"I just booked this place on a whim, and I didn't expect such a great experience – they didn't even raise prices during exam season! The lobby is clean and tidy, and the bedding is super soft. It has a Stressless mattress, which was incredibly comfortable; my back didn't ache at all, and I slept soundly until morning. There was no noise disturbance in the room. The room has excellent natural light and good ventilation. The bathroom is clean, and the toiletries are complete, with really good quality toothbrushes. The hot water comes out quickly and with strong pressure, which was so refreshing after a shower. The shower gel smells lovely, leaving me feeling fragrant. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, checking me in and out quickly. They were gentle and patient when speaking and promptly resolved any issues, making me feel very well taken care of. Next time I'm in Yuxi, I'll definitely stay here again. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!"

"A great weekend!! Caught up with Mother's Day, I took my mother to rest for a day. I felt super relaxed from the moment I entered the hotel. The environment is beautiful and the green vegetation covers a large area. Before check-in, Miss Niki (?) contacted and arranged a room upgrade. I am super grateful🥹You can see the jacaranda and blue sky outside from the balcony and feel the wind. The quality of the double breakfast and lunch rice noodle set in the set is absolutely impeccable. There are various snacks. You can try all kinds of small bowls. Paoruda is the best😋The lemon and sour spicy chicken feet in the set are super delicious. I also went to the Chinese restaurant to take a portion home before leaving. Thanks to every staff member I met, including but not limited to Brother Cai Liping at the front desk, Brother Gu Dezhong in the Western restaurant, and a small but energetic lady in the Chinese restaurant (I met her at noon on 5.9/10). I hope I didn’t write everyone’s name wrong🙈 See you next time! ! Definitely come again!"

"It's understandable that hotel prices go up during holidays, but a drop in service quality is not. Breakfast was a complete disaster – a free-for-all where people were literally fighting for food. It's hard to believe this was a breakfast room in a proper four-star hotel. There was absolutely no order; no one queued, and whether you got any food depended entirely on how aggressive you were. Kids were grabbing food with their bare hands, and when dishes or cups ran out, no one refilled them. After eating a single slice of watermelon, I went back to my room and ordered takeout."

"The room is small, and the bed is tiny, which felt a bit cramped for a family of three. The hotel's public areas are beautifully designed with many Instagrammable spots, such as the cave pool, the lakeside Western restaurant, the coffee cabin, and the coconut grove. However, some areas seem to be designed solely for photo ops; for example, the cave pool is perfect for pictures but not suitable for children to swim in. Also, the hotel is split into two buildings. We stayed in one, while the restaurant, pool, and other facilities were in the other, requiring a five-minute walk outside between them, which was quite inconvenient. The room's curtains didn't block out light very well, and the bathroom mirror light and emergency light were too bright at night. If you're looking for great photo opportunities at Instagram-worthy spots, it's definitely worth a visit as it's very photogenic. But for a pure family vacation, there are better options."

The overall experience was fantastic, so I really have to leave a good review. First off, the hotel's location is excellent. Right outside the hotel is the Nie Er Music Square, with lovely views. The area isn't noisy, and it's clean and tidy, which made my parents feel very comfortable and safe. As soon as we entered the lobby, it felt very welcoming. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and patient. Check-in was very quick, and they spoke so gently, especially caring for my parents, which was really heartwarming.
