GGuest UserCheck-in was quick and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, even upgrading my room. The hotel facilities are very new, and the breakfast spread was excellent. The location is fantastic, with a 7-Eleven right downstairs, and it's not too far to get anywhere by taxi. You can even walk to MixC shopping mall. Overall, great value for money.

XXYX1212I spontaneously decided to visit Qingdao, but I took my time and carefully selected this hotel. The receptionist's warm and excellent service attitude was truly commendable! The hotel is located right on a pedestrian street, making it very convenient to get around. There are many popular spots nearby, and it's only a 10-minute walk to Zhanqiao Pier. It was great to be able to get around by walking or using public transport for my entire stay. The complimentary afternoon tea and coffee from the hotel were lovely; I just regret not getting to try their cocktails.

Elly was incredibly responsive and efficient, proactively checking in on my needs throughout my stay and patiently answering all my questions about the hotel and the surrounding area. Her service was both warm and professional. The room itself was spacious and bright, with all the facilities in perfect condition. The smart control system, comfortable bathtub, and other thoughtful details truly enhanced the stay, making it exceptionally comfortable. The infinity pool was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking city and sea views through its floor-to-ceiling windows. The water temperature was perfectly maintained, and there were lounge chairs available for relaxing after a swim. The gym was incredibly high-end, featuring a wide variety of imported equipment and operating 24 hours a day, allowing for a quality workout anytime.

Breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and the location is fantastic – just a few minutes' walk to May Fourth Square, and right across the street from Qingdao's bustling MixC mall. Winni, the staff member who checked us in, had an exceptional service attitude; seeing that we had elderly family with us, she thoughtfully arranged a non-smoking room on a quiet floor. The hotel gym is also quite good. The only minor issue is that the underground parking is a bit like a maze, but the parking attendant was very kind.

SSanshuizouliangbuTraveling during the May Day holiday, I had significantly lowered my expectations for hotels, just hoping my child would have a good time. To my surprise, even though this hotel has been open for so long, it's still incredibly well-maintained. The front desk staff, Yawen, was super efficient in handling our check-in and addressing various issues throughout our stay. The hotel also has hot springs, which is very convenient, and offers a one-stop experience for activities like clam digging, horse riding, and general fun. Any time we needed something delivered to the room or had luggage-related questions, it was resolved instantly. I'm truly amazed by the management here; for a hotel with 700 rooms, to operate so efficiently during the May Day holiday is incredible. The room is beautiful. In the morning, opening the window in our sea view room felt like stepping into a Miyazaki anime, and at night, with the lights on, it was like being in Hogwarts Castle.

Even before I arrived, Jennifer Han from the InterContinental contacted me to ask about my preferences and needs, and she even warned me that it would rain on the day of my arrival. We got to the hotel quite late, but to my surprise, the room had already been prepared according to my requests and upgraded to a sea-view room, facing the stunning Olympic Sailing Center. The experience during our stay was fantastic. On the second morning, I asked about Zhizha, a local Qingdao specialty. On the third morning, as soon as I sat down for breakfast, a kind gentleman brought me specially prepared Zhizha and dessert. It really warmed my heart. My short vacation was made even more perfect thanks to the InterContinental Qingdao. Superb!

How can you park the car there with a little common sense? Finally, I remind Tangquan not to go. It is too stepping on the pit. The whole process of enjoying is almost trained as a special soldier. This can't do it, it can't, everyone has black face service.
