Poor lobby condition, unstable room WiFi, etc.: On the day of my check-in, the lobby was still under construction, cluttered with miscellaneous items, and had a pungent smell of renovation—completely lacking the welcoming atmosphere expected of a hotel ”about to open for trial operation.” The room's WiFi was only fixed after I checked in. Although the front desk offered to change rooms, my luggage was already scattered in the room, so I had to wait inside.
