City of Manila Hotels with Parking

When in Manila, I mostly took taxis and didn't really try public transport. My only concern was that the area felt a bit sketchy at night. There's a Starbucks right downstairs, and if you walk two blocks to the left and then turn right, you'll find a large shopping mall. The room was average but had good air conditioning and hot water. As for the soundproofing and AC noise that others mentioned, I personally didn't find them to be a big issue. For the price of just over 200, it's really good value for money.

We booked a Deluxe Room with a king-size bed at Manila Prince Hotel for our 3rd wedding anniversary celebration (3D2N) for 2 adults and 1 toddler. First of all, I'm grateful that I found a great deal through Trip.com, almost 50% off with breakfast included! As I've mentioned in a previous review for another hotel, I'm generally not a fan of older hotels. However, Manila Prince Hotel pleasantly surprised me. The property is very well maintained and has an excellent location, with popular attractions such as the National Museum, Rizal Park, Fort Santiago, and even Chinatown nearby. What stood out to me the most: The Service The staff were amazing! Everyone was attentive, courteous, and pleasant, from the guards and concierge to the receptionists and room service staff. I could tell they are well-trained and professional. Special shoutout to Sir Ivan for taking such good care of us and even taking the time to play a little with our son. You truly made our day! Another thing I appreciated was how accommodating they were. I needed a needle and thread to sew a piece of clothing, and they were able to provide it promptly. The Buffet Breakfast There were plenty of options, everything we tried was delicious, and it offered great value for the price. The Room The room is definitely old, but it was clean and came with complete amenities. I also appreciated the complimentary items provided, such as bottled water, coffee, and tea, which made our stay even more comfortable. One thing I would suggest to management is to gradually replace some of the older fixtures and items that are already showing signs of wear. For example, the bathroom rubber mat had some mold spots, likely due to moisture, and the toilet paper holder had a bit of rust. Other than those minor issues, we had a really great stay. Highly recommended for families!

This hotel far exceeded the description on Trip.com. The reception and waiting area upon entering were already exquisite, with Michelin certification plaques for 2024 and 2025 on the wall. The hotel lobby's ceiling-high decor was impressive, and the restaurant was very luxurious. There were displays of admiral uniforms in the hallway, and the carpets on the room floors were also quite clean and tidy. The decor and furnishings inside the room were a delightful surprise – very clean and refined. The bathroom, sink, and toilet areas all featured gold-plated fixtures, which looked incredibly luxurious in person. The rooftop pool offered views of the entire Manila Bay. It's a short taxi ride of just a few kilometers to SM Mall of Asia. Overall, the actual experience at this hotel far surpassed the Trip.com description. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Century Park Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool area—it was relaxing and perfect for a family staycation. The location is also very convenient, with restaurants, shops, and other establishments nearby. We really appreciated the classic and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast was also enjoyable, with a good variety of food to choose from. Overall, we had a pleasant and relaxing experience at Century Park Hotel. We would definitely consider coming back for another staycation. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a comfortable hotel in Manila!

Overall it was a good stay, they give the breakfast for examinees at 4 AM to accomodate for our schedule so that's considerate. The room is neat and relatively clean too, I say relatively because there's a suspicious reddish stain on one of the pillow and one of the towels, we just didn't use those. For improvement though, I wish they included a hairdryer in the room like they said they would on the included amenities, I would've brought mine if I knew it's not gonna be included in the room. Also, the inside and crevices of the toilet isn't cleaned, not a big problem but as a clean freak, I was a bit bothered about that.

We stayed for one night. When I booked the room, it clearly indicated that the maximum capacity was 3 people, and my booking was for 3 guests. The breakfast was also indicated as being for 3 people. However, the booking stated that we could check with the hotel upon arrival if the additional person would be free of charge or subject to an extra fee. I honestly wouldn’t have minded paying for an extra person’s breakfast. However, when we arrived at the hotel and were checking in, I was charged for the third person, even though my booking clearly indicated 3 guests. Apparently, the third person was not included in the amount I paid through Trip.com. It was a bit confusing because what was indicated on the app did not seem to match the actual booking at the hotel. It clearly showed that my reservation was for 3 people. Anyway, we were already there, so there was nothing much I could do except not let it ruin our mood because we just wanted to relax. Now, when we entered the room, the TV was another issue. Almost none of the channels were watchable because the signal was so poor. It felt like we had to search for a signal just to get a clear picture. Nakakaloka! Thankfully, the Wi-Fi worked, and I was able to connect my Apple TV, so at least we were still able to watch something. Another thing happened when my companion accidentally dropped their charger. When they looked under the bed, they found two oranges that seemed to have been left behind by the previous guest. That made us wonder if the rooms were being cleaned properly. There were also no power outlets near the bed and no outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer, which was quite inconvenient. As for breakfast, it was ₱799 per person. But the options were quite limited: rice, eggs, hotdog, corned beef, potato wedges, two kinds of fruit—papaya and watermelon—pandesal, and sliced bread. At one point, the bread almost caused their microwave to catch fire! They also had coffee and juice. I was honestly disappointed because, considering the price, I expected more. For the same price, you can find all-you-can-eat breakfast options with a much wider variety of food. In terms of service, though, the staff were very nice and helpful. That’s something I really can’t complain about. The hotel itself is already quite old. I understand that it may be considered affordable, but even if the hotel is old, I still hoped that the overall experience would feel worth the price. For me, the breakfast was definitely not worth ₱799 per person. For comparison, Manila Prince Hotel, which is more affordable than Bayview, exceeded my expectations. The hotel is also quite old, but the quality of their service—especially the breakfast—is on a completely different level. Anyway, we still enjoyed our stay because we were there to relax and spend time together. But would I book again? Probably not, unless I really need to stay there because of its location and accessibility to the places I need to go.

The hotel provided a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, while the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient and accessible. Overall, I had a relaxing experience and would gladly consider staying here again on my next visit. Although the bath towels needs upgrading.

We had a pleasure of staying at Manila Grand Opera Hotel and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. My room was spotless and beautifully clean,comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, and I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread each morning. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting in Manila and will definitely be back!”

This quaint hotel is beside Paco Park. The building also has an old building look that is consistent with the location. The aircon and the hot and cold shower work too. My concern is that the cat or dog poop along the corridor on the first floor wasn't cleaned right away. We requested for a room cleaning service but none came during our two day stay but the hotel replenished the bottled water and towels.

Good stay overall. The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable. Housekeeping could be a bit more thorough, but it did not significantly affect our experience. We would still recommend this hotel and consider staying again.
