AAnonymous UserI really enjoyed my stay. Very clean, nice smell of room. 24hrs hot shower, with toiletries, good AC walang noise and malakas. May ref and electric kettle din and volt to keep your important stuffs. Very accommodating din mga staff and guards. And mostly nagustuhan ko yung bed, very clean and comfy so perfect talaga for solo, couple and family!
Take note: sobrang lapit sa Robinson's. Mga 50 steps away lng.

I had an amazing stay at Rosa Garden Hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spacious and well-maintained the property is. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and affordability, making it an ideal choice for both short and extended stays.
Room: My room was large, clean, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The modern amenities were all top-notch, and the bed was so cozy I almost didn’t want to leave!
Staff: The service was exceptional. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and attentive to all my needs. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about providing a great experience for guests.
Facilities: The hotel offers everything you could need—whether it's a relaxing spot in the garden or the delicious food at the on-site restaurant. The whole place had a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home.
Location: Conveniently located, the hotel is close to popular attractions while still providing a quiet, relaxing retreat.

GGuest UserIt's convenient because there are many restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. The hotel was relatively clean and the staff were friendly. However, the security situation seems quite bad, so it's best not to go out at night.

GGuest UserPalagi po akong nakakatravel kaya compare to other accommodation Maine City Residences have an average impression so far. Maayos nmn ang set up ng room pagpasok. Kakalinis lang siguro kasi moist pa ang floors. Toilet/Bath has low water pressure and equipt with hot and cold device . There are presence of cockroaches. Kaya nagrequest nalang ako kung my Baygon spray cla. Staffs excellent approachable and very accommodating. AC excellent, napakatahimik ng rooms. My available drinking water just outside the room. Wala elevator up to the top floor (4th). Convenient ang location to fast foods, laundry shop, barber shop/salon, 7/11 and BPI branch. The hotel situated just two blocks away from Taft Avenue.

JJohn Mungcal Sr.Staffs are friendly; one thing notable is the way the receptionist will find ways to make it easy for me to present other means of valid identification as I forgot to bring my original ID; she also mentioned the unavailability of some regular stuff being given to their customers due to holiday staffing limitation and supply deliveries. One of the cheapest but cleanest go-to hotels.
Famous fast food restaurants are just a few meters away, such as Mang Inasal and Jollibee. Other fast foods are plenty, the same with local carinderias, as well as convenience stores and bakeries, which are all a walk away only.
Very near government hospitals, namely Jose Reyes, Fabella, and San Lazaro. Leading banks are also in sight to access ATMs and other monetary needs.
Public transport is readily available esp LRT 1 Tayuman Station is just around the corner only

GGuest UserWe are two people, so when booking the hotel we clearly saw that it was stated as a 1.5-meter queen bed, and we paid based on that information.
However, after checking in, we found that the bed was only about 1.1 meters wide. It was simply impossible for two people to sleep comfortably.
We went to the front desk to report the issue, but the staff only said that there were no other rooms available, and that the bed size was just like this.
This is blatant consumer deception. We had no choice but to squeeze together and endure one night, which was extremely uncomfortable.
On top of that, both the sink faucet and the shower were broken.
The hotel itself is clean, but the service is very poor. If there is no 1.5-meter bed, then it should not be advertised as such. If it is advertised, it should be honored.
No one likes the feeling of being misled or deceived.

GGreChenBeeWhat I liked most about this inn is that they allow guests to leave their belongings and come back later, even after the 2 PM check-in time, without worrying about their luggage. The waiting area is separate from the main lobby and front desk, and it has its own doors, which makes it feel secure to leave your bags there.
They also have a small balcony area where guests can hang newly washed clothes to dry, which I found very convenient. Another thing I liked is that they use duvets instead of thin blankets similar to flat sheets, which made the bed more comfortable. The only downside is that there’s no elevator, and they require a security deposit upon check-in, but the deposit is refundable. Overall, it was still a comfortable and convenient stay.
