Every little request was handled with genuine warmth and attention. We truly felt so well taken care of throughout our stay. The food was another highlight — every meal was a gourmet experience, beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. The quality, creativity and attention to detail in the cuisine were truly on another level. A very special thank you to Mr Ma, the General Manager, who personally brought us on an evening walk along a route behind the hotel towards Qingyin Temple — a path only locals would know. Along the way, he shared fascinating stories about Emeishan. It was such a personal and memorable experience. Zoland isn’t simply a beautiful hotel nestled in the mountains — it is the people and their genuine hospitality that make it extraordinary. The combination of serene surroundings, exceptional cuisine, impeccable butler service and incredibly warm hospitality makes this one of those rare stays that you remember long after you leave. A huge thank you to Mr Ma and the entire Zoland team for making our stay so memorable. We came for the beauty and tranquillity of Emeishan, but we left completely won over by the hospitality. Our stay at Emei Utopia Resort was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The restaurant served some of the best food we had during our trip. Breakfast was delicious, and the combination of the breathtaking mountain views, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful surroundings made dining an unforgettable experience. What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Xiao Bao, who went above and beyond to make our visit seamless. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. She even helped us arrange transportation to Leshan and assisted us with every detail we needed, making our trip completely stress-free. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with incredible food, stunning scenery, and genuinely exceptional hospitality, I highly recommend Emei Utopia Hentique Resort. We can’t wait to come back!

This hotel is perfect for a family trip with kids during the summer holidays. The grounds are lovely with lush vegetation and a winding small river. It's a large property, but the service is excellent. You can easily call a shuttle to get anywhere you need to go, which is super convenient. The children's activities are incredibly rich; after breakfast, it's pretty much non-stop attending them. You earn coins by participating in activities, which you can then redeem for gifts when you check out. My nine-year-old had a blast! The room decor is a bit outdated, as the hotel has been around for quite a few years, but the service more than makes up for it. Just a short distance outside the hotel is the Malu Bridge food street, offering many delicious and affordable local specialties! We'll definitely be back next time.

Booked the Ocean-themed Family Twin Room for a short trip to Mount Emei with the kids. The entire wall covered in dolphin wallpaper was super dreamy, and the room even came with its own private hot spring tub, which was incredibly relaxing for an evening soak. The room also had a small tent and a shark plush toy, and the bathroom was equipped with a special toilet seat for kids – really thoughtful details. Public facilities were also very complete! There's an indoor heated pool, various sizes of hot spring pools, and a kids' ball pit paradise. The children could play indoors all day long. The hotel's breakfast selection was also very rich, with both Chinese and Western options, plus freshly prepared Emei-style Zajiang rice noodles and regular noodles, catering to different tastes – absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻

The room was spacious, clean, and hygienic, with a table, chairs, and an entryway cabinet, which was convenient for storing luggage and clothes. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and plastic slippers were provided for showering. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. My husband unfortunately fell in the hotel corridor, and the front desk staff helped him up and provided an ice pack. When I went to climb Jinding, they provided bamboo poles. The hotel offers free pick-up and drop-off service to the high-speed rail station, and the driver helped with loading and unloading luggage. The hotel's surroundings are very quiet, a bit far from the main street, and there are no convenience stores or restaurants nearby.

This guesthouse, with its lovely courtyard, is wonderful! The environment is very tranquil. Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM, and they offer umbrellas and shuttle services. The owners are both incredibly warm and helpful, always ready to share tips on local eateries and attractions. You can even enjoy hot spring baths in the evening – it's just perfect!

This hotel impressed me right from the moment I walked in. The lobby decor is really stylish, not your typical cookie-cutter luxury, and there were fresh flowers in the corners – you can tell the owner put a lot of thought into it. The staff were incredibly friendly too, always greeting you and happily helping with any questions. The breakfast deserves a special mention. There was a great variety, both Chinese and Western options, and the food was delicious. Especially the beef noodles – the broth was so flavorful and the beef was tender. I practically drank half the bowl of soup! The only minor drawback was that the hotel was undergoing renovations, so it was a little messy, but that's understandable. I'm definitely planning to come back once the renovations are complete. I wonder if the beef noodles will still be on the menu then!

The hotel is very cost-effective, the rooms are spacious, clean, and the location is very close to the Emeishan Scenic Area. The hotel provides high-speed rail transportation to the station, and it is no more difficult to go to the scenic area than to drive yourself. There are shuttle buses, and the supporting services around Emeishan are very user-friendly.

Choosing Wyndham was a happy accident. I didn't check reviews or do any research; I simply picked it because of the room size. This was a family trip (2 adults, 2 children), and while typical hotel rooms are around 30 sqm, here they're 50-60 sqm. The spacious room meant the kids had plenty of space to play without feeling cramped. I've stayed in smaller rooms before where just opening a suitcase made it hard to move around. Upon checking in, I was pleasantly surprised. This place feels more like a family-friendly hotel. It boasts three swimming pools, with both heated and regular temperature options. There's even an LED screen by the pool showing cartoons, which is a lifesaver for parents when the kids get tired of swimming. Next, let's talk about breakfast. I'm used to pre-made pastries, but here, the waffles are freshly baked! The moment you cut into them, a rich milky aroma fills the air. They're warm but not scalding, soft and chewy – I just love freshly baked goods. I always save the best for last: a special shout-out to customer service representative Xiao Jia. After checking in, I added her on WeChat. Whether I had a question about how something worked or needed staff to come help combine beds, she always replied instantly. I almost thought I was talking to an AI, even though the front desk seemed quite busy; she must just be incredibly fast. I've rambled on, but in short, I highly recommend this hotel. Oh, and it's also very close to the Huangwan Tourist Center, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel entrance – definitely solo traveler friendly!

This stay was exceptionally good! The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, responding quickly to any needs. The hotel was fully equipped with amenities, including a refrigerator and washing machine. The hot water and internet speed were great. It was excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!
