JipindewakengliebaoQingdao Beer Time Coast Resort Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The location is superb, close to Golden Beach, and just a short walk to the seaside. The hotel has a distinct beer theme and a fantastic atmosphere. The rooms are clean and tidy, with breathtaking ocean views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. You can enjoy unlimited fresh draft beer in the lobby, and the staff are attentive and thoughtful. Watching the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening, while savoring craft beer with the sea breeze, is incredibly romantic and relaxing. It's perfect for a vacation, highly recommended!

XiangquzhouyoushijiedexixiAbsolutely loved the Junlan hotel in the ancient town! The decor is incredibly stylish and blends perfectly with the town's atmosphere. From the moment we came up from the underground parking, we could feel the hotel's unique vibe. I really enjoyed the overall design; every corner was picture-perfect. We booked a room with a courtyard, and it was so comfortable. Even though the courtyard walls were high, providing great privacy, it didn't block the sunlight at all, and the kids had a fantastic time playing there! This was definitely the highlight of our Jimo trip.

Guest UserThe room faced the sea with a fantastic view, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. 👍
I was traveling with my mother and child, and the hotel upgraded our room type, which was very much appreciated!
The hotel's dinner buffet offered great value for money! The seafood was fresh and there was a wide variety, so much so that we ate dinner at the hotel's buffet for 3 consecutive nights. It was so convenient not having to stress about finding a restaurant.
The hotel's backyard connects to a seaside promenade, perfect for walking or cycling. Along the way, we saw many people fishing, catching huge mantis shrimp and blue crabs. It was wonderful to enjoy fresh seafood right by the ocean!

Guest UserTrue to its Crowne Plaza name, the location is by the sea, and the standard sea-view room offers a comfortable balcony to enjoy the ocean. We booked a two-night stay as part of a package and received two tickets to Sunac Water World and four tickets for Sunac Land, which was incredible value for money. When heading to Sunac Mall, I recommend using the southwest gate; it's more convenient, about 10 RMB away, and Water World is right on the second floor, saving you a long walk. Agatha proactively contacted us beforehand and was available for WeChat communication if we had any questions. She even provided welcome fruit and helped us with a late check-out when we left, so we didn't have to rush to the airport. We arrived just in time – truly thoughtful service, highly commendable! 👍 As a loyal Ctrip customer, I do have a minor piece of feedback: the mattress was too soft, and so were the pillows. This might just be a personal preference, though. Overall, five stars!

Anonymous UserMy stay at the Mövenpick Hotel Qingdao West Coast far exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. Annie, a staff member, was incredibly kind and friendly, and responded quickly to any requests. The hotel's location is super convenient for transportation, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of options for dining, entertainment, and activities nearby. The environment is quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep, and the value for money is excellent. I highly recommend it whether you're visiting the West Coast for leisure or business!

Anonymous UserThis stay was fantastic! The hotel environment was clean and comfortable, and the room was very pleasant to stay in. They offer a breakfast with a wide variety of delicious options. The biggest surprise was the front desk staff, particularly a young man who was incredibly warm and attentive. He patiently helped with all our questions and had an excellent attitude. The location is also a huge plus – it's very close to the airport, just a five or six-minute walk to the terminal, which is super convenient for catching flights without rushing. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next layover.

WangdapiaoliangzhiyuanyuanThe room was great, with brand new facilities. The staff were very polite and checked me in quickly, which I really appreciated. I particularly loved the amazing air quality around the hotel, full of negative ions, and I could smell the fresh scent of trees. It truly felt like a retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. Just over 100 meters to the east is Baiguoshan Forest Park, and about 80 meters away is Qingyayuan, a fantastic place for wood-fired chicken soup.

Guest UserJust checked out of the Crowne Plaza Qingdao Ocean Spring Resort, and this 3-day, 2-night 'lie-flat' vacation was truly therapeutic. We didn't have to rush to any attractions, making it perfect for families with kids or those looking for a quiet escape.
The hotel has a European castle style, and the high-ceilinged lobby with a crystal chandelier immediately sets a holiday mood upon entry. We were lucky enough to get a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room. The room itself was generously sized, but the real highlight was the large balcony. Stepping out, you're greeted by an unobstructed view of Aoshan Bay. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from bed in the morning and the sunset over the sea in the evening – simply an amazing view. While some areas of the facilities showed a bit of age, the overall cleanliness and tidiness were quite good.
Downstairs, there's a beach where you can wade in the water or dig in the sand – the kids absolutely loved it. There's also an outdoor children's swimming pool, and hotel guests have unlimited access. Next to it, there's a small petting zoo, where feeding the animals easily fills up a whole day.

1. **Facilities**: The hotel facilities are a bit old, which is understandable given the hotel is over ten years old.
2. **Service**: Now, let's talk about the service. With older facilities, the service should be even more attentive. But as an old five-star hotel, the Hilton Golden Beach can be said to have no proactive service awareness at all. First, when I arrived by car on the first night, I couldn't find a parking space above ground. I asked the concierge where the underground parking was, and the staff told me the underground parking was full. I had to park on the side of the road, but then he told me I couldn't park there because a bus would come at 7 AM and block its passage. So I had to get up at 6:30 AM the next day to move my car. On the second day, I barely found an above-ground parking space. On the third day, there were no available above-ground spaces again, so I had to ask about the underground parking. The staff again said it was full. I questioned this, asking if it was full every single day for three days. The staff said they needed to manually lift the gate for the underground parking. It was only when I insisted on parking there that the staff took me to the underground parking. Although the underground parking was indeed not large, at least one-third of the spaces were empty. So, I believe the staff simply didn't want guests to park there because they found it troublesome. Additionally, when taking my child to the outdoor pool, two staff members checked room cards when entering the pool, but there was no place to get towels. Since the staff didn't put a child's bathrobe in my room, my child was cold after swimming. I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels, and then the staff had to go find them and bring them to me. Can't the hotel management improve their proactive service awareness? I don't believe I'm the first person to need a towel at that moment. They can have two people checking room cards, but they can't have two people providing towels for guests?
3. **Breakfast**: The hotel's breakfast can be said to have no Qingdao specialties at all. The variety is limited. The breakfast noodle soup has two broth options, seafood and chicken. For a coastal city, you'd at least expect some shrimp in the seafood noodle soup. The chicken soup didn't even have shredded chicken. It was just noodles, broth, and a few vegetable leaves – this is a five-star bowl of noodle soup. I stayed for four nights, and the fruit selection was the same every day: cantaloupe, pear, apple, peach, dragon fruit. In short, it was about the same quality as a cafeteria.
4. **Hygiene**: Needs improvement. The carpets in public areas were dirty and greasy. The baby chairs in the restaurant were also not clean. At breakfast, while I was waiting for the restaurant staff to clean the table, the placemat wasn't very dirty, so they just flipped it over and told me to continue using it. Well, okay.
5. My stay coincided with the summer vacation and the Beer Festival, and the hotel clearly had limited capacity.
6. Thanks to the staff who took me to the underground parking on the third day.
