11366622****First time sleeping on a 'kang' (heated bed), it was really warm, felt cozy and harmonious – I slept like a baby! The room was tidy and very clean, and the bed was made up thickly. Turns out winter in the North is actually warmer than in the South.

MM316705****Service: This was my first time experiencing hotel service that felt as attentive as Haidilao's – it truly felt like coming home. The staff's constant refrain was, 'Just tell us what you need.' Someone helped with my luggage, breakfast was a relaxed affair, and when I asked if I could heat up food I brought, the response was, 'Of course, just wait.' Someone specifically came to my room, took my food to warm it up, and then brought it back on a plate. I genuinely felt the 'warmth' of their service!
Comfort: Their beds and pillows were just right – not too soft, not too firm. I really felt the comfort of a boutique Atour hotel, thumbs up! 👍🏻
Photography: Even breakfast here was a treat. The beautifully presented small dishes were perfect for photos, and the view outside the window was stunning too.

GGuest UserOur group of friends stayed at this homestay during our visit to Harbin and Snow Town, and we were very satisfied. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well heated, making our stay comfortable despite the freezing temperatures outside.
We chose to eat at the homestay, and the meals were surprisingly good — warm, tasty, and well prepared. It was very convenient not having to go out in the cold after sightseeing.
The hosts and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering assistance with transportation, local tips, and making sure our group was well taken care of. Overall, this homestay provided great value and an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend it to groups of friends visiting Snow Town.

AAnonymous UserI had the most pleasant stay at the hotel! Ever since my booking they contacted me to stay in touch and asked if i needed any help prior my trip. Every booking was assigned a butler, and our Butler Cao made the trip cery smooth and comfortable! Just inform any inquiries or wish list that you have and he will deliver! He even picked us from the station and our luggage, brought us to the famous spots, shortcuts and accompanied us around the town. I even asked questions after my stay and they still gladly reply which i will be forever thankful.
The room is exactly how it looks like in the pictures cery clean and comfortable. We have informed beforehand regarding our dietary restrictions and they understood and prepared breakfast which were muslim friendly.
The hotel’s location is perfect as its very near the centre but not too close so it was comfortable and it was not so noisy at night.
Overally we had a very pleasant stay and recommend this hotel for anyone interested! Definitely regret staying for only 1 night and wished we could stay longer

GGubertFirst off, a big shout-out to the hotel owner! We absolutely loved the room design. We're a family of five; my parents chose the 'Northeast heated kang bed' to relive their childhood memories, my husband and I slept on the Korean-style tatami with individual temperature control, and our daughter had a big bed. We each had our own space without disturbing each other. The room was spacious enough for all five of us, not cramped at all. My daughter, for the first time since we arrived in Harbin, said she finally had a meal she liked, thanks to the chef's cooking. The owner even gave us a discount, which we really appreciate. The location is also fantastic, very close to all the attractions. I've already posted about it on my social media!

They proactively helped with my luggage and offered tips for exploring Snow Town, remaining enthusiastic and attentive throughout, which made me feel very welcome.
Upon entering the hotel, there was a welcome tea, a lovely touch. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the front desk staff kindly informed us about breakfast times and the restaurant location. A huge plus for having an elevator!
Our room was exquisitely decorated and cozy. The smart home system was incredibly convenient, allowing us to control lights and curtains with just our voice from the comfort of our bed – very high-tech. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress offered just the right amount of support. After a long, tiring day exploring Snow Town, I could instantly relax and enjoy a full night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious with a well-designed wet/dry separation, making it clean and hygienic. The high-quality toiletries felt luxurious, providing a washing experience comparable to high-end star hotels; every detail showed careful consideration.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including warm porridge, local specialty snacks, and fresh fruit. It was nutritious and delicious, providing plenty of energy for a day of activities.
Its location is also very convenient, just a one-minute walk from Xueyun Street, making getting around easy without being disturbed by noise. Both the facilities and the service were impeccable, offering incredible value for money. I genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Snow Town; choosing it will undoubtedly ensure a comfortable and pleasant ice and snow adventure!

KKah JoonHotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious.
The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

Our trip to Snow Town exceeded all expectations, and the accommodation was perfect! It felt like a warm home away from home, with thoughtful details everywhere.

This was our family of four's first time in Snow Town, and we were so pleasantly surprised to have chosen the right hotel! The kind and lovely owner even upgraded us to a large window snow view room. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was incredibly comfortable. For us 'southern potatoes' visiting the north in winter, having a warm place to stay, great service, and a large window with a snow view is truly essential. Before we even arrived at the hotel, the owner personally greeted us at the entrance and gave thoughtful gifts to our two kids. It truly felt like coming home.
As soon as we opened the door, a stunning snow scene greeted us. There were also complimentary drinks and fruits, which was a very thoughtful touch. The room had two 1.5-meter beds, excellent heating (the floor heating was superb!), clean and soft bedding, and plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Taking a bath in the tub was perfect for washing away the day's cold. The window overlooked the snow, making it feel like waking up in a fairytale.
The front desk staff were wonderful; the gentleman helped with our luggage, and the lady was enthusiastic and thoughtful, recommending sightseeing routes. Everyone felt like family!
The hotel also provides various traditional outfits for guests to use for free right at the entrance, allowing you to try on different looks in the snow – it's fantastic, and free, free, free! The snowman in front of the hotel and the fir trees (I think that's what they're called?) across the way are perfect for photos!
Let's talk about the location and transportation! The hotel's location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Xueyun Street and a 1-minute ride on the scenic shuttle bus. It's quiet yet centrally located. We slept until morning and woke up to a fairytale world outside our window!
The hotel's food was delicious too! We ordered shredded potatoes and 'guo bao rou' (sweet and sour pork), which the kids loved. They both said it was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. The dining environment was also pleasant!
If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow during peak hours, but for those coming to Snow Town to relax, it's not a big issue.
In summary, whether for a family trip or traveling with friends, this hotel can meet your needs. The price is reasonable for Snow Town, offering great value for money. I will definitely return to Snow Town and stay at this hotel again!

AAnonymous UserEnvironment: Clean and tidy, directly facing the main stage for disco, with a great view. If you're sensitive to cold, you can even dance indoors! It's also right by where the shuttle drops you off, so the location is excellent.
Service: Everyone is very enthusiastic and accommodating, always ready to help.
Facilities: They have both accommodation and a restaurant here, so you can dine in, and the food is delicious!!!

I like this hotel very much. There are only five plank road snow view rooms in Xuexiang, all of which are in this hotel. The housekeepers at the front desk are super nice. They will pick you up at the mountain gate. You can find the front desk if you need anything. It is very convenient and warm. And the location is also very good. It is also very close to the big stone tablet. It is very convenient to take the scenic area bus. Xuexiang is really good. The price is not as expensive as it is said. There are also many performances. It is recommended to wear a pair of non-slip and waterproof snow boots, and you must wear gloves 🧤 It is a must for the little fairy who is afraid of cold.
