Great
RRidel VillaruelWe stayed at The Manila Hotel as a couple with one infant and had a very positive experience. The staff were extremely accommodating and attentive, the facilities felt grand and culturally rich rather than modern, and the location is central, great for nearby parks but challenging due to Manila traffic. The highlight was the breakfast, which was outstanding and easily the best complimentary hotel breakfast I’ve had.
BBen_964Absolutely a great staying with a very reasonable price. The room is spacious and new, the staff was friendly. We arrived at almost 3am and the door man was so kind and welcomed us, he always helped us with the door and elevator and everything we needed. The location is good, easy to order food deliveries, a few kilometres to the ancient area. Overall I would highly recommend it.

Great
GGuest UserOverall cleanliness was good, but some details weren't cleaned thoroughly enough.
1) Hair in the room 2) Floating debris in the kettle 3)
Btw, All the staff were very patient, and the food was quite good.
I'll come again next time, I really like it here.
DDingdong RosalesAffordable hotel at the heart of Manila Chinatown! If you want to experience Manila Chinatown, the world's oldest chinatown, then the Ramada is the best place to start. I took a Binondo Food crawl and decided to book a room so I can fully enjoy Binondo. The room was quite spacious, wide doors and hallways (good access for people on wheelchairs), and quiet. Surprisingly very quiet! Despite it's very central and busy location, I was able to sleep and rest quietly. Aside from the occasional church bell, you won't really hear much of the noise from downstairs. As yu step out of the hotel lobby, you will be welcomed by the hustle and bustle of Binondo. Food stalls and restaurants everywhere. It is a gastronomic adventure and a shopper's paradise. Just a few steps away from the long lines of foodies are bazaars and shops where you can find anything from clothes to jewelry to Chinese charms.
At the top of the hotel is Mento, their in-house dining spot, their breakfast buffet is decent but nothing too exciting. You may skip this and go straight outside, you'll need your appetite to fully experience all the food choices available. Just be ready to fall in line for minutes, some really popula shops have lines that go for hours!
Overall the hotel is nice, comfortable and quiet. It may feel a bit old, and could use some refurbishing, but I say that's part of the Binondo charm. Old city, rich in tradition, but feels quite like home.
GGuest UserWe stayed at the hotel from January 6th to 8th. We chose this hotel solely for its location, which is very close to the old town – that's its only upside. The hotel itself is quite run down; there were mold spots on the ceiling, and it's definitely in need of a renovation. The pool was out of order, and we noticed in reviews from a year ago that it was also closed back then. It seems they've decided not to open it at all, probably finding it cheaper to put up an 'out of order' sign than to maintain it, despite the room rates not being particularly low.
Breakfasts were terrible – seriously, don't bother with breakfast here! On our very first morning, we picked up a slice of bread and it had mold on it. We showed it to the administrator and asked for a replacement; the staff reluctantly swapped it out. The moldy bread seemed to alarm the administrator more than the staff responsible for laying out the food. We were only able to eat the omelet and some fruit; the rest of the food just wasn't appealing to us. Pasta with meat for breakfast is a whole other story, but with nothing else available, we had to make do. Honestly, there are plenty of great cafes nearby, it's better to just walk over to one of those instead.
AAnonymous UserMy stay at Century Park Hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between classic elegance and modern comfort, creating a welcoming atmosphere the moment you arrive.
The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a relaxing retreat after a long day. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the attention to detail—from the amenities to the housekeeping—made the stay feel effortless and luxurious.
What truly sets Century Park Hotel apart is its service. Every member of the staff was professional, warm, and genuinely eager to help. From check-in to check-out, I felt well taken care of, with requests handled promptly and courteously.
The dining options were another highlight. The food was consistently delicious, well-presented, and offered a great variety to suit different tastes. Whether for breakfast or a leisurely meal, the experience was excellent.
The hotel’s facilities are well-maintained and add great value to the stay, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers. Combined with its convenient location, Century Park Hotel makes getting around easy while still providing a peaceful place to unwind.
Overall, Century Park Hotel delivers comfort, quality, and outstanding hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable hotel experience, and I would gladly stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very Good
GGabriela_TravelIt was really ok. They even let us checked in early since the room is ready. Unfortunately the cleanliness is really bad. As you can see in the picture. The toilet needs deep cleaning or needs to be resilicon. I am working also in housekeeping. Im making this review for the sake of the establishment, i want to let them know that they can do better. Thank you for the reception for doing a job well done, they replied in whatsapp when i sent this photo and said the staff will check on it. We stayed 3 nights but it was never checked. It’s not the fault of reception, this time it’s housekeeping (if reception forwarded the info to hk). I was planning to extend for another 3 nights but because of this i moved to other hotel (which is not ”kawalan” for them 😅). Currently i am booked to other hotel (i just checked out few hours ago). I did not took picture with the other parts..just more brushing can do sana.
I almost brushed the molds but i remember im on vacation and needs to enjoy. 😅
AAnonymous UserThe location is good, close to Intramuros and the coast. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk from the station, but it's a nice walk to see the city. There's a large supermarket nearby and a 7-Eleven, which is very convenient.
Many of the staff were very kind. Thanks to them, I had a pleasant stay, which really made up for any shortcomings of the hotel. The doorman who opened the door for me every day even stopped an Uber taxi for me at the end and opened the door. He was very pleasant, and I left feeling good. Thank you.
Breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but the omelets made fresh every day were delicious, and since it was a buffet, I was able to eat my fill. For this price, there's even a small gym, so I think the cost-performance is good.
From here on, I'll list the downsides, but even with those, I still felt it was good value for money (again, thanks to the kind staff). The hotel is old and dusty. My room had no view from the window. The strange doll on the bedside lamp was a mystery (lol). The room was reasonably spacious, and the air conditioning worked great. However, when you remove the key card, everything turns off, so it gets hot again when you go out. There are no amenities at all, so I recommend bringing your own from home. There's no box of tissues either. There's only one roll of toilet paper, so if you use it as tissue, you'll run out. For towels, there's only a bath towel; no face towel. Maybe you can ask the front desk for a toothbrush? The toilet is the kind where you shouldn't flush paper. Please be careful.
JJoel Agresor⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5 — Go Hotels Ermita
Go Hotels Ermita is a decent budget-friendly option for travelers who want a convenient location without spending too much. The hotel is close to Robinsons Place Manila, several restaurants, and major Manila attractions, which makes it easy to get around.
The rooms are simple and clean, though quite small, and some amenities feel a bit basic. The air-conditioning works well, and the beds are comfortable enough for a short stay. However, noise from the surrounding area can sometimes be noticeable, and the overall maintenance of the rooms could be improved.
Service is generally polite, but response times can be slow during busy hours. The hotel doesn’t offer many on-site facilities, but for the price, it delivers a reasonably comfortable and safe stay.
Overall, Go Hotels Ermita is a practical choice if you’re looking for affordability and accessibility, but don’t expect premium comfort or full amenities.
BBrendon VWe had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the relaxing ambiance throughout the property. The location was also perfect—conveniently close to key attractions and public transport. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive, ensuring our stay was stress-free. Overall, it was a pleasant experience that exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.
