"It was really ok. They even let us checked in early since the room is ready. Unfortunately the cleanliness is really bad. As you can see in the picture. The toilet needs deep cleaning or needs to be resilicon. I am working also in housekeeping. Im making this review for the sake of the establishment, i want to let them know that they can do better. Thank you for the reception for doing a job well done, they replied in whatsapp when i sent this photo and said the staff will check on it. We stayed 3 nights but it was never checked. It’s not the fault of reception, this time it’s housekeeping (if reception forwarded the info to hk). I was planning to extend for another 3 nights but because of this i moved to other hotel (which is not ”kawalan” for them 😅). Currently i am booked to other hotel (i just checked out few hours ago). I did not took picture with the other parts..just more brushing can do sana.
I almost brushed the molds but i remember im on vacation and needs to enjoy. 😅"

All facilities in the guest rooms have been carefully considered and arranged, including air conditioning, LCD TVs and wardrobes/wardrobes, which can meet your needs while adding a sense of warmth to your home. In addition, the bathroom equipped with slippers, 24-hour hot water and a hairdryer is a good place for you to relieve the fatigue of the day. In your free time, it is a good choice to go to the lobby bar to relax with a drink. If travelers want to dine in the comfort of their own room, the hotel provides room service. If you feel that catering services are limited to this, then the nearby Century Seafood Restaurant (seafood), = (Southeast Asian cuisine) and Pacific Lounge (buffet) will definitely surprise you. Garlic-baked crab and roasted pork knuckle are the first two respectively. A restaurant not to be missed. The hotel has excellent leisure and recreational facilities, such as foot baths. The hotel's conference hall perfectly combines warm service with professional quality. The dry cleaning service provided by the hotel makes your journey more convenient.
"The room was nice and clean. The staff were very approachable, polite, and friendly, including the security guard. The toiletries were also complete.
However, my biggest issue was the cigarette smell. As soon as we entered the room, we could already smell cigarette smoke. The front desk informed us that some rooms may have a cigarette odor because smoking appears to be allowed in certain rooms. The smell became less noticeable after a while, but whenever we turned off the air conditioner, it would come back.
I also noticed that many Chinese guests were gathered in the waiting area in front of the front desk, where there are couches. They were quite loud while talking sometimes it sounded like they were arguing. 😅
What disappointed me the most was that even the buffet area smelled like cigarette smoke. The food was not particularly impressive, and the cigarette odor made the dining experience even less enjoyable.
I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children or for guests who are sensitive to cigarette smoke. It may be difficult for the hotel to address this issue if a large portion of their clientele are smokers.
It's a pity because the hotel itself is nice, the rooms are clean, and the staff provide excellent service."

"I chose this hotel for two main reasons: its excellent location for nightlife and the availability of a bidet toilet. Otherwise, it's pretty much on par with places like Ameria or Rothman. A definite plus is the permanent security guard in the lobby who is incredibly friendly and welcoming. On the downside, the bathroom wasn't very clean, and the amenities were the same as any other hotel. I'm not sure why it's 3,000-4,000 yen more expensive than similar places. My biggest complaint, though, is that housekeeping entered my room with their own key even though I hadn't requested a cleaning. I find that to be a significant security concern. While the prime location and bidet toilet are non-negotiable for me, and I might stay here again, I'm giving it a low rating for now."
