"I got my period at night and had a terrible stomachache. I called the front desk to ask if they sold sanitary pads. The young man at the front desk said a staff member would bring them up shortly. A little while later, the staff not only brought sanitary pads but also a cup of brown sugar water. For service to go above and beyond like this, the hotel truly puts its heart into it. I absolutely have to give them a huge thumbs up!"

It's just that the room is very hot, and the air conditioner is very noisy after turning on the air conditioner. I don't know if it's the same in other rooms. A small suggestion: it would be better if the breakfast waiter didn't push the garbage truck back and forth when clearing the table, which really affects the appetite. Everything else is great. "This time, I came to Mudanjiang with my friends and booked a newly opened hotel. It is located in the center of the pedestrian street. I was amazed as soon as I walked in. It is no worse than a star hotel. The service is very good. The two single beds are moderately spaced, the bedding is clean and tidy, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the sleeping experience is excellent. The room is equipped with an intelligent voice system, which can control the lights and curtains by voice. It has a full sense of technology. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family!"

"Traveling with kids all the way from afar, I saw this place was very close to Hengdaohezi and didn't want to exhaust myself, so I stayed here. With a big suitcase, I was too lazy to walk further, so staying right next to the train station was convenient. It's also easy to order takeout in the city. The hygiene was excellent! In winter, you really have so much stuff. It felt a bit better than a Home Inn; Home Inn rooms are too small."

We arrived late at night and did not have dinner. The boss's wife even cooked for us personally. The boss and his wife are both very simple and kind people, good at talking and optimistic. 2200358****Our stay at Lanting Xuehanxi during our trip to Snow Town was fantastic, we were extremely satisfied overall!
First off, the guesthouse's location is super convenient. It's just a minute or two's walk to Xueyun Avenue, and really close to the Snow Town monument and the ski resort. It's perfect for exploring attractions and grabbing food. At night, we could even watch beautiful fireworks right from our window – the atmosphere was incredible.
The environment was also impeccable. The guesthouse is newly renovated, clean, and the facilities are very high-end. The full-house heating was amazing, keeping us warm and comfortable even in Snow Town's nearly thirty-below-zero temperatures.
And the service at the guesthouse was simply outstanding. The owner was warm and attentive, always responding promptly to any requests. They treated us like close friends, which was really heartwarming.
All in all, I highly recommend this guesthouse. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Snow Town.

The owner and staff, all from Northeast China, are incredibly warm and welcoming, which is a common and cherished trait here. They proactively shared hidden gem sightseeing tips, helped upgrade our room, and even thoughtfully provided disposable toilet seat covers and hand warmers. From the warm welcome tea upon arrival to helping guests with luggage and even sending a forgotten item to the train station, we felt genuinely at home and well cared for throughout our stay.

AAnonymous UserI had the most pleasant stay at the hotel! Ever since my booking they contacted me to stay in touch and asked if i needed any help prior my trip. Every booking was assigned a butler, and our Butler Cao made the trip cery smooth and comfortable! Just inform any inquiries or wish list that you have and he will deliver! He even picked us from the station and our luggage, brought us to the famous spots, shortcuts and accompanied us around the town. I even asked questions after my stay and they still gladly reply which i will be forever thankful.
The room is exactly how it looks like in the pictures cery clean and comfortable. We have informed beforehand regarding our dietary restrictions and they understood and prepared breakfast which were muslim friendly.
The hotel’s location is perfect as its very near the centre but not too close so it was comfortable and it was not so noisy at night.
Overally we had a very pleasant stay and recommend this hotel for anyone interested! Definitely regret staying for only 1 night and wished we could stay longer

GGuest UserI booked for one night, and only realized in the evening when checking my emails that the owner had been checking in on me all along. I felt really bad for not replying.
My kids were playing in the snow outside, and the owner treated us to breakfast and a free experience of throwing hot water into the air to watch it freeze – it was great.
The only minor drawbacks were the very transparent glass door of the toilet, which basically allowed you to see anyone inside. Not everyone in my family was comfortable with that. Also, the hot water supply was insufficient. If one person showered for two minutes, it was fine, but if someone took longer than 10 minutes, the next person would have to wait 20 minutes for hot water.

Without a word, he effortlessly carried our large suitcases, and that warm, hearty Northeastern hospitality instantly chased away the winter chill. The guesthouse's location is absolutely perfect – just a 2-minute walk to Xueyun Street, so we could pop back to warm up whenever we got tired from exploring. It’s nestled in a quiet spot yet close to all the action, which was incredibly thoughtful. At night, there was no noise from the street, just the gentle whisper of snowflakes outside the window. As soon as we stepped inside, we were enveloped in warmth. The room was spotlessly clean, with an private bathroom, 24-hour hot water, and free WiFi – everything you could ask for. Even the toiletries showed careful attention to detail, and the owner had thoughtfully provided a humidifier, making for an immersive experience of Northeastern folk culture.

The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. It is equipped with a humidifier, which is extremely helpful in the cold, dry weather. What impressed us the most was the view from the room — we could even see fireworks 🎆 It was such a romantic and special experience.
The hotel also offers local traditional outfits (red floral-style clothing) to borrow, perfect for strolling around the village and taking photos. We had so much fun and captured many beautiful pictures 📸
Most importantly, the hotel has an elevator, which is very convenient, especially in cold weather and when carrying luggage.
🍲 The hotel food was absolutely delicious. Every meal was prepared with care and tasted wonderful. Our whole family loved it — the three of us (father, mother, and child) truly enjoyed every meal ❤️

Honestly, before booking accommodation in Snow Village, I was completely lost. There were so many hotels and guesthouses, and I had no idea which one to choose. Considering safety and comfort, we opted for a hotel called 'Xue Zhi Xiao Zhu'. What surprised me was the five-star concierge service offered by this small hotel in such a 'small place' as Snow Village. After booking and paying through Ctrip, I immediately received a call from the hotel. They added me on WeChat and provided a full itinerary explanation and recommended routes, right up until our arrival when they helped with our luggage and guided us. This hotel is incredibly clean, and they even offer thoughtful local specialties as gifts. The food was also delicious (we tried other places, and this hotel's food was definitely tastier and reasonably priced). On our way back, the young owner enthusiastically pulled our luggage on a sled for us and dropped us off at the boarding point before leaving (he wasn't even wearing gloves in -27-degree weather – very touching). There are so many other details I won't go into one by one, but you truly get what you pay for. A business that genuinely cares for its customers is trustworthy and highly recommended. Thanks again to this hotel with five-star service hidden in Snow Village – 'Xue Zhi Xiao Zhu', see you next year!

GGuest UserThis is a lovely hotel. We stayed in a capsule-style room, which was very clean and could accommodate 5 people. The hotel provides 2 towels, but you can request more according to the number of guests. When booking through Trip, they pre-authorize a deposit on your credit card, and then you pay the full amount at the counter upon arrival, either in cash or via transfer. The hotel also requires a 200 RMB key card deposit, which is refunded after check-out. After successful check-in, Trip automatically refunds the pre-authorized amount, and you'll receive a message from your bank.
The room offers complimentary snacks and drinking water. Other food items in the room are priced, and you'll need to pay if consumed.
Regarding finding the check-in counter, walk to the very end of the village. There will be a small house-like building on your left with the hotel's name in Chinese. There's no other language, so you'll need to use your phone's camera to translate it. Once inside, you'll find the check-in counter. To access your room, walk towards the dining area; there's a door that leads to the back where the individual rooms are located.
The check-in process with the staff was casual and friendly, not like a five-star hotel, which was charming in its own way.
