GGuest UserI have to give a good review for this stay. The room is clean and tidy. The boss is very friendly, with the generous and open character of the Northeastern people. We arrived late at night and did not have dinner. The boss's wife even cooked for us personally. The boss and his wife are both very simple and kind people, good at talking and optimistic. This hotel in Erlanghe is really recommended for accommodation (¯▽¯)👍

XXiximimimamaThe hotel's location is excellent. Xueyuan Street, the main thoroughfare, is very bustling with vendors calling out and tourists laughing, which can be quite noisy. However, this hotel is about 100 meters away from Xueyuan Street, so it's not noisy but also not too far. When you're tired from exploring, it's just a five-minute walk back to the hotel. Figures 2, 3, and 4 show the fantastic view taken from the room window. When you're tired and don't feel like going out, you can still enjoy the snow scenery from the hotel window. Hygiene: The hotel is exquisitely decorated and very cozy. It has an independent bathroom. After being out in the cold for most of the day, there's nothing more relaxing than coming back to the hotel for a hot shower! Service: The owner is very welcoming. As soon as we got on the bus, they sent someone to pick us up. Manager Yanzi was especially thoughtful and attentive, even telling us about the best spot to watch the fireworks. The breakfast was also excellent, with nine compartments offering vegetables, fruits, eggs, and milk – a complete spread. If you feel like you haven't had enough to eat, you can always tell the owner, who is very enthusiastic about providing extra servings!

MMarcusshanghaiAn absolutely perfect stay that exceeded my expectations, so I want to seriously write down my experience. Even before we arrived in Snow Town, the owner and concierge were constantly updating us on the weather in the scenic area, reminding us to dress warmly, especially the children. We arrived in Snow Town around 6 PM, and the concierge was already waiting for us in the snow and wind, helping us with our luggage. We didn't have to lift a finger ourselves. I had worried after seeing online that tourists often dragged their own suitcases to hotels, but now I realize that worry was completely unnecessary. The hotel's location is super convenient, only about 100 meters from the big stone monument. Upon arrival at the hotel, the owner thoughtfully gave us frozen pears and even offered us extra blankets, concerned we might not have enough. They constantly and thoughtfully told us to contact them anytime if we needed anything, truly making us feel the warmth and hospitality of Northeasterners. The breakfast corn, fried dough sticks, and red date cakes were especially popular with the kids. They also have a coffee bar, and both the cakes and coffee were excellent. The room was spotlessly cleaned every day and was genuinely warm, so we didn't need to wear thick pajamas. If you're too lazy to go out, you can eat at the hotel; the taste, portion sizes, and prices are all great. The kids loved staying here so much they didn't want to leave, saying it was very comfortable 😄 If I have the chance to visit Snow Town again, YunDingXue will definitely be my first choice. The service alone is enough to make you want to return.

PPeace PhatthaWe had a very comfortable and happy stay at Qiuqu Donglai Inn. It was much cheaper compared to the other accomodations in Snow Town, and exceeded our expectations. The owners and staff were very friendly and patient in providing all the help we needed during our stay 😄 Before the trip, it was also easy communicating with the owner through Wechat as she patiently answered all our concerns and even provided us with more guiding tips about our trip there. She helped us to settle mutliple car and bus pickup services to/from the inn as well as to/from Snow Town. This certainly made our planning much easier and convenient as we could plan our days according to the pick-up/ drop-off times. Additionally, the inn was very cozy with only 2 floors of rooms but it was clean and tidy, exactly as shown in the pictures. The Kang heated beds were comfortable and the toilet was exceptionally clean, with a heater unit and toilet seat. We could also order food from the QR code in the room and have our meals prepared from the kitchen downstairs. The convenience and quality of food definitely left us impressed. For our trip to Snow Town, the owner provided us with suggestions on activities that we could try and also helped us to book the activity package at a cheaper rate. The owner even prepared some free activities for us to do (Photo-taking with the traditional jacket + Water splashing into ice) but it was rather unfortunate as we could not find time to try it out. You should definitely try it out if you stay here and have the time to do so! We highly recommend this inn for comfort, convenience and a peace-of-mind when travelling to Snow Town. This will definitely be our go-to accomodation when we are back here for our next visit! 💯 *Do note that disposable towels are provided but do bring your own towel if you require more comfort.

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic, but what truly made this trip unforgettable was the amazing support from the hotel staff. From the very beginning, they arranged all our travel needs, including car rentals and a wonderful driver who also acted as our guide. Wang Jingyu was our primary contact at the hotel, and his excellent communication skills in English made everything even smoother. They also accommodated my food preferences, which added a personal touch to our experience. Their attention to detail and personalized service made our family vacation one of the best we've ever had. We’re filled with beautiful moments and cherished memories thanks to the care, support, and guidance provided by the team here. You all showed remarkable patience and kindness towards my family and me, making our stay truly special. DDerf MaizWe stayed at Mountain Talk for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is strategically located inside Snow Village, making it easy to explore the area, especially during winter. The room was clean, well maintained, and offered a beautiful view of the snow-covered landscape, which made the stay feel extra special. The environment is very peaceful, perfect for families and travelers who want to relax after a full day in the snow. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff, especially Mr. Haizi, was extremely accommodating and helpful. He assisted us many times and made sure our stay was comfortable and smooth from start to finish. Tips for future guests: • Choose a room with a window view for the full snow village experience. • Winter nights can be very cold, so bring proper thermal wear even indoors. • The location is ideal if you want to enjoy night walks and early morning views without rushing. • If you need help with transport, schedules, or basic arrangements, do not hesitate to ask the staff. They are very willing to assist. Overall, Mountain Talk is a cozy and welcoming place to stay, with excellent service and a calm atmosphere. There are only five plank road snow view rooms in Xuexiang, all of which are in this hotel. The housekeepers at the front desk are super nice. They will pick you up at the mountain gate. You can find the front desk if you need anything. It is very convenient and warm. And the location is also very good. It is also very close to the big stone tablet. It is very convenient to take the scenic area bus. Xuexiang is really good. The price is not as expensive as it is said. There are also many performances. It is recommended to wear a pair of non-slip and waterproof snow boots, and you must wear gloves 🧤 It is a must for the little fairy who is afraid of cold.

MM52051****I highly recommend Jingbei Hotel in Snow Town! From the moment we got off the bus, we were taken care of – the free shuttle service was amazing. The underfloor heating in the room was just right, not cold at all, and our panoramic king-size bed faced the beautiful rime scenery. Waking up to a view of pristine white crystals everywhere was pure bliss. The elevator was convenient and fast, so we didn't have to struggle with our luggage. The free breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted fantastic. The hotel also provided free snow sleds and traditional floral padded coats, so we could experience authentic Snow Town fun without spending extra. Taking photos in the floral coats turned out great, this hotel really made our trip a joy!

YYaofeidejiThe room was very clean and spacious, with a large bed and a tatami area next to a snowy view. The heated floor and voice control made it extremely comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again next time. I absolutely loved opening the window to a beautiful snow scene. The only minor drawbacks were the password lock without an internal deadbolt and no refrigerator, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the staff here were incredibly helpful, assisting us with our luggage and recommending local attractions. Plus, the location is super convenient! Highly recommended!

I never expected to be able to eat Northeast-style iron pot stew! Cleanliness: Very clean, with attention to detail. Environment: The room was spacious with a beautiful view from the window. The child had plenty of space to play in the snow. Service: The hotel reception was very attentive; they even provided children's slippers and toothbrushes when they saw we had a child. Facilities: The hotel is very new; you can tell the decor was carefully done. The room was very clean. We traveled a long way in this remote area, but we found a hotel we liked and were very happy with. The owner even provided clothes for photos. The food in the hotel restaurant was also delicious. I recommend the spicy steamed fish; it was excellent. Overall, I feel we made the right choice in choosing this hotel. Highly recommended!
