Excellent value for money! The hot water was consistent and the Wi-Fi was fast. The lobby was clean and simply designed. The smart toilet, a Geberit, was as comfortable as the one at home. The mattress and bedding were top-notch! Definitely recommend. Yulia provided thoughtful and attentive service. A very satisfying experience, I'll recommend it to friends and family visiting Qingdao.

This was my first time staying at an Atour Light hotel. The style is really interesting, with a predominantly blue theme, making it feel more geared towards a younger crowd. The room size was pretty standard, not particularly large, but the cleanliness and service were excellent in every aspect. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and quickly helped with any requests we had. However, the biggest issue with the room was the poor soundproofing. You could clearly hear people laughing or talking loudly in nearby rooms. This is definitely something that could use improvement.

I spent a weekend here, and it was a great experience! My apartment was absolutely fantastic, offering breathtaking views from the 42nd floor. Waking up to that sea view every morning was truly a highlight of my stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly across from MixC mall. It's a mere 3-5 minute walk to May Fourth Square and the seaside boardwalk. Olympic Sailing Center, Hisense Plaza, and the Third Bathing Beach are all just a 10-minute taxi ride away. The subway station is right outside, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. I loved the Westin Heavenly Bed, the spacious room, the White Tea scented toiletries, and the well-designed bathroom with a separate wet and dry area. I was extremely satisfied with my stay during this Qingdao trip! 👍

The room's location is pretty good, quite close to Licang District center, Wanda Plaza, and Licun Night Market, and transportation is also very convenient. The front desk service attitude was also good. The downside is that the room isn't very soundproof, and the TV in the room didn't work. I reported the TV issue to the front desk, but it still couldn't be watched properly. Overall, the experience was decent, and the room price wasn't expensive for a National Day holiday trip.

We had an apartment on the 3rd floor. There was some dirt left in the bathroom, the drain was partly clogged by hairs which you dont immediately see, because it is under a cover. Inside the apartment there are stairs leading to a second level but upstairs there is nothing except for an additional bed and no windows. Its a little unhandy that you need to go to the 9th floor of the neighbouring building to check in. The view from the main apartment is pretty nice, one can see the sea from the bed! Location is also nice, close to the seafront.
