GGuest UserThe service staff could not hide their rudeness. The concierge was very rude about my late checkout. Paid the fee, and then asked for some tine to make sure everythjng was pacmed (i woke up late from my nap). We would ask about when the best time is for breakfast, and we would be asked condescendingly what is our concern, why are we asking. I asked for 30 minutes, theg said they can only give me 15 minutes. They would treat me like a runaway guest. I would tell them to charge it to my room so I can pay for it on checkout. They would refuse. They held the other guest over at one of the restaurants like they would not believe we would pay our fees, i had to go back to my room after their food upset my stomach.
I went to the champagne room from the good reviews. Some guests with no business there was being attended to by all the staff. They were blocking the way. I had a reservation and was ignored.
The pool is mid, the overhead shower does not really work, the food is also just okay.

Parking: A Major Inconvenience
The process for securing complimentary parking is excessively complicated and needs to be streamlined. For a 5-night stay, having to follow these steps every single day was truly exhausting and time-consuming:
Validate the ticket at the Front Desk for complimentary status.
Go to the Parking Cashier for a zero-value receipt.
Surrender this receipt at the parking exit.
This multi-step, daily requirement detracts significantly from the convenience expected of a hotel in this category, and I urge management to simplify it for long-term guests.
Front Desk & Check-In Issues
Service at the Front Desk also presented some challenges:
The check-in process was not smooth and took longer than expected.
I often had to wait for an extended period for the front desk to answer my phone calls, which was frustrating when trying to resolve issues or make simple requests.
Value for Money
The breakfast buffet, while excellent, is priced quite high, making it feel less like a value-add and more like an excessive cost for those paying in addition to their room rate.
Overall: The quality of the breakfast is great, but the cumbersome parking procedure and the inconsistent front desk service created daily friction that significantly impacted the overall comfort and convenience of my extended stay.

PPrecious EBI was honestly hesitant to book at first because some of the reviews made me anxious about the cleanliness and service. But after staying for three nights, I’m so glad we gave it a chance. The room we stayed in was clean, cozy, well-kept and definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm, helpful, and very accommodating. They even allowed us to print our visas at the reception, which was a thoughtful gesture we truly appreciated.
What also stood out was the beautiful ambiance of the hotel. The lobby and foyer were absolutely breathtaking, spacious, elegant, and welcoming. It instantly gave a great first impression and set the tone for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable, and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend and happily stay here again!

AAnonymous UserRamada has always been amazing. We stayed there last year and we were blown away by how great their costumer service is, that's why we returned. Almost a year later and their customer service did not change. Pao, Rea, Dein & Jeff were hospitable, courteous and easy to talk to. Initially, I booked the dates from Nov 24-25. However I thought I booked it from 23-24. When we arrived, they were having problems looking for my booking, when we realized my mistake, they did what they could to still find us a room. We were accommodated with the best attitude! Truly amazing. Looking forward to our third visit!

The property is a bit old, but it’s well-maintained and clean, which I really appreciated. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and had a comfortable experience. Would definitely consider staying here again.

MmsmariakatrinaI recently stayed at Hotel H2O, and it was such a unique and memorable experience! Our room featured a beautiful, large aquarium wall that created a relaxing and mesmerizing atmosphere throughout our stay. The space was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day.
The service was also excellent. The bell boy was very accommodating, helping us with our luggage and making sure we had everything we needed upon arrival. The receptionist was equally friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming.
Overall, Hotel H2O offered great service, a unique room experience, and a clean, comfortable environment. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay!
