"Pros: As expected from a well-established hotel, the location is absolutely fantastic. Parking is convenient with plenty of outdoor spaces. Right across from the hotel is Nie'er Park, which has recently added some new children's play facilities, including a Ferris wheel. The kids had an amazing time there! It truly lives up to its reputation as the hometown of a famous musician, with people singing and laughing, and an overall musical atmosphere in the park.
Just through the park is Xiaomiao Street, which is very lively with all sorts of snacks on both sides. The hotel thoughtfully provided a list of recommended snacks, so you can just follow that to try them out. Beyond Xiaomiao Street is Nie'er's former residence, so this hotel's location is truly unbeatable. Our room directly overlooked the park, offering an excellent view.
Cons: It was too hot; the central air conditioning wasn't cooling. I couldn't fall asleep until 3 AM. Eventually, I had no choice but to open all the windows, but then the sounds of fireworks and firecrackers were very loud, and there was also a lot of noise from young people, so I didn't sleep well at all. The central air conditioning really needs to be debugged and improved as soon as possible."

"The hotel is close to the Niel Park. Every day after dinner, walk along the water to see the Lanxi Pavilion and Niel. The night view is particularly beautiful.
I booked a lake view room, looking out of the window as shown in the picture.
Downstairs there is beef hot pot and lamb rice noodles.
There are not many breakfast samples, and the quality is not measured. The rice porridge is boiled until it blooms, and the steamed pumpkin is peeled, especially sweet.
Cleaning after guests leave the store every day, will not disturb during the rest.
Without the current popular ”whole house intelligence”, people are relieved. Traveling for so long, I am really afraid of these artificial**. Or do it yourself most worry-free."

From the booking stage, the customer service patiently answered questions and took the initiative to help arrange a quiet and sunny room. After the family arrived at the store, the front desk staff not only enthusiastically guided them and helped them carry their luggage, but also thoughtfully asked about the needs of the elderly. "I genuinely think this hotel is great! The room was clean and tidy, spacious enough that it didn't feel cramped at all. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard, so I slept really soundly. The front desk staff, especially one of the ladies, had an amazing service attitude – warm, patient, and efficient. The hotel environment is quiet, and the soundproofing is good, so my rest wasn't disturbed at all at night. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The price was also very reasonable. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. I had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it to everyone!"

"It’s my first time coming to Yuxi and I chose a chain hotel randomly, but this Atour really did a good job. The tea given by the lady at the front desk when I checked in was very delicious. For those who don’t know about the surrounding area, the staff will patiently introduce the books in the lobby. You can also borrow and return books, and the lady at the front desk will also help. The first bowl of rice noodles we had when we arrived was for breakfast at the hotel."

KKeyizouleThis is a treasure homestay in Chengjiang! When you open the window, you can see the quiet lotus pond and Fuxian Lake not far away. The morning mist is shrouded, and the sunset glows red in the evening. Every frame is like a painting! The room is warm and exquisite, with simple style furniture and soft bedding. There is also a viewing balcony and a rooftop terrace. It is so comfortable to sit on a chair and drink tea while enjoying the scenery. The boss is warm and hospitable. He not only recommends restaurants and farmers' markets frequented by locals, but also helps recommend delicious supper. The rice noodles and blueberries for breakfast are full of characteristics and cost-effective.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful with luggage; there's an elevator. The room is clean and tidy, with warm and comfortable amenities. Notable details include a toilet seat cover, a hidden pull cord in the shower, and even conditioner. The bedding set is sandalwood scented, which I really liked. The slippers are color-coded, so two people won't wear the wrong ones, ensuring hygiene. The toothbrush and comb are of good quality, leaving no plastic residue in your mouth. Besides complimentary bottled water (which the owner provides free of charge when it's not enough, placed on a table near the elevator for self-service – so thoughtful!), there's also Yunnan small-grain coffee and Pu'er chrysanthemum tea. The cups have disposable paper lids, showing attention to detail. Noise-canceling earplugs are provided for a quiet sleep. A motion-sensor light is convenient for getting up at night. The bedding is pure cotton with a great feel, and the mattress is very comfortable. The water pressure is high, providing hot water instantly. Finally, the sofa in the room, covered with a dog-specific blanket (which we brought), is incredibly cozy. Overall, it was a very good stay experience with great value for money. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back if I have the chance.

GGuest UserThe B&B is directly opposite the pier of Gushan Scenic Area. You can directly see the lake from the room, and you can take a boat to Gushan Island after crossing the road and walking two steps. The room is quite unique, the bed is comfortable, and the breakfast is too simple (just a bowl of freshly cooked rice noodles, and then there is a rice cooker on the floor in the corner to bring you 2 small steamed buns and sweet potatoes or corn) and nothing else. . For the price of 700+ per night, it is really about the same level as a B&B breakfast of over 100 per night. It is recommended to upgrade! There is a bar in the front lobby with a lot of different kinds of wine. Unfortunately, I didn't taste it because I drove here and I can't drink while driving. Parking is very convenient, and you can park in the yard in front of the door. Gushan is a bit unpopular, and there are not too many tourists. After 8 o'clock in the evening, the surrounding restaurants are closed, and there are only a few barbecue stalls left, which is not very convenient. There is a terrace on the roof of the fourth floor, where you can watch the sunrise in the morning. The waiters in the guest room and front desk disappeared. Except for check-in time, there was basically no one coming in and out. In the morning, I went to the terrace on the fourth floor to watch the sunrise. It seemed that the banquet I had had the previous night in the private room of the hotel next to it was all gone. It hasn't been cleaned up yet, and the cups and bowls are in a mess... Their coffee is particularly delicious. When I left the store, I was given a cup of hand-brewed coffee, which was delicious!

QQifuwonijiuwandanla1. My family and I finally got to experience the 'most beautiful Hilton' on this trip. Built right by the lake, you can walk down the steps directly to the lakeside for a stroll. We went twice, once in the evening and once in the early morning, and the environment was fantastic. Watching the lake, as vast as an ocean, feeling the breeze and listening to the waves was delightful and relaxing.
2. The room layout was also well-planned, and the balcony overlooked the hotel grounds and the lake, offering expansive views. The service was excellent, with a warm and enthusiastic attitude. Every staff member we encountered during our stay greeted us warmly.
3. They even offered a complimentary travel photography experience, where we got to try on ethnic costumes, leaving us with wonderful memories. This was a pleasant surprise and exceeded our expectations.

GGuest UserThe family hotel is ran by some very nice people. We found them to be very helpful. The check-in process was quick. We are a Chinese and Canadian couple, so we must register with the local police authorities. The owners of this hotel followed the rules and made it easy for everyone. The hotel itself is very clean. Nice big fluffy towels! The location is just off the retail section of Yuxi in an industrial section, so walking to the train station is easy, and getting downtown on foot is easy too.
