GGuest UserI chose the Atour Hotel at 151 Zhenhua Road, Licang District, for a business trip to Qingdao because it's very close to Qingdao North Railway Station. This was my first stay, and I found both the facilities and service to be excellent. Everything from the front desk to the guest rooms was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive. The hotel's location is also very convenient for subway access. I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance.

HHaoÂČÂșÂČÂčThe hotel is in a residential area, so there are plenty of places to eat, especially the Shuangheyuan restaurant right next door â a must-try! You can rent an electric scooter downstairs at the hotel and it's only a 5-minute ride to Jinsha Beach, which is about 3km away. There's free coffee in the lobby, and Rose provided excellent service. This place is perfect for friends traveling together.

EEe96The hotel environment is very comfortable. All the staff are extremely kind and friendly. If you get hungry at night, they even have congee and steamed buns. The breakfast selection is extensive, and there's an auntie who cooks delicious hot noodles. The hotel also has laundry and drying machines. The facilities are very comprehensive. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Qingdao.

GGuest UserWhat a fantastic stay! As soon as we entered the room, the kids were so excited they practically jumped for joy! The room looked exactly like the pictures â it truly exceeded our expectations. It was clean, cozy, and the location was excellent. The service was also very thoughtful; there were no hidden charges in the room, and all the drinks and snacks were free and could be refilled, which made the adults very happy too!

CChibubaodepangziLocation: The hotel is quite easy to find, just a few minutes' walk from Fushanso Subway Station, making it very convenient. The entrance is prominent, and the surrounding area has excellent infrastructure with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options.
Facilities: The room was very comfortable, well-equipped with modern and clean facilities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and even the toilet was smart. There's also a laundry room and a gym available.
Cleanliness: Both the lobby and the rooms were very clean.
Service: The service was excellent. From check-in, they were always responsive to any requests. Check-in was fast, and they thoughtfully offered tea. When checking out, they kindly mentioned the temperature drop and even provided warm bottled water, which was a lovely touch. The invoice was also issued promptly. Highly recommend.
Breakfast was plentiful, and the price was reasonable.
Overall, it's highly recommended. This will be my first choice for future leisure trips.

ZZhangyuxiaowanziThis hotel's self-service laundry room is incredibly practical. Combined with the warm front desk service, spacious multi-functional lobby, and well-equipped gym, the comprehensive amenities make it an excellent choice for any trip. We were traveling as a family this time, and the hotel upgraded our room, which we really appreciated. There's a beautiful staircase right next to the building, and plenty of great food options nearby, making it super convenient to get around.

GGuest UserAs always, I love Atour! The lobby's book bar has a fantastic vibe, and the hot tea offered at the front desk was a warm and thoughtful touch. The room was clean and bright, the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the late-night congee service was a nice thoughtful touch. The 24-hour laundry room and robot delivery service were incredibly convenient. The staff were attentive and thorough. It's such a comfortable stay for business travel, I'll definitely be coming back again and again!

CCangkuhuaerThe room was great! I really liked the separate layout of the bathroom and the bed. The windows were also well-designed, providing good ventilation and making the room feel comfortable and clean. The staff service was excellent too. The young ladies were pretty, gentle, and generous â it was a pleasure to see them (and I'm a woman, haha!). The young men spoke softly, which was as calming as the sea here. All in all, I support dog-friendly hotels!

CCallum McNeill-KeayI recently completed a weekend stay at the Lanou International Hotel and would like to provide detailed and constructive feedback, particularly as I have stayed at this property several times in the past. While the hotel continues to benefit from an excellent location and a generally comfortable environment, several aspects of this visit fell considerably below the standard I previously experienced.
To begin with, the condition of the bathroom facilities has noticeably deteriorated. Fixtures that were once in good working order now appear significantly worn, with visible signs of ageing and inadequate maintenance. The shower fittings, tiling, and general bathroom infrastructure all seem overdue for refurbishment. This decline was unexpected, given the hotelâs formerly reliable standards.
Secondly, the professionalism and attentiveness of the staffâespecially during the breakfast serviceâhave diminished. Staff members frequently appeared disengaged, and the overall service felt disorganised. Routine tasks such as clearing tables promptly, maintaining a tidy service area, and interacting with guests courteously were not consistently met. This impacted the overall dining experience.
Additionally, the hotel appears increasingly ill-prepared to accommodate international guests. The breakfast selection is limited in terms of food variety typically expected by international travelers, and basic utensils such as knives and forks were often unavailable or had to be specifically requested. This lack of consideration for diverse guest needs detracts from the hotelâs appeal to a broader clientele.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively. The hotel has strong underlying strengths and has provided much better experiences in the past. With improved maintenance of facilities, enhanced staff training, and more thoughtful catering to international guests, the Lanou International Hotel could readily return to the higher standards it once offered.
