Great
PPiaoyangguohaideyingThe hotel is located in the Old Town, within the city walls, making it easy to reach all attractions with a 5-10 minute walk. It feels relatively safe. The breakfast isn't really suited for Chinese tastes. Right across the street, after passing through an underpass, there's a large shopping complex with plenty of dining and entertainment options. This is a four-star hotel, so the price isn't exactly cheap.
CCK WonggI love the service! Hospitality is amazing I feel it's the one of the best in SEA for a 4 star hotel. Compliments to the staffs that check my room upon check out and found my glasses I forgot to pack. They returned it almost immediately upon check out.
Compliments to the guards outside as well, they escorted us especially at night to the other side to get to the mall due to crazy traffic haha !
Casino can be improved with more different table games that has progressive jackpot I.e. paigow, stud poker etc. Too too many baccarat table.
Location is perfect for those who wants to stay and experience the local as this hotel is buried in many local residential area unlike Newport.
Overall, I will return for another short getaway 🥰
GGuest UserOur family had an excellent stay at Manila Prince Hotel—truly a memorable experience from start to finish.
What stood out the most was the exceptional service. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of. From the courteous guards who greeted us warmly upon arrival, to the helpful bell boys—especially John—who assisted us with a smile, the hospitality was consistent throughout.
At the front desk, Paulo and Shane ensured a smooth and pleasant check-in experience. Housekeeping, led by Erika, kept our room spotless and comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. We also enjoyed the dining experience—special thanks to the chef at the egg station for the delicious breakfast.
We always felt happy and satisfied every time we stayed here. Previously, Jomar was the one who consistently accommodated us during the breakfast buffet, making everything smooth and perfect. This time, Jimpaul provided the same level of excellent service—attentive, friendly, and reliable—which we truly appreciated.
Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. The service, the food, and the warm atmosphere made our family feel right at home. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back!
KkakigansauLocated on Ongpin Street, very near to all the popular Chinatown f&b oultlets and opposite to the Minor Basilica and National Shrine of Saint Lorenzo Ruiz (Binondo Church) so you wake up to the sounds of Church Bells.
The Hotel is quite dated but clean, would have been a great hotel during those days. Staff are friendly and approachable.
Just a heads up; they require a deposit per night. If you have a credit card you can pre-auth. Since I stayed for 1 night, I put 2000 piso cash for deposit. A family who checked in before me had 2 rooms for 5nights, had to put deposit of 2x5x2000piso=20,000piso (325usd).
MMonersheshaWe enjoyed our Valentines Day here. The facilities are nice hiwever it takes more than 1 hour to get our order in their cafe at the pool. This should be improve. Overall we still enjoyed our stay.
GGuest UserStayed at Rizal Park Hotel and it honestly felt like stepping into another era—very Somewhere in Time kind of vibe. The building itself has a lot of character, which makes sense since it used to be the old Army Navy Club (built in 1911), and you can feel that old-world charm throughout the property.
Location is a major advantage—right beside Rizal Park, near the US Embassy, and overlooking Manila Bay. Great for staycations, especially if you want that sunset view. Convenience stores are about a 5-minute walk away, and food delivery is easily accessible.
We booked a junior suite and it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was notably fresh-smelling, which stood out. Bed was comfortable, aircon was cold, and Wi-Fi was fast. The pool area was a highlight—relaxing with a great view of the bay, especially at sunset. The hotel also has a gym and sauna; we were able to use the sauna, which was a nice addition to the overall experience.
Most of the staff were friendly, often greeting us with smiles and good mornings/evenings, which made the stay more pleasant. Special mention to Ma'am Jenna from the amenities building—very friendly and accommodating. There were a few instances where some staff didn't greet, but overall service was still warm and welcoming.
That said, the building does show its age in some areas. There were occasional noises at night (likely ongoing maintenance or renovations), and some facilities feel dated—TV could definitely be upgraded to a smart TV. We also noticed some ceilings and walls with visible cracks and signs of mold, which could use better upkeep. Breakfast buffet was okay—decent, but not a standout.
Overall, still good bang for buck. Best suited for staycations or travelers who appreciate historic hotels with character rather than modern luxury. Would definitely come back.

Very Good
@@travels8kOne of the most unique hotels in the Philippines, the ocean rooms have a full aquarium wall that's connected through all the rooms of that side. Different fish pass by at different times from room to room. They have great breakfast as well with a view of Manila bay while bacon is available on request for a small fee. Sunset views are awesome and dinner menu is well structured. While most of the hotel is spotless the main corridor outside the rooms could be cleaned more regularly as everyone is passing for there to get to the rooms. There was something odd in the morning just around the end of breakfast time. We could hear the chairs from upstairs being dragged on the wooden floor loudly around 9:30 am to 10:00 am, we were woken up several times as we tried to sleep after an early breakfast. The rest of the time it was whisper quiet and serene.

GGuest UserLocation was super good. They have already smart tv so we were able to watch Youtube on down time but there's no Netflix account signed in, you have to have your own. The buffet on the first morning was chicken tocino and something that looked like a embutido but on the 2nd morning it was a nice glazed chicken and fish fillet in tausi sauce. Egg station is just the basic. They have some bread selection and salad/dessert. It was a good stay when going around the area and avoiding driving in traffic. 😊
RrockunrollerNice hotel large rooms and confortable bed.
Friendly and helpful staff. Rooftop pool was nice but outdoor lights didn't seem to be working. Wifi was hit and miss and did drop out quite a bit which wasnt ideal for booking on flights etc. But the hotel itself was nice and close to shops and the bay.
