11366622****First time sleeping on a 'kang' (heated bed), it was really warm, felt cozy and harmonious – I slept like a baby! The room was tidy and very clean, and the bed was made up thickly. Turns out winter in the North is actually warmer than in the South.

AAnonymous UserI had the most pleasant stay at the hotel! Ever since my booking they contacted me to stay in touch and asked if i needed any help prior my trip. Every booking was assigned a butler, and our Butler Cao made the trip cery smooth and comfortable! Just inform any inquiries or wish list that you have and he will deliver! He even picked us from the station and our luggage, brought us to the famous spots, shortcuts and accompanied us around the town. I even asked questions after my stay and they still gladly reply which i will be forever thankful. The room is exactly how it looks like in the pictures cery clean and comfortable. We have informed beforehand regarding our dietary restrictions and they understood and prepared breakfast which were muslim friendly. The hotel’s location is perfect as its very near the centre but not too close so it was comfortable and it was not so noisy at night. Overally we had a very pleasant stay and recommend this hotel for anyone interested! Definitely regret staying for only 1 night and wished we could stay longer

2200358****Our stay at Lanting Xuehanxi during our trip to Snow Town was fantastic, we were extremely satisfied overall! First off, the guesthouse's location is super convenient. It's just a minute or two's walk to Xueyun Avenue, and really close to the Snow Town monument and the ski resort. It's perfect for exploring attractions and grabbing food. At night, we could even watch beautiful fireworks right from our window – the atmosphere was incredible. The environment was also impeccable. The guesthouse is newly renovated, clean, and the facilities are very high-end. The full-house heating was amazing, keeping us warm and comfortable even in Snow Town's nearly thirty-below-zero temperatures. And the service at the guesthouse was simply outstanding. The owner was warm and attentive, always responding promptly to any requests. They treated us like close friends, which was really heartwarming. All in all, I highly recommend this guesthouse. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Snow Town.

GGuest UserI booked for one night, and only realized in the evening when checking my emails that the owner had been checking in on me all along. I felt really bad for not replying. My kids were playing in the snow outside, and the owner treated us to breakfast and a free experience of throwing hot water into the air to watch it freeze – it was great. The only minor drawbacks were the very transparent glass door of the toilet, which basically allowed you to see anyone inside. Not everyone in my family was comfortable with that. Also, the hot water supply was insufficient. If one person showered for two minutes, it was fine, but if someone took longer than 10 minutes, the next person would have to wait 20 minutes for hot water.

PPeace PhatthaWe had a very comfortable and happy stay at Qiuqu Donglai Inn. It was much cheaper compared to the other accomodations in Snow Town, and exceeded our expectations. The owners and staff were very friendly and patient in providing all the help we needed during our stay 😄 Before the trip, it was also easy communicating with the owner through Wechat as she patiently answered all our concerns and even provided us with more guiding tips about our trip there. She helped us to settle mutliple car and bus pickup services to/from the inn as well as to/from Snow Town. This certainly made our planning much easier and convenient as we could plan our days according to the pick-up/ drop-off times. Additionally, the inn was very cozy with only 2 floors of rooms but it was clean and tidy, exactly as shown in the pictures. The Kang heated beds were comfortable and the toilet was exceptionally clean, with a heater unit and toilet seat. We could also order food from the QR code in the room and have our meals prepared from the kitchen downstairs. The convenience and quality of food definitely left us impressed. For our trip to Snow Town, the owner provided us with suggestions on activities that we could try and also helped us to book the activity package at a cheaper rate. The owner even prepared some free activities for us to do (Photo-taking with the traditional jacket + Water splashing into ice) but it was rather unfortunate as we could not find time to try it out. You should definitely try it out if you stay here and have the time to do so! We highly recommend this inn for comfort, convenience and a peace-of-mind when travelling to Snow Town. This will definitely be our go-to accomodation when we are back here for our next visit! 💯 *Do note that disposable towels are provided but do bring your own towel if you require more comfort.

MM332064****I just have to say: it was absolutely, incredibly, amazingly wonderful!. Our trip to Snow Town exceeded all expectations, and the accommodation was perfect! It felt like a warm home away from home, with thoughtful details everywhere. The beautiful snow scenery combined with comfortable accommodation – I highly recommend this hotel in Snow Town for the winter season! This was our family of four's first time in Snow Town, and we were so pleasantly surprised to have chosen the right hotel! The kind and lovely owner even upgraded us to a large window snow view room. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was incredibly comfortable. For us 'southern potatoes' visiting the north in winter, having a warm place to stay, great service, and a large window with a snow view is truly essential. Before we even arrived at the hotel, the owner personally greeted us at the entrance and gave thoughtful gifts to our two kids. It truly felt like coming home. As soon as we opened the door, a stunning snow scene greeted us. There were also complimentary drinks and fruits, which was a very thoughtful touch. The room had two 1.5-meter beds, excellent heating (the floor heating was superb!), clean and soft bedding, and plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Taking a bath in the tub was perfect for washing away the day's cold. The window overlooked the snow, making it feel like waking up in a fairytale. The front desk staff were wonderful; the gentleman helped with our luggage, and the lady was enthusiastic and thoughtful, recommending sightseeing routes. Everyone felt like family! The hotel also provides various traditional outfits for guests to use for free right at the entrance, allowing you to try on different looks in the snow – it's fantastic, and free, free, free! The snowman in front of the hotel and the fir trees (I think that's what they're called?) across the way are perfect for photos! Let's talk about the location and transportation! The hotel's location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Xueyun Street and a 1-minute ride on the scenic shuttle bus. It's quiet yet centrally located. We slept until morning and woke up to a fairytale world outside our window! The hotel's food was delicious too! We ordered shredded potatoes and 'guo bao rou' (sweet and sour pork), which the kids loved. They both said it was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. The dining environment was also pleasant! If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow during peak hours, but for those coming to Snow Town to relax, it's not a big issue. In summary, whether for a family trip or traveling with friends, this hotel can meet your needs. The price is reasonable for Snow Town, offering great value for money. I will definitely return to Snow Town and stay at this hotel again!

GGuest UserBefore we even got out of the car, a handsome guy from the front desk came over to help with our luggage – the service was exceptionally good and super enthusiastic, definitely five stars! The room itself was spacious and very clean, and the window view of the snow-capped mountains was stunning. There was also plenty of snow right next to the hotel, perfect for playing in. They even helped us with transport when we left, which was incredibly thoughtful. Staying at Jingbei made our whole trip to Snow Town so easy and comfortable, and the price was really reasonable too. I'm extremely satisfied with this stay and highly recommend it! ❤️

I'll definitely stay here again next time. I absolutely loved opening the window to a beautiful snow scene. The only minor drawbacks were the password lock without an internal deadbolt and no refrigerator, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the staff here were incredibly helpful, assisting us with our luggage and recommending local attractions. Plus, the location is super convenient! Highly recommended!

There are only five plank road snow view rooms in Xuexiang, all of which are in this hotel. The housekeepers at the front desk are super nice. They will pick you up at the mountain gate. You can find the front desk if you need anything. It is very convenient and warm. And the location is also very good. It is also very close to the big stone tablet. It is very convenient to take the scenic area bus. Xuexiang is really good. The price is not as expensive as it is said. There are also many performances. It is recommended to wear a pair of non-slip and waterproof snow boots, and you must wear gloves 🧤 It is a must for the little fairy who is afraid of cold.

CCaomaochuanchangyanfeifeiSnow Village truly lives up to its reputation! The 5-hour drive from Harbin was definitely worth it. Honestly, before booking accommodation in Snow Village, I was completely lost. There were so many hotels and guesthouses, and I had no idea which one to choose. Considering safety and comfort, we opted for a hotel called 'Xue Zhi Xiao Zhu'. What surprised me was the five-star concierge service offered by this small hotel in such a 'small place' as Snow Village. After booking and paying through Ctrip, I immediately received a call from the hotel. They added me on WeChat and provided a full itinerary explanation and recommended routes, right up until our arrival when they helped with our luggage and guided us. This hotel is incredibly clean, and they even offer thoughtful local specialties as gifts. The food was also delicious (we tried other places, and this hotel's food was definitely tastier and reasonably priced). On our way back, the young owner enthusiastically pulled our luggage on a sled for us and dropped us off at the boarding point before leaving (he wasn't even wearing gloves in -27-degree weather – very touching). There are so many other details I won't go into one by one, but you truly get what you pay for. A business that genuinely cares for its customers is trustworthy and highly recommended. Thanks again to this hotel with five-star service hidden in Snow Village – 'Xue Zhi Xiao Zhu', see you next year!
