The hotel is not big but very cute, close to Arbat in 5 minutes. In the room the crazy soft bed, clean underwear, all the stuff changed and supplemented every day, so sweet I didn't sleep. There are a few and the downsides we didn't close the door in the toilet. Breakfast is normal, we had enough. Very pleasant staff in this hotel, I recommend if you have traveled. I'll come here next time."

"This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away and taxis readily available. Restaurants and convenience stores are all nearby, making shopping and getting around hassle-free. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and odorless, and the mattress was perfectly firm and comfortable. The bathroom had a well-designed separate shower and toilet, with plenty of hot water at a stable temperature. The front desk staff were warm and professional, handling check-in and check-out quickly, and even proactively recommended nearby attractions – such thoughtful details! During my stay, I had a package to mail, and Vivi at the front desk proactively contacted the courier for me. I only needed to leave the package at the front desk, and she handed it over to the courier – so considerate! Manager Wang at the front desk also inquired about my stay and assured me I could contact them anytime if I needed anything. The entire stay was very pleasant. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

The hotel lobby is very grand and has a special seating area. It is a good place to hide from the wind and snow on cold days. The hotel room is really clean, with good facilities. It's very warm even without air conditioning. The bedding is comfortable and the hot water comes out quickly. I can't fault anything. I particularly recommend their breakfast, which is really rich in variety, not to mention fried rice, hot vegetables and porridge, but also cakes, fruits, milk and yogurt, so you can get high."
