This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel's overall decor is grand and luxurious. As soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a warm, elegant, exclusive scent – not too strong, very soothing. The room's hygiene was exceptional; not a speck of dust, and the bedding and bathroom corners were impeccably clean. The biggest bonus was the service; the staff were professional and gentle, proactively attentive. Requests were handled quickly, making for a truly relaxing and comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this place first for my next trip!

This was my first time staying at the Qingdao Sino-European Seaview Intercity Hotel. The hotel's overall design is high-end, and check-in at the front desk was super fast with excellent service. Someone even helped me with my luggage. The breakfast had a great variety and was quite tasty. When I was out of the room, someone even brought my laundry directly back to my room – the service here is absolutely unparalleled! Super perfect!!!

Traveling with girlfriends, I was deeply attracted by this store at a glance! The overall environment is full of atmosphere, like a romantic Monet garden, and the photos are especially filmed. The rooms are clean and tidy, the sanitation is in place, and the smart facilities in the whole house are convenient and comfortable to use. The store has an elegant cafe and a small tavern with a sense of atmosphere, and there are many places to relax. The restaurant tastes great, the breakfast is handmade, the special dumplings taste superb, delicious and warm. The staff is warm and caring, friendly and easy-going, and takes care of us as family members throughout the whole process. The experience is full. The best choice for girlfriends to travel is highly recommended!

First off, a big shout-out to Elly for her thoughtful service! We were even upgraded to a sea-view room this time. We had originally booked a partial sea-view, but it was so off to the side you couldn't see the sea unless you were right by the window. The upgraded sea-view room was much better. Plus, the bedding in the room was super comfortable to sleep on. The roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) at the breakfast restaurant was really delicious and fragrant. I don't remember much else. The coffee at breakfast wasn't very good, so I ordered coffee delivery every day. The gym was also pretty good; the equipment was new and easy to use.

The room design is quite compact but well laid out, making for a very comfortable stay. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a distant sea view. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the bed was comfortable. The large balcony is perfect for enjoying the sea view, and you can even dry laundry out there. Breakfast was relatively simple but included some Korean-style kimchi, which was a nice local touch. The owner was very enthusiastic and friendly; we went out cycling early and returned almost at 10 AM, but they still let us catch the tail end of breakfast, which we really appreciated. It's a convenient five-minute walk to the beach and a five-minute bike ride to the checkpoint. Friendly tips: 1. This place is quite far from the city center; a taxi ride takes about an hour. 2. When leaving Qingdao Airport, try to choose a ride-hailing service (like Didi) as regular taxis are very expensive, costing almost 300 RMB.

We had a wonderful stay! Matt provided attentive and thoughtful service. The hotel is in a prime downtown location, right by Exit E of the May Fourth Square subway station, making it very easy to get around. We were a group of six traveling over the Golden Week holiday and booked three rooms in total. We contacted the front desk in advance to request that our rooms be on the same floor. Despite the hotel being fully booked for the holiday, The Westin went above and beyond to accommodate us—including flexibly upgrading one of our deluxe suites to a studio suite with partial sea views on the same floor. We were thoroughly impressed! The front desk staff, restaurant crew, and housekeeping team were all warm, welcoming, and greeted us with smiles throughout our stay. They even sent complimentary local Qingdao specialty drinks to our rooms, truly living up to 5-star standards. The swimming pool was not crowded at all; the water temperature was comfortable, and there were several warm whirlpools—perfect for an evening workout or just unwinding. The breakfast buffet was decent: the dining area was spacious, and seating was well-organized. However, given the price point, it would have been even better if there were more pastry and dessert options.

Staying at this hotel was a delightful surprise. The overall atmosphere is upscale and elegant, with high-end touches everywhere, from the exquisite public areas to the meticulously appointed rooms. The staff were attentive and caring, making us feel completely at home throughout our stay. The airport transfer service was a huge stress-reliever—the driver was waiting in advance, and the ride was smooth and comfortable, taking away all the usual travel fatigue and anxiety. Every moment from check-in to check-out was reassuring and pleasant. It's an exceptional choice for accommodation, and I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation next time I visit.

The hotel boasts a grand architectural design and numerous rooms, reflecting the style of an established star-rated hotel. Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable musty smell. However, the mattress was very thick and incredibly comfortable to sleep on. We ran out of tissues in the room, but the housekeeper promptly brought some when we requested them. There were no disposable bath liners for the bathtub, and they weren't available for purchase, which is an area where service could definitely be improved. Given its large scale, the hotel could consider offering childcare services similar to Club Med. A kids' play area with soft play structures, slides, and a ball pit would be a great addition, allowing parents to relax. There was no buffet available. With such a large property, inter-departmental communication seems to be an issue. The information provided by the housekeeper for the 1928 Beer Bar's dining options was incorrect. After checking out, the housekeeper asked for a good review. I provided some suggestions, but the housekeeper, 'Dabaitu' (Big White Rabbit), never replied. It feels like the service in northern China is often a 'do-it-because-my-boss-told-me-to' mentality, and any extra requests from guests are seen as an inconvenience. I really liked the breakfast buffet where many of the attendants were older, creating a very harmonious atmosphere, like being cared for by parents while away from home. The breakfast selection was extensive. There are two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor. Cat petting costs 19.9 for children and 29.9 for adults, with single entry and unlimited time. Feeding animals costs 10 yuan, which includes one portion of feed. **However, if you write a good review for 1 yuan, you get fewer carrots than the 10 yuan portion. The animals seemed a bit pathetic, with the little horse constantly kicking the wire fence.** There are two swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor. The buffet at the 1928 Beer Bar is more Western-style. Many people might not be used to it. We tried it, and the quality of the desserts was excellent! There's a beach right behind the hotel, with some rocks, but not too many. You can go tide pooling in the early morning and at night. It's too hot during the day due to strong sun, and there isn't much seafood to find then either. The package included access to the Haiquanwan Hot Springs, but I must mention: it was dirty. There were no tissues or disposable combs in the hair-drying area (only a few scattered combs for everyone to share). With this level of service, I won't be returning. The hotel's location is indeed a bit remote, making it suitable for self-driving. There's a Shandong University cafeteria and museum nearby, which I'd give five stars!

But once you arrive and see the view and the room, it's absolutely worth it. -Service: The male staff at the restaurant is very polite, quick, polite warm and thoughtful. · The driver and the auntie at the restaurant are very warm and friendly. Now, what needs improvement The front desk female staff came across as unprofessional. I booked a 45-minute singing bowl session starting at 12:15, and then booked a photographer for 13:00. But at 12:48, the front desk lady called me and even called the singing bowl teacher — while my session was still going on. I think this is basic knowledge for front desk staff: a singing bowl session requires a calm, quiet environment, and my session hadn't even ended yet — it wasn't time for the photographer. After my session ended and I could finally check my phone, But when I got to the front desk, The photographer already left because he was in a hurry. But he arrived at 12:45 — and then said he was in a hurry? The front desk staff's poor coordination not only ruined my need for a peaceful healing session, but also made the hotel's ”photographer service” gift completely useless. At first I thought I would come back to stay here again. But after this experience of inefficient coordination, I'll really have to reconsider whether I want to stay here next time.

We stayed at Wyndham in October 2023, and we're back again this year! I really love Huangdao and Wyndham. Service: The staff are exceptionally warm and attentive, making you feel very comfortable. Environment: It's just a few minutes' walk to Gate 3 of Silver Beach. The sand is incredibly fine and soft, and the beach is clean. You can even take kids to catch hermit crabs, which is a lot of fun. Facilities: Although the hotel has been around for a while, the facilities are well-maintained and all in good working order. Cleanliness: As consistently good as ever. They even upgraded us to a sea-view room this time, and the view was absolutely fantastic!
