"Nice hotel in vintage style. Good service and Location. But there are some things that make you unsatisfied: 1. Stinky bathroom, no ventilation at all 2. No ventilation in the room, except a huge A/C in front of the window. View makes you unhappy by the way... 3. Old and grey bed sheets...look clean, but so aged... 4. Security is in high level, but they take your drone in the entrance....not allowed I recommend the hotel to upgrade bed sheets and towels, upgrade the ventilation system."

Overall satisfied po kami Ng Asawa ko sa service at sa sa neatness Ng hotel.. napaka mura pa Ng room nila...Thank you so much Red Planet Hotel Binondo. Kudos sa inyo. Keep it up po. When we first checked into Room 104, there were a few issues: the beddings weren’t properly tucked, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, and the air conditioner didn’t have a remote. However, after we informed the front desk, they quickly moved us to Room 204. Overall, great customer service despite the initial inconveniences."

"Regarding how much money we paid and what kind of service we received, this is just an amazing hotel, it's hard to convey how kind the staff here are, they always try to help. all the staff, very nice girls at the reception helped with all the questions, I would like to say thank you to the people who helped with things, opened and closed the door to the hotel. the pool was large and clean, and there was a very good order. The breakfasts for the elections are quite hearty pancakes, omelets, porridge, everything is very tasty and fresh. The rooms have soft beds - the only thing is that the pillows are very large, everything else was fine, the rooms are clean, the water is hot for the hotel, for such a price - it's just a great choice."

"The pre-war feel of this hotel was preserved through the Spanish colonial period. The furniture resonated past vibes bringing us back to that era. Black and white pictures were laid out on tables in the restaurant, memories of the family’s history . Rooms were basic but clean. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the food especially the Calderetta which was cooked to perfection. Location wise , the Malate area had lots of Filipino,Korean,Japanese and Spanish restaurants. We tried them all. Massage parlours and spas were sprawled everywhere. Pedicure and Manicure , get them done in Malate for the best rates. And the dentist in Malate offer the best services at amazing rates. Entertainment wise, the live bands at Chill bar Bocobo , close to the hotel ,was phenomenal. For 4 nights we embraced true Filipino talent at the Chill bar with a different band on each night. To conclude ,The Orchid garden suites was resonably priced and its location was the main reason why we chose it."
