Travel Letter - Qingdao City-themed printmaking DIY experience: So much fun! They even prepared a dog bowl, poop bags, and a small toy for my dog. He had a blast playing on the back lawn with other dogs. The world would be a lot less joyful without dogs, and this place is truly dog-friendly. They provided such thoughtful little gifts for the dogs, it was wonderful!

GGuest UserThis is the most satisfying guesthouse I've ever stayed at in Qingdao. Honestly, I was a bit hesitant after reading some reviews at first, but you really only know once you've stayed here. I'm not sure where those negative reviews came from, maybe they were targeted? First off, I messaged the host before arriving, and they replied super quickly. A friendly guy came down to help with our luggage and even gave us some handmade dried milk skin, which was delicious! The front desk manager was all smiles and had a lovely, neighborly vibe. During check-in, I went to my friend's room to try out the hot tub – it was incredibly relaxing. The place was very clean; you could tell the floors had just been mopped not long before we arrived. Plus, the beer at the guesthouse is good and the food is tasty too. A truly pleasant trip! And the cherry blossoms were beautiful!

GGuest UserThis was the third hot spring hotel I stayed at this winter, and it was also my favorite. Even before checking in, Manager Tang called to inquire and offered a free room upgrade. Because we have an elderly person in a wheelchair who has difficulty going to the hillside golf course, he arranged for shuttle service, which we were very grateful for! The food in the Chinese restaurant was delicious, and the rooms were clean, cozy, and tidy. They even served warm milk to help us sleep at night – a very thoughtful touch. The swimming pool inside the hot spring was our favorite feature, and the outdoor infinity pool even cured my cold – a truly unexpected delight. In short, I'm deeply moved by the hard work of all the staff and will definitely come back. Thank you!

The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom amenities were complete and of good quality, and the soundproofing was excellent. The staff were warm, attentive, and responsive, making check-in and check-out efficient and hassle-free. The facilities were comprehensive, and the location was very convenient, making it comfortable for both travel and rest. The overall experience was superb, offering great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

GGuest UserThis is our second time bringing the kids here, and this time we stayed in Building 5. It's a bit of a walk to the hot springs from here, so Building 8 is definitely more convenient. However, the family room was great, with two beds, easily accommodating four people. The outdoor space is also very spacious, and the kids absolutely loved it!

1/Spacious space is not depressing, facilities are perfect and easy to use, very clean.
2/Double bubble pool with children is enough, one clear water and one medicine soup, complement each other.
3/Sweat steaming mild, Agra mixed Chinese medicine fragrance, small space large and comfortable.
4/The bed is moderately hard and soft, the air conditioning is strong, and the warmth is moderate.
5/ Butler service is intimate and thoughtful, bringing winter warmth to guests.
6/The whole floor of the hotel has a fragrant soup and a special room.
Next time I come to Qingdao, I will choose and recommend it to my friends. The period is getting better and better!

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay here! The host was fantastic, and the Mountain Views were breathtaking. The peaceful and serene atmosphere made it the perfect getaway. I appreciated the luxurious touches, like Aesop and Amari toiletries, which added to the overall experience. While the location is a bit far from the city, they offer convenient transport, including airport pickup and drop-off. That said, having your own car would be ideal for exploring nearby areas. Overall, the experience was lovely, and the manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommended!

SSanshuizouliangbuTraveling during the May Day holiday, I had significantly lowered my expectations for hotels, just hoping my child would have a good time. To my surprise, even though this hotel has been open for so long, it's still incredibly well-maintained. The front desk staff, Yawen, was super efficient in handling our check-in and addressing various issues throughout our stay. The hotel also has hot springs, which is very convenient, and offers a one-stop experience for activities like clam digging, horse riding, and general fun. Any time we needed something delivered to the room or had luggage-related questions, it was resolved instantly. I'm truly amazed by the management here; for a hotel with 700 rooms, to operate so efficiently during the May Day holiday is incredible. The room is beautiful. In the morning, opening the window in our sea view room felt like stepping into a Miyazaki anime, and at night, with the lights on, it was like being in Hogwarts Castle.

As soon as we entered the lobby, Lemon greeted us with a genuine smile and a warm, friendly tone that instantly melted away our travel fatigue and made us feel at ease. During check-in, she was efficient and skilled, quickly verifying our booking information. The process was smooth and swift, with no unnecessary delays, and we completed everything in just a few minutes.
Throughout the process, she was incredibly patient and meticulous. She respectfully handed back our documents and room cards with both hands, clearly explaining our room number, elevator location, breakfast times, and Wi-Fi password. Her explanations were well-organized and incredibly thoughtful. When we inquired about local transportation, attractions, and dining, she enthusiastically provided detailed recommendations, offering practical advice tailored to our needs, without a hint of impatience. Her professionalism truly shone through.
In stark contrast, our experience with a female server wearing glasses at the lobby bar was very disappointing. Her attitude was cold and stiff, and she maintained a blank expression throughout, lacking basic politeness. When asked questions, her responses were perfunctory and her tone impatient, indicating a complete lack of basic service etiquette. She showed no respect and was utterly unapproachable, leaving us with a very negative impression.

環境：沒得説，重新裝修後是面朝大海春暖花開的感受，樓下就是海泉灣遊樂園，穿個泳衣出屋就可以泡澡了，不想去外面泡還可以在屋裡泡，而且挑高非常高，感覺四五米有了，絕對是值得的海景房，這點比皇冠好些。
衞生：新裝修的，臟不到哪去，但離滿分也有點距離，4.5吧。
服務：客房阿姨人都很好，很熱情温暖，我們需要多兩瓶水也立刻給我們拿過來了。前台吧，人太少了，偌大一個四星級酒店，前台衹有一個窗口，又要顧進出閘機，又要顧入住，根本忙不過來，而且時長三四家一起辦入住，等得讓人心焦，辦個入住得做好花20分鐘的準備。
設施：可以説智能化很好了，屋裡的小度可以控制燈光、窗簾、開關電視等等，還可以給孩子唱催眠曲，很適合帶娃。早上拉開窗簾，温暖的陽光加上小度清新的晨曲，洗個澡，特別有度假的感覺。
不足的：
1.屋裡有除濕機，但建議配個小米空氣凈化器。新裝修的味道還是挺重的，想通風吧，屋裡除了通往陽台的門，沒有其他的透氣窗，出於美感，朝海一面的玻璃都不是窗户，陽台門也沒有設定紗窗，久開容易進蚊蟲。帶孩子來的最好帶上驅蚊噴霧。中央空調裏的空氣也不是那麼新鮮。
2.吃個早餐要走一千米。早餐時我很不幸的到了皇冠才發現自己沒帶餐券，又千里迢迢回去取了一趟餐券，吃完一看微信步數已經三千了。雖然和温泉近在咫尺，但每天步數輕輕鬆鬆過一萬，因為客房是個半圓，到哪兒都遠。
3.退房要求在中午12點前，過一個小時要加138塊錢，這是入住説明上寫的，不知是不是真這麼執行的，但確實讓我們玩得不夠盡興，心中總有個警鈴在響。
房間是真的很美，下回在皇冠和這裏之間選擇，我還是會選擇這裏。
