice on places to visit around Emei Mountain and Leshan, and made sure we felt completely at ease throughout our trip. Her kindness and support made a real difference for our family. Thank you to Wan Li and the entire hotel team. Everything was just right — we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area."

"This hotel is incredibly quiet, which is great for light sleepers. It's very clean, the facilities are quite new, and the bedding is really comfortable. The location is close to Baoguo Temple Station, and they have a private parking lot. The front desk staff are very friendly and patient, answering any questions you have. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, pretty much anything you'd want, which is a huge plus! The Food Village restaurant even has a charming stream and bridge, creating a wonderful ambiance. What's even more commendable is the staff's warm and attentive service, which made my parents so reluctant to leave, they kept saying they didn't want to go home!"

"The location is a around 10 minutes driving from emeishan railways station but the hotel provide the shuttle for pickup and drop us. Be carefull choose the station. Because there are two railway stations (emeishan and emei). The nearest station from the hotel and the tourist center (place to take a bus to leidongping) is emeishan railway station.from hotel to tourist center, we have to take a taxi cost 9 yuan. The hotel is in the apartment complex and so many same buiding. We hard to find our building when go back at night because the light is so minim. The reception /we chat asst is so responsive and helpfull. There is a washing machine in the room but not 100 percent dry. The most interesting is a bed can be adjust."
