This is my second time this year to check-in this hotel The hotel staff are very hospitable, accommodating and attentive to their customer's needs. I commend Don at the Front Desk who nicely and warmly grant our request that all four rooms I booked on behalf of the delegates be in the same floor.
The rooms are all spacious. The breakfast is yummy. Looking forward when all renovations are done

Don't let the outside and reception foul you! Building doesn't look that well from the outside and the reception is small and very appealing. But the rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Nice pool and good fitness, but cherry on the pie is the free Onsen!
When you check in you need to leave a deposit, all fine, but if you charge it to your credit card, you have to wait a couple of weeks to receive the money back!? You can oppt for the cash option, as I did, but when you check out it is a long paperwork. Not very convenient If you have to catch a plane. And we are living in 2024, should be much easier to solve.

Eurotel is a good hotel for the price you pay. Breakfast was kind of disappointing as you would expect a buffet breakfast knowing that they have a coffee shop to cater to the buffet breakfast. Not much choice in the breakfast menu if it is included in your room rate. The plus point is that the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, hot water in the shower. Overall experience was my stay was enjoyable at Eurotel Las Piñas. Eurotel can improve their breakfast.

• Friendly Staff: The staff are accommodating and eager to help with any needs. Check-in and check-out were seamless, adding to a stress-free experience.
Cons:
• Limited Dining Options: The onsite dining options are somewhat limited, and food prices could be considered high compared to nearby restaurants.
• Pool Gets Crowded: While the rooftop pool is amazing, it can get crowded, especially during peak hours.
• Wi-Fi Issues: The Wi-Fi was occasionally spotty, which may be inconvenient for business travelers or those relying on connectivity.

The service was great.
Their breakfast buffet don't have much option considering the price.
We had to wait for a few minutes before checking out, as they have to check the room first. Would appreciate it if they informed us about this extra step so we can set extra time for checking out.
Overall experience was not bad.

Overall the arrival experience is fantastic with very cosy kind of ambience. But am not sure about the finishing of our junior suite room, no 352, as it is tired and aged, such as derailing sliding wardrobe, loosening door knobs, aged power switches and sockets, don't know where to find switches to ON and OFF, and so much more. Lastly, we can hear the renovation works are on going on top of us which we weren't being informed.

Very convenient location since we had to attend Snoh Aalegra’s concert in Filinvest Tent. Check-in time took quite a while but the staff are very courteous and helpful. Pool area was good and the room was huge could actually fit 4 people. Bakery downstairs had really good pastries and the hidden bar was cool.

Except for the hotel transfer which was a catastrophe, we can recommend this hotel. We were staying in a room with a separate bed and living room. We almost did not go outside for lunch and dinner. Mistro on the 35th floor offered superb views and nice dishes except few we did not really like (maybe different taste). The staff, starting from cleaning ladies to the waitresses and managers are friendly and really caring about their services. We can recommend this hotel compared to Hilton where we had bad experiences and Seda Residence is offering more value than Hilton.

AAnonymous UserI booked a Luneta Suite but was upgraded to a Tower Suite upon check-in, as my room wasn't ready, and I ended up waiting for about an hour. While the Tower Suite was spacious at approximately 30 sqm and comfortable, the view of the Port Area was a bit disappointing. I was hoping for a Manila Bay view.
However, the staff did go above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable. I requested to have breakfast in my room instead of going to the buffet, and they graciously accommodated this, which I truly appreciated. The service overall was attentive and courteous, and the in-room breakfast was a nice touch.
The hotel itself is rich in history and charm, but the long wait at check-in and the view from the suite did slightly detract from the experience. Despite these minor issues, Manila Hotel offers a classic stay with excellent service. I would consider staying again, hoping for a smoother check-in and a better view next time.

GGuest UserThis hotel is adequate, but slightly overpriced vs. competition. While they have updated the lobby in recent years, from what I can tell there has been little effort to update guest rooms, which are dated vs. other 5 star properties like the Westin. The one differentiating factor this hotel previously had was a great breakfast buffet served in the Pacific Lounge on the 21st floor with floor to ceiling windows that gave a sweeping view of the skyline and the bay. It was carpeted with cushioned club chairs and those soft surfaces absorbed noise and the overall experience was a great way to start your day compared to the crowded and loud breakfast buffets at other 5 star hotels. Well someone decided to spend a lot of money to destroy that experience. They have opened a new restaurant on the first floor that is loud, crowded and gives you a view of 7-11 across the street instead of the bay. I spoke to the GM about this, so he already knows my opinion, but what continues to strike me is his point that the Pacific Lounge is “a premium space” - yes Sir, that’s true and previously it was one that virtually all your guests got to enjoy which is exactly why it was THE difference maker for this hotel. I came back thru Manila for a night on May 15 and was going to try the Sheraton one more time, but it was fully booked. Instead I stayed at the Westin for less money. There was no comparison- the Westin’s rooms have a much higher end finish, their food was better, and the service there was far superior like being provided a welcome drink and the Manager sending fruit to my room with a welcome note. The Sheraton Manila Bay is no longer on par with Manila’s best hotels

JJustin DupuisMy wife and I along with our son stayed there for two nights. Check in was easy and we were greeted when we opened the door. The hotel is very busy and tons of people coming in and out. I was shocked because it seemed very old on the inside but nice. Quick and easy check although I was asked to pay a 2,000 php deposit fee that I got back when we checked out. Room was okay and bed was comfy. The AC had to be turned on and off and turned all the way up but still was hot for us three. Hotel seemed very strict and didn't feel too welcoming as we seemed to be watched the whole time especially at breakfast. The buffet was okay and the food wasn't that hot. Coffee was way on the other side along with the juice which didn't have any labels to what it was. My biggest complaint was the door latch though. Even if locked you could move the door back and forth as if it was unlocked oh and of course the AC. Water pressure was excellent and water temp was perfect if not the best. Might stay here again due to price and location.

GGuest UserWe stayed at Winford overnight to celebrate my brother's birthday. I could say it was a very nice experience. When we arrived, the room was already available. I even requested for a room on a higher floor and they gave me a good one. The ambience and lighting fixtures were really nice and the waiting area with sofa as well. We stayed at an Executive Suite. The room was also nice. It had a bath tub, separate shower and 2 wash basin. There is also another toilet upon entry but with watercloset and wash basin. The view was also nice though its more of houses and the rizal mountains. The pool size has a good size and not crowded and also heated. We had dinner at the poolbar since they have Acoustic band playing on saturdays. The service was a bit slow since there were lots of people and the food came from the ****** kitchen. Also, they do not accept room charging if it exceeds the 2k deposit. First time to experience this, good thing my brother brought his wallet. Food and liquor was good too. For breakfast, they also have a good selection however they do not have bacon :( sad. Nonetheless, the breakfast experience was good as well. They also sent a birthday cake for my brother. Check-out was fast too. One downside is the parking area which was on the 7th floor. It was a round swirl going up or down and caused us to be dizzy. Overall, i recommend this hotel. It is not very high-end but the service and people are good and facilities are nice. P.S. We were not able to go to the ****** as we have a kid with us.
GGuest UserThe hotel service is superb. No problem there. Swimming pool is a joke. It's not even inside the hotel. It's next to the stage and appears to have been the old place where they held their sea lions. Ginawang pool lng. The rooms are average. Biggest problem is that it hasn't decided if it's a room for kids and family or a honeymoon suite. The shower even when the door is closed leaks a lot of water so the entire bathroom is wet. The most disappointing is the actual Ocean Park. Limited animals and attractions. The show itself is limited to birds and 2 sea lions who do a few tricks for snacks. OK naman un show but the mere fact that they let their audience burn in the hot summer sun for 30min and the show is merely that is severely disappointing. They can't even pay for a good tent cover.

EEnalyn riveraThe room is good for the price we paid, my kid going around the hotel safely. And I like most was the Chinese food I eat a lot and shopping a lot. And most of all the binondo church is very near, and for the safeties I saw a lot of police man every around the corner. My husband think not safe to be in binondo but after we stayed in lucky Chinatown hotel he’s happy for the 2 nights and 3 days for being far from home. Probably we will have another staycation in Lucky Chinatown hotel.

GGuest UserI booked this for the location and the free breakfast. The hotel was very nice and clean. We did have to wait to check in for about 15 minutes because they were very busy. The room was nice. They upgraded our room for free. I was disappointed to find only one towel, no hand towel, and no washcloth. According to my friend who also stayed there, you can call and they will bring another towel. Now for the best part...the breakfast was buffet style, with cooked-to-order omelets, and a large variety of entrees. It was awesome! I definitely will stay there again next time I'm in Manila!

CChris BacenaOverall, total experience was great. The only problem we had- the hair blower in the shower room was not working, though they were able to give us another blower the next day.
GGuest UserLocated in a small street in Malate, my experience here was quite pleasant. Their rooms have an old fashioned feel to them and I felt that I was in a small hotel in India, 30 years ago! But the air conditioning was good and everything worked nicely. The rooms are not sound proof. So if you have a family with a crying baby in the next room, as I did, it could be a bit of a problem. The staff were very sweet, particularly some of the gentlemen in the lobby and the lovely lady who checked me in at night. I feel bad that I forgot to note her name. Maybe Annette? Since my flight was late, I reached by around 11:00 at night. She was sweet enough to order me a Yummy Pizza from Shakey's nearby, using her app. (God bless her.)
