You cant walk around barefeet, the floor is sticky. I booked for 5 pax but there were only 2 towels and i have to message the lady incharge and she gave us 2 old towels 🤭. There was no toilet rag which made my 6yo son slipped. I was expecting even just complimentary bottled water but there was none. Not shower gel/soap for shower, too. This is in room 521_

my brother and i enjoy the view in the unit that i booked and it's Comfortable bed, but the Kitchen appliances such as electric kettle are not available. And Visitors are not allowed inside the unit either, the caretaker said they are only allowed in the lobby. The Five-star hotels allow visitors inside the room, so why isn’t it allowed here? That’s what the caretaker said when i'm asking her. That is why my sister and my niece do not visit anymore, because visitors are not allowed to go up to the unit. I hope they can be in the unit next time. That's my only concern, thank you.

The room was clean and tidy upon arrival. Bath towels, hand towels, shampoos, and bar soaps were provided. It would be better if disposable slippers, dishwashing liquid, and sponge were also provided. There were utensils in the pantry. Hot shower works fine but I had a hard time adjusting the dial since the heater was placed a bit high. WIFI signal was quite poor, I had to reconnect multiple times, so I opted to use my mobile data instead. The beds were comfortable and have clean linens. The cafeteria opens at 7 am, not sure about the closing time though. The staff were approachable and there were guards on duty.

Location perfect. Staff especially on front desk very helpful and nice. We are use and love orthopedic hard matrasses in the beds. During or stay they were very soft, we can understand some people may prfer that. It would be perfect if there was a choice in mattress. very big plus was the breakfast. for descent price it is well worth to purchase the breakfast coupons. Overall we where very pleased. So, i came to manila alone. Hoping to have a good time. Spent 28 days in this hotel and explored the surronunding areas. By the end of the trip i met my babae and we where having a good time. Long story short... the hotel was well worth the money, as the view was great and my girl got pregnant. So, its a lucky room i guess too. You pay for all the amenaties. That was one down point but other than that it was fine and i had good nights/late night fun.. come and try it for yourself.

I booked this place out of pure convenience. The location was great, but the building was old and was showing its age. I only spent 7 hours there because I had an early flight the next morning. If I had to book a room for a nother short stay, I'd probably spend a little more money and stay a better place.

There were some minor issues, but they were resolved right away so it wasn't inconvenient. First of all, the location was really good.

Good location for nightlife. The view from the balcony is also good. Good thing, these two are the end. The interior of the building is very old because it is unmanaged. There are many Chinese people inside the building, so it is inconvenient to use the elevator. It's particularly annoying when I use it at mealtimes. Room condition is special. I used to buy toiletries personally. The bottom line .... I thought it would be better to stay at the hotel to add to this money.

The room was clean and the place is as described. I will book again.
