"Overall, we had a wonderful time. The restaurant though is not that big to accommodate the hotel guests during breakfasf time, so if you go there around 7am or later, you may have to line up and wait for a long time."
"Perfect location - walking distance to airport. All the same you don‘t hear the planes!
Friendly staff
Nice pool in the shade where you can eat and drink. There is also a locker room where you can have a shower after checking-out
Unfortunately no water refil station, but just little plastic bottle. They write about eco-friendly hotel but they don’t live it (little soap instead of liquid soap; AC is on when before entering room - many people don‘t like AC…)"
"The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the staff are consistently friendly and accommodating. The amenities and buffet breakfast offer good value for money, though both the elevator wait times and buffet lines can get quite long, especially during peak periods like our check-in on December 24. Despite these minor inconveniences, our overall experience was very positive and I would highly recommend this hotel. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer complimentary connecting rooms for guests who book multiple rooms, as this option is not currently available on popular booking platforms like Trip or Agoda. This would make family or group stays much more convenient."
"We stayed at planet Hotel for 2 nights. The admins are very approachable. Yung di ka matatakot na magtanong. Hotel is near to divisoria walking distance lng po sa lahat. Di ka magkaproblema sa pagkaon. Malinis Ang room may hot & cold shower.. di mo na kailangan mag request Ng paglilinis sa room. Sila na MISMO ang mag kusang magsasabi na lilinisin ang room.. free wifi 😃
Di lng po Ako nka pa pic Ng room namin. But what you see is what you get. Keep it up po. Hope to see you next time."
"I recently stayed at Belmont Manila Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The location is incredibly convenient, especially if you need quick access to the airport or the nearby malls and restaurants. Check-in was smooth, although I usually have to wait a little longer before being assisted.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities, even though some parts look a bit dated. The bed and overall setup made it easy to relax after a long day."
"the hostel is 3kms far away from the international airpot so if you're having a flight very early in the morning very late at night its location is very good; even more, the hostel has a private shuttle that can bring you there for a fair price. If you want privacy and confort I suggest to book a room with private WC and shower, those rooms are on the 2nd floor and are quite nice and good space, hot water very time. You can book your food from a restaurant that its near by, and they will bring it to your room, the food is nice and cheap. The manager oft he hotel its a lady, very nice and speak a very good English, if you have any request talk to her, she will do everything to solve it and make your stay confortable and safe. _thank you so much for your help! "
"Had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt well taken care of.
The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I especially loved the bed and pillows, which made sleeping incredibly restful. The amenities were well thought out, and everything worked perfectly.
The location is also a huge plus—convenient, safe, and close to everything I needed. Whether you’re here for work or leisure, this hotel strikes a great balance between comfort and convenience.
Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality service and a comfortable stay."
"I think its more near to Terminal 1 and 2 but quite far from Terminal 3.
They are on renovation during my stay but nevertheless still they have a top notch customer service.
They help me to ammend my book coz i put a wrong booking dates.
Cant complain enough about the hotel also coz i just stay for a few hours here coz i have an early domestic flight.
My room are quite good though i dont have the sleeper found in my room, maybe i just need to request and also no drinking glass in my room too."
"Stayed for 4 nights over the past weekend. The connection to Ayala Mall is a plus point. The service of the restaurant staff must be commended.
One of the day, the room was not cleaned up. Another day, a wet bathroom mat was placed on the sofa (yekks). The eco-green card that i placed on my sheets went missing.
There is a musky smell in the corridor on some levels, esp. L5, where it is connected to the pool. Additionally, there is a sewage smell emanating from a corner of the family room.
The soundproofing of the window and door is not good, I can hear noise from the corridor and from the swimming pool.
The breakfast is good, with a reasonable selection, albeit not much change over the days."

Great
DDauzOnlyI stayed in Manila, Philippines, and chose this hotel for a short staycation. It’s located in the Malate area, slightly on the outskirts of the city. From check-in until check-out, I was treated so nicely even though it’s a 3-star hotel, the service felt top-notch! 🏨
The staff, from the security guard to the front desk and housekeeping, were all super friendly and helpful. As you can see, the room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel facilities are impressive too there’s a rooftop area with a kitchen equipped with a fridge, waffle maker, oven, microwave, and other appliances. The rooftop view is beautiful, especially in the evening! 🌇
What surprised me the most was the free Sunday shuttle service to popular tourist spots such a thoughtful touch! The hotel also has a gym, game room, and some nice OOTD photo spots. There are vending machines for snacks and drinks as well, though I didn’t try them since I wasn’t sure if the food was halal.
Overall, I genuinely enjoyed my stay here definitely not overclaimed! Will surely come back again. Special thanks to Miss Jalen at the reception she was so cheerful, kind, and helpful throughout my stay! 💕

Very Good
GGuest UserWe were together with my husband in Manila in this Hotel. The best positive staff, good, clean and fresh room and also Hop inn shares a building with 7/11, you can buy whatever you want 24 per 7. It was amazing experience. Only want a small cheap Café with local breakfast. And it will be the best option. Thank you ❤️🫂
GGuest UserI recently stayed at Hotel Sogo, and I must say that my overall experience was pleasant and satisfying. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well-maintained and organized the place was. The room was exceptionally clean, which gave me an immediate sense of comfort and relaxation after a long day of travel. The floors were spotless, the linens smelled fresh, and the bathroom was tidy and well-sanitized — no traces of dirt or unpleasant odors at all.
The housekeeping staff clearly does an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness. They were very polite and accommodating whenever I requested for towels or extra toiletries. Every time I stepped out and returned, the room was always in perfect order — bed neatly fixed, trash emptied, and surfaces dust-free.
Aside from cleanliness, the room ambiance was cozy and peaceful. The air-conditioning worked well, the lighting was just right, and the TV provided a good variety of channels. The bed was comfortable enough for a restful sleep, and the overall environment was quiet, which made it easy to unwind.
I also appreciated the staff’s friendliness and professionalism. They greeted me with smiles and made sure that check-in and check-out were fast and convenient. Their hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
The location of the hotel is also a big plus — very accessible to transportation, convenience stores, and restaurants. It’s ideal for travelers who want a clean and affordable place to stay without sacrificing comfort and convenience.
Overall, I would describe my stay at Hotel Sogo as clean, safe, and comfortable. It’s a great choice for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize cleanliness and good service. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I need a quick and relaxing place to rest.
LlussssterMy siblings and I had a decent stay overall. The place was clean and comfortable enough for a short visit, and we appreciated having enough space for everyone. The location was convenient, and check-in went smoothly. There were a few minor things that could be improved, like [insert example—e.g., the Wi-Fi connection or water pressure], but nothing that really affected our stay. All in all, it was a good experience for a family trip and offered fair value for the price.
JJohn Mungcal Sr.Staffs are friendly; one thing notable is the way the receptionist will find ways to make it easy for me to present other means of valid identification as I forgot to bring my original ID; she also mentioned the unavailability of some regular stuff being given to their customers due to holiday staffing limitation and supply deliveries. One of the cheapest but cleanest go-to hotels.
Famous fast food restaurants are just a few meters away, such as Mang Inasal and Jollibee. Other fast foods are plenty, the same with local carinderias, as well as convenience stores and bakeries, which are all a walk away only.
Very near government hospitals, namely Jose Reyes, Fabella, and San Lazaro. Leading banks are also in sight to access ATMs and other monetary needs.
Public transport is readily available esp LRT 1 Tayuman Station is just around the corner only
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is quite convenient, the room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. There's a water dispenser, which is a thoughtful touch for easy hydration. However, the biggest issue is the lack of hot water for showering; it's fine in summer but would be very inconvenient in winter. Breakfast isn't included, and nearby options are limited. The service attitude is just average, and responses aren't very prompt. Overall, the basic facilities meet simple accommodation needs, but the hot water problem significantly impacts the stay experience. It's average value for money and suitable for travelers who aren't too particular about their lodging conditions.

GGuest UserSlept 8-straight hours which indicates that it was a comfy stay. room is clean. i did not feel bed bug bites nor see insects. Room was equipped with basic amenities that travelers like me would need. Housekeeping followed my request NOT to come in in the middle of my stay. Theres elevator. too.
BBrendon VWe had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the relaxing ambiance throughout the property. The location was also perfect—conveniently close to key attractions and public transport. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive, ensuring our stay was stress-free. Overall, it was a pleasant experience that exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.
GGuest UserThe booking was fast, checking in on the first room which was in the 31st floor that we booked was slow we arrive around 2pm but we’re able to check in past 3pm. The first room we have was ok but the only complaint we have is that there are many cockroaches crawling in the wall, floor, kitchen and even in the bed. We have a bunk bed and under the mattress when I lay down I can see cockroaches crawling. I have to put cotton balls in my ear as I’m scared it will crawl inside my ear. The second room we check in on the 16th floor, we have no complaint at all it is clean and very comfortable. Staff was helpful.
