Our family trip to Qingdao was made even better by our stay at the Atour Hotel (Zhenhua Road, Qingdao North Railway Station). It truly exceeded our expectations. The family room for six was incredibly spacious, easily accommodating all of us without feeling cramped. It was equipped with everything we needed, from screen casting on the TV to smart devices. The cleanliness throughout the room was meticulous and impeccable, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel's proximity to Qingdao North Railway Station was extremely convenient for travel. Overall, it offered excellent value for money, and our whole family had a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great option!

Excellent value for money! The hot water was consistent and the Wi-Fi was fast. The lobby was clean and simply designed. The smart toilet, a Geberit, was as comfortable as the one at home. The mattress and bedding were top-notch! Definitely recommend. Yulia provided thoughtful and attentive service. A very satisfying experience, I'll recommend it to friends and family visiting Qingdao.

My stay was truly exceptional, especially thanks to the two ladies at the front desk. They were so gentle and patient, making the entire process, from check-in to answering my questions, incredibly smooth and thoughtful. Their soft-spoken manner made me feel completely at ease. Every request and inquiry was met with a prompt and thorough response. The attention to detail in their service was outstanding—professional yet so warm and welcoming.

The hotel is right next to May Fourth Square, just a 10-minute walk away! The room is very spacious, a suite with two bathrooms. The bedroom's bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub, and the ocean view outside is also beautiful! The cleaning lady for the room was exceptionally good, always replenishing mineral water and juice promptly every day. The front desk service was also excellent; sometimes when we returned late and couldn't find a parking spot, they would proactively come to the main entrance to direct and help us find one! Overall, next time I visit Qingdao, this hotel will definitely be on my list!

This stay far exceeded our expectations, and I simply have to give a huge shout-out to the hotel and its concierge team! We were two families traveling together – two dads with three kids, including two little girls. What truly blew us away was the concierge service. Every morning, the concierge would beautifully braid the two little girls' hair, and each day they'd have a different, professionally done, and intricate style. One of the things the kids looked forward to most each morning was going to the concierge to 'get their hair done.' This level of thoughtful attention was genuinely touching and went completely beyond what we'd ever expect from hotel service. The hotel's check-in process was also incredibly accommodating. Official check-in was at 3 PM, but the concierge informed us in advance that if our room was ready, we could communicate and check in earlier. We arrived about two hours early that day, and to our delight, we were able to check in without a hitch. For families traveling with children, this kind of flexible and considerate arrangement is absolutely invaluable and made our trip so much smoother. The family room design was another pleasant surprise. The slide in the room became the kids' paradise; all three of them had a blast playing on it every day. We stayed for six days, and the kids barely touched the TV because the room itself was so engaging and entertaining, they never got bored. For families with kids, this kind of design is a massive bonus. Furthermore, we stayed in the 'Up'-themed sea-view room, and the view was absolutely unbeatable. With the living room and two bedrooms, you could see the ocean from three sides. Whether we were relaxing in the living room or waking up in the bedroom, a vast sea view greeted us. Watching the sunrise, sunset, and the endless expanse of the sea and sky every day filled our entire vacation with immense happiness. From the service and room design to the scenic experience, our whole family was extremely satisfied with this stay. If you're a family traveling with children, I would wholeheartedly recommend this place without a second thought.

This was my first time staying at a Hampton by Hilton, and overall, I had a great experience. The service was quite good, it offered excellent value for money, the environment was pleasant, and the facilities were comprehensive. When I checked in, the young lady at the front desk seemed a bit new and wasn't very clear on things when I asked questions. Later, I asked someone who I believe was a supervisor. My room was fully booked on the first day, but they upgraded my room type on the second day.

The room was spotless, and the bedding and pillows were so soft and comfortable, I had a wonderful night's sleep. The disposable towels came in individual sealed bags, which was a nice touch. The hotel's location is also incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to find places to eat and shop. It's also very close to the beach. The hotel environment is superb; the lobby is spacious and bright, with elegant and stylish decor. The scent in the lobby and upstairs is so relaxing. The room facilities are comprehensive, with a smart toilet and a high-definition TV, which were huge bonuses. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and they even freshly cooked mackerel dumplings on the spot, which was a great local specialty. The late-night congee bar was also a big plus; my family and kids all loved it. The service was impeccable, accommodating every request and incredibly thoughtful. They even gave us complimentary bottled water when we checked out, which was a very considerate gesture. Staying here was comfortable and reassuring. I highly recommend it! This hotel definitely deserves a five-star rating! The room decor is cozy and full of thoughtful details. I'll definitely choose this place again when I come to Qingdao!

I recently completed a weekend stay at the Lanou International Hotel and would like to provide detailed and constructive feedback, particularly as I have stayed at this property several times in the past. While the hotel continues to benefit from an excellent location and a generally comfortable environment, several aspects of this visit fell considerably below the standard I previously experienced. To begin with, the condition of the bathroom facilities has noticeably deteriorated. Fixtures that were once in good working order now appear significantly worn, with visible signs of ageing and inadequate maintenance. The shower fittings, tiling, and general bathroom infrastructure all seem overdue for refurbishment. This decline was unexpected, given the hotel’s formerly reliable standards. Secondly, the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff—especially during the breakfast service—have diminished. Staff members frequently appeared disengaged, and the overall service felt disorganised. Routine tasks such as clearing tables promptly, maintaining a tidy service area, and interacting with guests courteously were not consistently met. This impacted the overall dining experience. Additionally, the hotel appears increasingly ill-prepared to accommodate international guests. The breakfast selection is limited in terms of food variety typically expected by international travelers, and basic utensils such as knives and forks were often unavailable or had to be specifically requested. This lack of consideration for diverse guest needs detracts from the hotel’s appeal to a broader clientele. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. The hotel has strong underlying strengths and has provided much better experiences in the past. With improved maintenance of facilities, enhanced staff training, and more thoughtful catering to international guests, the Lanou International Hotel could readily return to the higher standards it once offered.

I highly recommend the Atour Hotel Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center Wusi Square! The location is truly unbeatable. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Olympic Sailing Center and Lover's Dam, and it's super convenient to stroll over to Wusi Square to catch the Fushan Bay light show. Getting to all the major attractions is a breeze. The hotel itself is modern and clean, with tidy rooms and a great wet/dry bathroom separation. The Atour mattress lives up to its reputation for comfort, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff are warm and polite, making check-in efficient, and they're quick to respond to any needs. Amenities like the Zhuju bookstore, self-service laundry room, and gym are a huge plus, especially for travelers needing to do laundry. The breakfast offers a rich variety of delicious local dishes. This hotel is perfect for both leisure and business travel. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Qingdao!

Facilities: The hotel facilities are very complete, the room is fully equipped with smart devices, the sofas in the public area are soft, and the warm lighting makes it very comfortable to rest and chat. Hygiene: The hygiene is impeccable, the room is spotlessly clean, the sheets and quilts are white and odorless, and there are no water stains and stains in the bathroom. The corridors, elevators and other public areas are kept clean at all times, and the trash cans are cleaned in time, so there is no need to worry about hygiene issues. Environment: The environment is quite pleasant, the overall decoration style is simple and warm, the lobby is spacious and bright, and the green plants are just right. The sound insulation of the room is excellent, and it is especially quiet when resting. There is a restaurant inside the hotel, which is very convenient. Service: The service is first-class, from the warm reception at the front desk to every link. The room service responds quickly and can be solved quickly if there is a need. The restaurant waiter is friendly and will patiently recommend dishes. The whole check-in process is very good.
