Facilities: The bathroom has underfloor heating, and there's a dehumidifier next to the bathtub in the living room, which perfectly solves any dampness issues. Service: The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and kind to the children. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, very satisfied with the bedding. Environment: The garden and pool view from the courtyard is excellent. Book Cafe: The biggest highlight is the book cafe which has picture books suitable for children; my five-and-a-half-year-old had a great time reading them. Welcome snacks: A generous combination of fruits and biscuits.

I arrived almost midnight, since I can’t read Chinese characters, I walked along the alley to look for the hotel , as I have already walked pass the hotel , I heard a woman asked me .. which hotel I looked for , then I told her Chenyuan hotel.. I was so surprised , she is the owner of the hotel and took me to the lobby area.  The lady boss is really nice person, she explained everything about the Mount Emei pilgrimage. 🙏🙏 The hotel room is really nice  ( exactly like the picture ), the bed is really cozy.  I have a very good sleep, I stayed for 2 nights. All the amenities is complete 😍😍 In the future if I want to go back to Mount Emei, I will definitely will choose this hotel  again.   Thank you so much.  And I wish the lady boss has a prosperous business 🙏🙏

The Friendship Hotel is in a great location. Just a few steps from the Wannian Temple cable car, turn right and walk a short distance along the temple wall. This is a must-see hotel for those going up to Xixiangchi and Jinding. It's a great stop for refueling and refueling. The hotel's owner and chef prepare delicious meals at reasonable prices. The accommodations are clean, with good hot water. You can watch the sunrise from your room (though the sun didn't rise this morning). The hostess is friendly and helpful. She even helped me send the down jacket and other thick clothes I wore to Jinding back home, allowing us to complete our subsequent trip to Mount Emei without any hassles.

I am writing this review from the bottom of my heart. A family-run hotel, managed by a father and his daughter, who speaks English! The room was large, bright, and SUPER CLEAN. It was equipped with all personal hygiene products and had fast Wi-Fi, available both in common areas and individually in each room. The room had air conditioning, a TV, and very soft bed sheets. The father is extraordinarily kind, and the daughter helped me in many ways. As a solo traveler, the owner's daughter allowed me to better understand the local culture, explaining Buddhist culture and the unique features of the Baoguo Temple to me. First, I advise everyone to book the tourist bus to the peak of Mount Emeishan in advance, because tickets can sell out (as happened to me). The girl at reception was kind enough to help me purchase the ticket, making herself available to accompany me to resolve the issue. The language barrier was NOT a problem, so I advise all foreign guests to rely on this hotel. The price paid was very low, which leads the hotel to get a full 5/5. I understand why they earned all those awards; it is definitely a hotel I would return to. The location is an additional advantage of this hotel, just a one-minute walk from the ticket office and the tourist bus station that will take you to the top of the mountain. Furthermore, they also offered me a free transfer service to the train station

The overall stay was fantastic, I was extremely satisfied in every aspect, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Emei Mountain! 📍Superb Location The location is absolutely amazing, practically zero kilometers from the scenic area, right opposite the landmark! The ticket office and sightseeing bus stop are downstairs, making getting around incredibly convenient. No need for detours, it's super easy to keep up with your itinerary and visit attractions – the location is simply perfect. 🧹 impeccable Cleanliness The facilities were spotless and in excellent condition, and the room cleanliness deserves a 5-star rating! Every corner was meticulously cleaned, with no odors or unpleasant odors. The bedding was soft and dry, and the pillows were just the right firmness, making for a very comfortable and restful sleep. The only downside was the lack of an elevator; the owner upgraded us to a room with a balcony on the fourth floor, which required carrying our luggage up. ❤️Heartwarming service and delicious food! The owners of this restaurant are incredibly warm and kind, treating everyone with sincerity and care. We ate there two days in a row, and the food was fantastic. I highly recommend the Sichuan-style spicy tofu fish—it was so fresh, flavorful, and delicious that we ate there twice! The owners even provided complimentary local specialty tea, similar to bitter tea, with a refreshing sweetness that cut through the richness—a truly exceptional experience. 💰Excellent value for money! Accommodation and dining all in one place, a superb experience. I'll definitely choose this restaurant again next time I'm in this area! 👍

We had the most incredible experience staying at this hotel apartment! The customer service was truly the best we’ve ever had. Despite accidentally booking the wrong dates, they accommodated us without hesitation. Our original room was unavailable, but instead of downsizing, they generously gave us two rooms at no extra charge. Beyond that, their kindness went above and beyond—when my friend lost his phone in a cab late at night, the owner personally spent an hour making calls to track it down. Thanks to their efforts, the police returned the phone in the middle of the night! The apartments themselves are spacious, spotless, and set in a quiet, peaceful village—perfect for a relaxing stay. We can’t recommend this place enough. 10/10 service and hospitality!

On the 5.1 trip, the boss was very considerate and called us in advance to ask if we wanted to buy tickets to Mount Emei. Since we arrived at the store late, we communicated with the boss on the phone. The boss said he would wait for us no matter how late it was. It was very heartwarming🥰 Service: Very good, from the boss to the room lady, everyone is nice, Environment: Very clean. My daily work life is too tedious. I slept very well here. I haven't had a deep sleep for a long time. Facilities: We booked a hot spring room for the second night. We arrived late on the first night and had to get up at 03:30 the next day. The boss took into consideration that it was inconvenient for us to change rooms the next day and upgraded us to a hot spring room that night. I am very grateful to the boss. The room is very new and well-equipped, and it is smooth to use. The facilities are complete and are not inferior to those of hotels in big cities. Service: I highly recommend the boss’s private dishes, which are very delicious. Three dishes, all cleared. After eating them on a hot day, the boss also gave us a portion of his own cold cake. I have been here several times and the overall experience this time was very good. Thanks to the boss for providing us with the Emei Mountain sunrise itinerary. We were lucky to see the sunrise on May 2. I will stay here when I come to Mount Emei next time. I highly recommend it.

Staying here was awesome, it’s across the road from the bus to mt emei, and 10 minute drive from the fast rail train station. Our host was very kind, we got lost getting here because our Chinese is pretty bad, but she helped us find the entrance. The room is pretty big, you get your own lounge room and balcony. It’s very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed just chilling out after climbing the mountain. I recommend this place if you’re a traveller as everyone is very friendly and helpful. We got a lot of good advice for travelling around leshan and emei from our host. There’s also a great place to eat breakfast just across the road It was awesome! 🥳🤗

1. The room amenities are up to par with hotel-level amenities. I was most pleased with the private bathroom, which came with a plug-in hair dryer. 2. There's a balcony for hanging clothes, so during summer trips, you can wash clothes the same day and have them dry the next morning. 3. The service is excellent. The hotel staff are knowledgeable and try their best to accommodate any requests.

The hotel is ideally located very close to the scenic area, boasting a beautiful environment and fresh air. The service was incredibly attentive, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. They offered a generous amount of complimentary amenities, including station pick-up/drop-off, fresh fruit, and afternoon tea. The overall service was truly outstanding.
