Review for Rosa Garden Hotel: 5/5 Stars I had an amazing stay at Rosa Garden Hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spacious and well-maintained the property is. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and affordability, making it an ideal choice for both short and extended stays. Room: My room was large, clean, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The modern amenities were all top-notch, and the bed was so cozy I almost didn’t want to leave! Staff: The service was exceptional. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and attentive to all my needs. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about providing a great experience for guests. Facilities: The hotel offers everything you could need—whether it's a relaxing spot in the garden or the delicious food at the on-site restaurant. The whole place had a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. Location: Conveniently located, the hotel is close to popular attractions while still providing a quiet, relaxing retreat. All in all, my stay was flawless. I had absolutely no issues, and everything exceeded my expectations. Rosa Garden Hotel is truly a gem, and I’ll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, quality, and value.

Great location and accessible to all transportation. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood. The staff are all accommodating and the restaurant offers a variety of tasty food and drinks.

It's convenient because there are many restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. The hotel was relatively clean and the staff were friendly. However, the security situation seems quite bad, so it's best not to go out at night.

The room is overall cozy and clean. Aircon is new, the bed is cozy very comfortable. The bathroom is clean with hot shower. But no water heater in the room you still need to request. I am disappointed a bit since I was assigned at the 5th floor and I have requested the front staff to transfer me in the lower floor and she assured me if there will be available she will transfer me since I will be extending a couple of days. But when the third day comes, she mentioned no more available rooms. It is so upsetting since I am expecting what she promised when I see couple of guests already checking out.

The location was good and very convenient. The room itself was decent, but not very clean—especially the windows, which were quite dusty. In our first room, the air conditioner wasn’t working properly so it was too warm, and we had to request a transfer. Thankfully, the second room had a functioning aircon. However, we noticed several issues during our stay. Some of our companions had problems with their shower not working, and when they were supposed to be transferred, the next room’s aircon also wasn’t cooling properly. There were quite a few inconveniences overall. The reception staff didn’t seem very accommodating or responsive to concerns. It may have been due to a high volume of guests, but it would have helped if concerns were acknowledged more promptly. The lobby was also quite warm, which made it uncomfortable not just for guests but also for the staff in corporate attire. The surroundings can be a bit noisy since the location is close to busy areas. Overall, since this was our first time staying here for a nearby event, we appreciated the convenient location and affordability. However, the overall experience was around 6/10. I hope they can improve the room conditions and address maintenance issues moving forward. We also didn’t get the chance to take photos of the room for reference. I hope improvements can be made, as the place itself has a lot of potential and the location is really good.

Palagi po akong nakakatravel kaya compare to other accommodation Maine City Residences have an average impression so far. Maayos nmn ang set up ng room pagpasok. Kakalinis lang siguro kasi moist pa ang floors. Toilet/Bath has low water pressure and equipt with hot and cold device . There are presence of cockroaches. Kaya nagrequest nalang ako kung my Baygon spray cla. Staffs excellent approachable and very accommodating. AC excellent, napakatahimik ng rooms. My available drinking water just outside the room. Wala elevator up to the top floor (4th). Convenient ang location to fast foods, laundry shop, barber shop/salon, 7/11 and BPI branch. The hotel situated just two blocks away from Taft Avenue.

Our stay at Arzo Hotel - Manila was absolutely wonderful! The staff were warm and accommodating, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended! Accessible to train station, to different sites in Manila like Luneta, Paco Park, National Museum, one station away to Intramuros! ✨

My stay at RedDoorz booked through Trip.com was better this time. I got a nicer room, but unfortunately, there was no drinking water provided as advertised. Overall, a mixed experience.

It’s a basic type of accommodation and affordable so never expect too much. The lift needs to be replaced any moment it might break down. The food offered tastes good and affordable. The staffs are friendly and approachable so lovely. The check in and check out process is hassle less. Window lock needs to be repaired. They need to add bidet on their toilet. Wifi connection needs to be enhanced.  Overall the hotel facility needs to be renovated.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the air conditioning worked very well, providing a cool and relaxing environment. It is highly suitable for couples. One minor concern is that the comforter had some old stains that could no longer be removed. However, it did not have any unpleasant odor, so it was still acceptable for us. That said, more meticulous guests may find this an issue. We would also like to express our gratitude for our 4-night stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating—far more welcoming compared to other hotels we have stayed in. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
