"Our housekeeper Bella was incredibly attentive. She contacted us in advance to confirm our arrival time and even upgraded our room. The room was super spacious and came with complimentary welcome fruits. The view of the endless ocean was absolutely stunning. Bella was very prompt in responding to all our daily requests and thoughtfully recommended some great restaurants. Our stay was fantastic! "My stay at the MGM Huafu Hotel Qingdao far exceeded my expectations. The sky lobby on the 51st floor offers expansive views, and the new Chinese-style decor is elegant and grand, immediately helping me unwind from my journey. The guest rooms are spacious with complete smart home features, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic views of the mountains and sea. The most pleasant surprise was the service. A special thanks to our Guest Services Ambassador, Ina, for her professional and efficient work, and for her perfect sense of discretion. Any requests during my stay were met with prompt responses. She proactively and thoughtfully informed me about the hotel's amenities and experiences, and patiently coordinated solutions to any issues. It wasn't a rigid, procedural service; it felt genuinely warm and meticulous. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, allowing me to enjoy delicious food while admiring the sea view. The sky pool experience was also fantastic. While the hardware is undoubtedly outstanding, Ina's warm and thoughtful service added a great deal of comfort to my entire trip. I highly recommend this hotel for a vacation in Qingdao, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"The room was fantastic! Even with a partial sea view, we could still enjoy a beautiful view of the bay. The sea and sky truly live up to the 4.9-star reputation. The service was incredibly thoughtful as well. As soon as we got out of the car, a concierge was there to help with our luggage, even though we didn't have much. From that moment, we felt completely at home. Even more delightful was the service from Lora. As a front desk agent, she also acted as a personal butler, greeting us proactively every day. It was Mid-Autumn Festival, and I casually asked if they had mooncakes. To our surprise, she and her manager (I assume) personally came to deliver a small gift and a mooncake for our child. For us, as regular guests with a young one, this was truly an unexpected and wonderful surprise! The hotel's location is excellent too. We could cross the road and go clam digging for small fish and shrimp. Full marks (100%) for both the price and the service!"

"I chose to visit Qingdao because of a hotel – I was so captivated by the Beer Time Hotel that it became my reason for coming here. This trip was a family outing with my mother, and we stayed in the full sea-view suite that had initially caught my eye. I absolutely loved the design of this room type. From the living room, the bar, the bathroom, and the full sea-view balcony directly facing the ocean, every design detail won me over. My visit to Qingdao was solely for this hotel, so naturally, the experience was undeniably excellent. Of course, what I loved most and found most interesting was that the hotel placed two beer taps in the room. You could just turn on the taps at the bar and in the bathing area to pour fresh beer. It was incredibly novel and fun. The beer was very fresh, with a shelf life of only 24 hours. There was so much of it that you could keep pouring and never finish it – a joy that can only be understood by experiencing it yourself. Qingdao truly embodies its beer culture in every single detail. The beer in the bathing area was grapefruit-flavored, sweet and sour and delicious, and there were even beer hop bath bombs. The entire room was full of beer-themed elements, which was super thoughtful. The hotel is located at Golden Beach in Huangdao District, which is the main venue for the Qingdao Beer Festival. You can walk to the large beer tent in just a few steps, so the location is uniquely excellent. The hotel service was also exceptional. First, we received three welcome drinks, complimentary beer ice cream, and unlimited drinks at the bar on the first floor. They also gave guests many discount coupons. These hidden perks were like grand surprises, multiplying the enjoyment of our stay. For example, the two free beer coupons and the 50 RMB gift coupon for the Hapi Duck Trendy Toy Store were genuinely free – no strings attached. For the toy store, you could simply pick up 50 RMB worth of items, not one of those deals where you have to spend 199 or 299 RMB first to get 50 RMB off. It was a genuine 50 RMB voucher for goods, truly honest. But what I want to highly, highly praise are the three complimentary professional photo shoot services provided by the hotel. Honestly, I initially felt indifferent about such photography services and didn't pay much attention to them. We have our own professional equipment, and I have very high standards for photos. Because we travel and take photos frequently, I've managed to train my husband to a pretty professional level among amateurs. So, I even thought the photo shoot might be a bit time-consuming and that it wouldn't matter if we canceled it due to time constraints. But! Who! Knew! This travel shoot ended up producing some of the best photos of our lives. There were virtually no bad shots; every single one was perfect. I loved them so, so much. All 37 photos left both my mother and me full of praise. At 10:30 AM, under the bright sun, I didn't think good photos were possible, but the results were unexpectedly excellent. On the rooftop, the red-roofed houses, the coastline, and our smiling faces were captured in each frame. The photographer was a young man; I forgot to ask his name, but he was exceptionally good at taking photos and guiding our poses. I was stunned when I saw the final pictures. This travel photography service should definitely be continued – it left us with wonderful memories of our entire Qingdao trip and immortalized all the beautiful moments. A very special thank you. "The Yihai Garden Hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to May Fourth Square, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The city view room with its floor-to-ceiling windows offers fantastic views. The king-size bed is spacious and comfortable, and the room itself is clean with complete facilities. The staff provides attentive service, making our family trip very comfortable. Highly recommended!"

"During the National Day holiday, I stayed at Shangri-La Qingdao with my family. The most delightful surprise this time was meeting our butler, Nina. After we checked in, she proactively added me on WeChat. Later, when we inquired about the buffet restaurant's operating hours and dining details, she promptly and thoroughly responded to all our questions. On the morning of our departure, Nina specifically messaged us to remind us about collecting our farewell gift and extended National Day wishes – full of thoughtful details. Due to an unexpected change in our itinerary, we encountered traffic on our way back and planned to have the buffet at the hotel before checking out. After explaining the situation to Nina, she was incredibly understanding of our arrangements. Her communication was gentle and patient; she didn't rigidly adhere to policies but fully empathized with the inconvenience of traveling with family. Many hotel services are just routine, but Nina's genuine dedication was truly palpable. After a tiring journey, this kind and thoughtful service brought our Qingdao trip to a perfect close. If I visit Qingdao again, I will definitely stay at Shangri-La once more, and I look forward to meeting Nina again! We hope to see Nina in Harbin too!"

"The service at this hotel was absolutely amazing! All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic yet professional. When the delivery robot couldn't make it in time with our takeout, a concierge even brought it directly to our room. While swimming in the pool, a male guest tried to enter without a swimming cap. The staff politely reminded him multiple times, but they were very firm – no means no. It made other swimmers feel very safe and comfortable. The hotel's overall facilities are good, and the pool is also very clean. The value for money here is truly outstanding! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Qingdao."
