酒店有種遠離都市喧囂的感覺，無敵海景，辦理入住時遇到了前廳部經理Anson，他的服務很好，給我們辦的入住，很耐心地給我們做介紹，親自安排人送我們到房間，服務很專業，主動在為顧客提供着幫助，同時也很感謝前廳部副經理Benjamin，他的服務很Nice，辦入住的時候也遇到了她，主動與我們交流，很熱情，入住後也會積極提醒各個餐廳的營業時間和地點，給我們房間準備了小點心，非常用心，離店的時候又遇到了，每一次見面，他總是呈現出很熱情的一面，很有親切感。總的來説住得挺不錯的，非常愜意慢節奏的一家文化創意型酒店，下次有機會再來。

The Lalu's consistent style is grand yet detailed. Overall, it is comfortable and relaxing to stay here. If you come here in summer, it should be more like a holiday atmosphere. The service is also considerate and in place.
