"My stay at Berjaya Hotel was very good overall. The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around easy. The staff were friendly and professional, always willing to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of dishes, though it could use a few more local options. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming.
It’s a great choice for both leisure and business trips — definitely worth considering if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel."

Great
GGuest UserThe service staff could not hide their rudeness. The concierge was very rude about my late checkout. Paid the fee, and then asked for some tine to make sure everythjng was pacmed (i woke up late from my nap). We would ask about when the best time is for breakfast, and we would be asked condescendingly what is our concern, why are we asking. I asked for 30 minutes, theg said they can only give me 15 minutes. They would treat me like a runaway guest. I would tell them to charge it to my room so I can pay for it on checkout. They would refuse. They held the other guest over at one of the restaurants like they would not believe we would pay our fees, i had to go back to my room after their food upset my stomach.
I went to the champagne room from the good reviews. Some guests with no business there was being attended to by all the staff. They were blocking the way. I had a reservation and was ignored.
The pool is mid, the overhead shower does not really work, the food is also just okay.
GGuest UserHad a wonderful stay at Diamond Hotel Manila. The room was clean and comfortable. What I loved most was the good service—staff were friendly, attentive, and made the stay extra special. Highly recommended!
KKelv007I recently stayed at the hotel for a few nights, and overall, it was a decent experience with a few areas for improvement
Pros:
The location of the hotel is excellent—close to key attractions and within walking distance of restaurants and shops, which made it convenient for exploring the area. The room was clean upon arrival, and the housekeeping staff did a good job maintaining it throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the modern amenities like the flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi, which worked without any issues. The bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries and had a good amount of space.
Cons:
However, there were a few downsides. The room was a bit smaller than expected, making it feel slightly cramped, especially with luggage. Noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms was noticeable at times, which disrupted sleep on a couple of occasions. Also, the bathroom seems to be abit old and unkept. Lastly the room AC is abit noisy
Final Thoughts:
Overall, this hotel offers good value for its location and cleanliness, but there are some areas that could be improved for a more comfortable and relaxing stay. I would recommend it for short stays or if you’re not too sensitive to noise
TTeam IbañezWonderful Stay at Rizal Park Hotel 🌟
We stayed at Rizal Park Hotel for two nights and had a truly great experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Rizal Park (Luneta), Intramuros, and Fort Santiago, which made exploring Manila's historical sites so convenient.
The hotel amenities were impressive. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the overall relaxing atmosphere. The staff were courteous and accommodating, which added to the pleasant stay.
We also celebrated Father’s Day during our stay, making it extra special for our family. Everything from the ambiance to the service made it a memorable celebration.
Highly recommend for families and anyone wanting a comfortable and historically charming place to stay in Manila! 🌺
GGuest UserWe had a nice stay for 2 nights.
Their staff are accomodating, I have requested a beach front and they've met my needs.
Their bfast are superb
Lastly, the room is spacious
GGuest UserWell I spend up to 3 months of the year at City Garden so I’m certainly qualified to comment on the quality of the hotels services including the restaurant my experience has always been very happy content comfortable & satisfaction achieved my partner also will agree with my comments the staff are great and caring to us and our needs at all times
PPuerto Rico touristSmall room, towel is too old, the white colour of the towel looks dirty. When we enter the room it has a bad odour especially in the toilet area, that leads us to buy an albatross toilet odour ball to eliminate the bad smell. The toilet room is too small. The entire room is not sound proof, you can hear noise in other rooms even if it is a little sound. The good thing about this hotel is the location
GGuest UserWe enjoyed it so much. Not only our baby enjoyed the Aqua Park, but also my husband and I. Staying at the H20 hotel was really family bonding. It was really worth our stay because it was right next to Manila Ocean Park and Aqua Park. Our food orders also arrived quickly because the restaurants were almost nearby.
BBestAshleyLarge room (Superior King) which was clean unless you go looking under the fridge or bed. A very comfortable mattress and excellent bedding was provided. The shower was warm to hot and powerful. There was no view from the window which didn't bother us for the price.
The tv had poor reception but we watched Netflix on our laptop using the hotel wifi.
The pool was excellent although of expected moderate size for a roof pool. Loungers and seating was provided.
ВВалерияЯWe managed to check into the room on the third try. The first room was smoky, the second with a loud old air conditioner, we agreed to the third, because we were very tired from the night flight, although we were not thrilled with it. For early check-in at 8 am, they asked for an extra charge of 500 pesos. The location of the hotel is good, everything is nearby. Filipino breakfasts, monotonous, according to the menu, but there is always rice and an egg in the dish, only the third ingredient changes. Coffee is included in the breakfast. No fruits. No vegetables either. Pros: the room has a kettle, a refrigerator and a microwave. We were shocked by the presence of a gap (about 20 cm) between neighboring rooms. This was discovered after checking into the neighboring room, when we could hear the TV, the child, etc. as in our room. Everything was covered with a curtain and was initially not visible. But otherwise, in general, a good hotel. It will do for 1-2 days.
