AApple Ong Thong OonI booked 2 rooms from this hotel, the service and facilities is superb, definitely recommend if travel to Manila, hotel is also quite near to other popular destinations, around 20 minutes away by grab car to Intramuros, airport, SM MOA. There is also a mall at walking distance.

Great
GGuest UserThis place was exactly what we needed during our trip to Manila. The location was convenient, and we had no trouble finding food or transportation nearby. Overall, a very easy and pleasant stay.
IitsreallyjaineStaying at City Garden Suites Manila turned out to be a great choice for exploring the historic side of Manila.
The location is very convenient — just a short distance from Rizal Park, Intramuros, and shopping areas like Robinsons Place Manila. It made moving around the city easy without long travel time.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for resting after a full day of walking around Manila. What stood out the most was the hospitality of the staff — they were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help.
If you’re looking for a hotel that balances comfort, location, and affordability, this is definitely a good option when staying in Manila.
GGabriela_TravelIt was really ok. They even let us checked in early since the room is ready. Unfortunately the cleanliness is really bad. As you can see in the picture. The toilet needs deep cleaning or needs to be resilicon. I am working also in housekeeping. Im making this review for the sake of the establishment, i want to let them know that they can do better. Thank you for the reception for doing a job well done, they replied in whatsapp when i sent this photo and said the staff will check on it. We stayed 3 nights but it was never checked. It’s not the fault of reception, this time it’s housekeeping (if reception forwarded the info to hk). I was planning to extend for another 3 nights but because of this i moved to other hotel (which is not ”kawalan” for them 😅). Currently i am booked to other hotel (i just checked out few hours ago). I did not took picture with the other parts..just more brushing can do sana.
I almost brushed the molds but i remember im on vacation and needs to enjoy. 😅
TThompson Travel Deals Australia USA PhilippinesThis place is reasonably priced. For foreign travelers, the breakfast may not meet their preferences, as it is mostly Filipino. But it is a few steps away from McDonald's and Robinson Mall. Overall it was value for money.
AAnonymous UserThe location is good, close to Intramuros and the coast. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk from the station, but it's a nice walk to see the city. There's a large supermarket nearby and a 7-Eleven, which is very convenient.
Many of the staff were very kind. Thanks to them, I had a pleasant stay, which really made up for any shortcomings of the hotel. The doorman who opened the door for me every day even stopped an Uber taxi for me at the end and opened the door. He was very pleasant, and I left feeling good. Thank you.
Breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but the omelets made fresh every day were delicious, and since it was a buffet, I was able to eat my fill. For this price, there's even a small gym, so I think the cost-performance is good.
From here on, I'll list the downsides, but even with those, I still felt it was good value for money (again, thanks to the kind staff). The hotel is old and dusty. My room had no view from the window. The strange doll on the bedside lamp was a mystery (lol). The room was reasonably spacious, and the air conditioning worked great. However, when you remove the key card, everything turns off, so it gets hot again when you go out. There are no amenities at all, so I recommend bringing your own from home. There's no box of tissues either. There's only one roll of toilet paper, so if you use it as tissue, you'll run out. For towels, there's only a bath towel; no face towel. Maybe you can ask the front desk for a toothbrush? The toilet is the kind where you shouldn't flush paper. Please be careful.
GGuest UserThis reception was comfortable and we felt well received. Emails and check-in instructions were clear. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. We will definitely stay there again in the future. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
GGuest UserIt was very bad to start with. They gave us a very dirty room. Had cockcriaches.. bad deco, safe was broken and the clock was not working. I had to change the room after 3days of living in that room it was very disgusting. I was scared to walk around the room. The balcony doors wouldn't close properly in both rooms so the air conditioning was not effective enough.
Also found previous tenants dirty knickers on the balcony floor and when I complained they said maybe clean knickers and did not send any one to remove them from the balcony. Definitely a 1/5 for the room and service in this situation. There was cockcroach prevention houses all over the place and was bitten by lots of mosquitoes and the kitten was dirty in places. They asked for a 2k peso deposit refundable which is fine but I had to pay in cash which in the end I had to go find an atm which was inconvenient and I had to walk about 10min from the hotel because they had no visa card services, being a hotel with 50 floors that was very bad management for their hotel infrastructure for international clients. The restaurant down the street and also the Korean restaurant in the lobby both had visa card machines yet a hotel couldn't do that. Overall the service after few days was much better. The manager Mohammed and workers Charles and Michael started to help make my stay more better which was refreshing and we built good relations. So in the end the last few days was more better. If it was like this from the start then I would definitely give a 4/5.

A Great Stay with Exceptional Staff and Location!
”I recently had a wonderful stay at Las Palmas Hotel De Manila and would highly recommend it, especially for travelers who prioritize location and service.
The staff truly are the hotel's greatest asset. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They were always quick to offer a smile and assist with any request, making us feel completely welcome and at ease during our entire stay.
The location is superb. It is situated in a vibrant part of Manila, making it easy to explore the city. We were just a short walk away from Robinsons Place Mall and other key areas like Rizal Park and Manila Bay. Being so close to shopping and dining made our trip extremely convenient.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided good value for the price. While some rooms are more compact, they are well-maintained and offer all the essential amenities, including complimentary bottled water.
If I had one minor suggestion for improvement, it would be to brighten the room lighting. Otherwise, for a clean, safe, and perfectly located hotel with outstanding service, Las Palmas Hotel De Manila is a top-tier choice and a place I would happily return to.”
