The environment is good, the service is good, and the boss gave me a rich breakfast. I will go there again during my holidays. It is very suitable for relaxing during holidays. I can stay there for two days to relax my body and mind. If you bring your own ingredients, you can use their kitchen to prepare meals. I really recommend it!

The facilities and hygiene were excellent, and the aesthetic was beautiful. I loved relaxing in bed, looking out at the sea. The shower had incredibly strong and consistent water pressure. I really liked the stone-like floors and bathroom. To eat, you have to go out, but I had already planned to try some local specialties anyway, not eat nearby, so a taxi from the entrance was only 10 yuan. I was a bit worried about people being outside the gate, but there were hardly any, and it was completely quiet. The sunken design is quite interesting; I imagine the rooms directly facing the sea above are even more comfortable. The Japanese dessert shop was only a few minutes' walk away, but unfortunately, I had eaten too much that day and had no room for more. Overall, I was very satisfied. The service was very thoughtful, truly a butler-style experience. Location: You can walk to Wheat Island leisurely in about ten minutes, and Sculpture Park is a short taxi ride away. In fact, walking along the nearby area in the morning is also very pleasant, though it gets hot by midday. You can walk along the coastline. There are a few sea-view restaurants within five minutes, though the views are better than the food. The hotel has a very small front desk and no restaurant. If you don't mind this, it's definitely worth considering.

I've eaten here before on business trips and found the food to be excellent. This time, with a business trip extending into the weekend, I decided to book this place to relax. However, I never expected to encounter such significant hardware issues. My room was directly connected to the air conditioning unit. After checking in that evening, I noticed the sound was unusually loud, and I could even feel a certain vibration. When I brought it up with the hotel, they didn't immediately send someone to check. Instead, they just quickly replied that all rooms are connected to AC units and are the same, and that they would send a pair of earplugs to my room. (My guess is that perhaps because I had asked during check-in if there was a chance for an upgrade during the off-season if the hotel wasn't fully booked. Firstly, I almost always ask, and if it's not available or not possible, I completely understand and wouldn't make a fuss, as it's just an extra request that wouldn't affect my mood since it's normal for upgrades not to be possible. So, I don't know if the hotel thought I was being difficult and quickly dismissed me without investigating.) Of course, I did think that maybe wearing earplugs would help, and I generally sleep very well, so I figured it wouldn't affect me much. Although before going to sleep, the noise was genuinely very irritating. But I still tried not to let it bother me and went to bed early. Unexpectedly, I was woken up in the middle of the night even with earplugs in, because there was indeed some vibration. If you're interested, you can check out the video I took in the dark by the bedside. The bed is at least 1.5m away from the window, yet you can hear the machine's sound so clearly. The next day, perhaps the hotel realized some shortcomings, as they kept apologizing and offered a series of solutions, including complimentary drinks. But honestly, I still hope that friends booking hotels will see this review, and I also hope the hotel can truly implement improvements. Firstly, not every side of the building has an AC unit. Everyone booking a room in the future should clarify this. If the service were truly attentive, and they had checked the room, even moving me to one without a sea view would have been acceptable. The primary function of a hotel is to allow guests to rest well! This is fundamental. Secondly, this partial sea view room is completely pointless; there's hardly any sea view at all, at most you have to strain incredibly hard to see it. However, I must say, their food is still delicious. As the weather was cool, I chose a seat on the sea-facing side (yes, it required a long walk and was a bit further from the kitchen) and it was a bit cold, but it didn't affect the aesthetics or the taste. The young lady who delivered the food in the morning was also very gentle and lovely. I hope this rating doesn't negatively impact her. The more serious issues lie with those responsible for the guest rooms. I think if I have another chance to go, I might only choose to dine here.

This hotel definitely deserves a strong recommendation! Location: The hotel's location is excellent, right by the sea at the Olympic Sailing Center. You can catch the ferry right outside the hotel, making it super convenient to queue up and see the 'Orange Sea' (sunset over the water). It's also very close to Ginza and Hisense Plaza, so it's easy to find plenty of great food, including authentic local seafood. Environment: We had a sea-view room, and you could see the ocean right from the bedroom window – it was absolutely beautiful. You could even catch the Lights Show at May Fourth Square from the room. The location truly is fantastic. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy, with a very stylish and tastefully decorated interior. It was particularly lovely and felt very cozy. Service: Although there's no elevator, the owner's attitude was exceptionally good. They helped carry our two heavy suitcases upstairs and came to assist us when we were leaving. They would always ask if we needed water when we went out, and if we left anything behind, they'd enthusiastically bring it to us. In summary, it was an incredibly good stay with super high value for money. Owner, please keep making lots of money! 😭😭

The location of the house is very good. It takes five minutes to walk to the beach. You can go to the sea. You can dig to the sea. There is a barbecue stove in the yard. The air conditioner in the room is particularly easy to use. There is also an electric scorpion. It is especially warm in winter. And every room has a bathroom, 24 hours hot water! The breakfast and farm banquet here are also delicious. The kitchen also has a large pot stove for burning wood, a large pot of stewed chicken and the Wanggezhuang steamed buns next to it are great. There are also entertainment facilities, mahjong machines, billiards, karaoke, game consoles, home theaters. It takes only five minutes to drive the homestay to the market. Seafood, vegetables, supermarkets and fruits are all bought in one place at a stop. You can park for free at the door. It takes ten minutes to drive to Lushan Beijiushui Scenic Area and the most beautiful Huanhai Road. In short, I have a good time. I will come next time. ^_^

This was my first time to Qingdao and I had no idea where to stay. Then I choose this. The location is a bit far from the may fourth square or other tourists spot but its a good location for homely stay. The hoise location was exact and so I could find it even at mid night on the first day. The room has all modern facilities but I must stay the room is a bit small. You may not be able to enjoy freedom of space here. But the owner was a kind hearted lady. She is always smiley and helpful which will make any tourist happy. I loved her attitude and gesture. I recommend this if you have a long vacation and you want a more homely environment..

離海邊沙灘特別近，住宿環境很完美，打卡出片的地方也很多，晚上睡覺也不吵鬧，很安靜，早上在頂樓還可以慢慢欣賞日出。很滿意的一次出行，九分！
