2200358****Our stay at Lanting Xuehanxi during our trip to Snow Town was fantastic, we were extremely satisfied overall!
First off, the guesthouse's location is super convenient. It's just a minute or two's walk to Xueyun Avenue, and really close to the Snow Town monument and the ski resort. It's perfect for exploring attractions and grabbing food. At night, we could even watch beautiful fireworks right from our window – the atmosphere was incredible.
The environment was also impeccable. The guesthouse is newly renovated, clean, and the facilities are very high-end. The full-house heating was amazing, keeping us warm and comfortable even in Snow Town's nearly thirty-below-zero temperatures.
And the service at the guesthouse was simply outstanding. The owner was warm and attentive, always responding promptly to any requests. They treated us like close friends, which was really heartwarming.
All in all, I highly recommend this guesthouse. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Snow Town.

AAnonymous UserI had the most pleasant stay at the hotel! Ever since my booking they contacted me to stay in touch and asked if i needed any help prior my trip. Every booking was assigned a butler, and our Butler Cao made the trip cery smooth and comfortable! Just inform any inquiries or wish list that you have and he will deliver! He even picked us from the station and our luggage, brought us to the famous spots, shortcuts and accompanied us around the town. I even asked questions after my stay and they still gladly reply which i will be forever thankful.
The room is exactly how it looks like in the pictures cery clean and comfortable. We have informed beforehand regarding our dietary restrictions and they understood and prepared breakfast which were muslim friendly.
The hotel’s location is perfect as its very near the centre but not too close so it was comfortable and it was not so noisy at night.
Overally we had a very pleasant stay and recommend this hotel for anyone interested! Definitely regret staying for only 1 night and wished we could stay longer

LLouisaaa_We chose the Retro Era room at Snow Mushroom Hotel in Xuexiang, and it was an amazing experience! The room decor had so much character – old wooden cabinets, floral bedspreads, feather duster hanging on the wall, and antique kettles; every little detail was full of nostalgia. The *kang* (heated brick bed) was wide and super comfortable. The three of us sat cross-legged on it, chatting and playing cards. We could even order food to our room, which really amplified the ambiance. Despite the retro style, the facilities were excellent. They even provided a humidifier, which helped with the dry air. The hygiene was also top-notch; bedding was changed for every guest, and the room was spotless with no strange odors. The hotel's Northeastern dishes were also superb – the river fish, *luandun* (stew), and cabbage dumplings were authentic and generously portioned, offering great value for money. They delivered the food directly to our room, and enjoying authentic Northeastern cuisine on a warm *kang* was pure bliss! The service was also very thoughtful; they contacted us via WeChat before check-in to provide directions and important information. I highly recommend this room type for both family trips and friends traveling together – you won't regret it!

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมมาก เมื่อรถบัสมาถึงสามารถเดินไปยังโรงแรมได้ในระยะใกล้ โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใจกลาง Snow Town ทำให้การเดินเล่นและท่องเที่ยวสะดวกสบายเป็นอย่างยิ่ง ภายในโรงแรมน่าจะเพิ่งได้รับการปรับปรุงและรีโนเวทใหม่ทั้งหมด จึงให้ความรู้สึกสะอาด ทันสมัย และพักผ่อนได้อย่างสบาย
การสื่อสารกับพนักงานทำได้ง่ายผ่านแอป WeChat ซึ่งเป็นแอปที่ใช้กันอย่างแพร่หลายในประเทศจีน และยังช่วยแปลภาษาได้อีกด้วย ครั้งนี้ได้เข้าพักที่นี่ 2 คืน แต่ครั้งหน้าตั้งใจว่าจะกลับมาพักอย่างน้อย 7 คืนแน่นอน ประทับใจมาก ๆ
The location is excellent. When the bus arrives, the hotel is just a short walk away. It is right in the center of Snow Town, making it very convenient to stroll around. The hotel seems to have been recently fully renovated inside, which made the stay extremely comfortable. Communication with the staff was easy via WeChat, a commonly used app in China that also helps with translation.
We stayed here for 2 nights this time, but next time we will definitely stay at least 7 nights. We absolutely loved it so much!

QQianxinianzhilianThis is a newly opened hotel, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It's located in a small alley right off Xueyun Street, offering a quiet escape while still being convenient for getting around. I booked my room half a month in advance, and as soon as I did, Xuexiang guide Yongheng enthusiastically contacted me. He gave me a lot of travel advice and helped arrange a round-trip private car service from Yabuli West to Xuexiang, making sure to brief the driver not to smoke. Yongheng is the same age as my daughter; he's a young man with the warmth and honesty typical of Northeasterners. He checked in on us and offered advice before, during, and even after our stay. Xuexiang is beautiful, and the people here are wonderful. I'll definitely come back next time!

Thank you to Xueji Hotel for the incredibly warm welcome from the very first moment we arrived. It truly felt like visiting relatives rather than staying at a hotel 🥰
The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. It is equipped with a humidifier, which is extremely helpful in the cold, dry weather. What impressed us the most was the view from the room — we could even see fireworks 🎆 It was such a romantic and special experience.
The hotel also offers local traditional outfits (red floral-style clothing) to borrow, perfect for strolling around the village and taking photos. We had so much fun and captured many beautiful pictures 📸
Most importantly, the hotel has an elevator, which is very convenient, especially in cold weather and when carrying luggage.
🍲 The hotel food was absolutely delicious. Every meal was prepared with care and tasted wonderful. Our whole family loved it — the three of us (father, mother, and child) truly enjoyed every meal ❤️

MM250459****Traveling to Snow Town with my kids, the hotel contacted us beforehand and picked us up from our drop-off point. They even upgraded our room for free! The location is fantastic, very close to the 'Disco Plaza' (where they have evening performances). Breakfast was also quite substantial. It was freezing cold outside, but the room was as warm as spring. They offer complimentary use of traditional padded jackets and hats, and there are free hot drinks in the lobby. We had the front desk staff (the 'xiaojie' and 'xiaoge') help us book bus tickets to Changbai Mountain for the next day, and when we left, they even helped us with our luggage to the bus stop. Choosing Jingbei was definitely the right decision. Highly recommend for fellow travelers!

YYaofeidejiThe room was very clean and spacious, with a large bed and a tatami area next to a snowy view. The heated floor and voice control made it extremely comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again next time. I absolutely loved opening the window to a beautiful snow scene.
The only minor drawbacks were the password lock without an internal deadbolt and no refrigerator, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the staff here were incredibly helpful, assisting us with our luggage and recommending local attractions. Plus, the location is super convenient! Highly recommended!

CCaomaochuanchangyanfeifeiSnow Village truly lives up to its reputation! The 5-hour drive from Harbin was definitely worth it. Honestly, before booking accommodation in Snow Village, I was completely lost. There were so many hotels and guesthouses, and I had no idea which one to choose. Considering safety and comfort, we opted for a hotel called 'Xue Zhi Xiao Zhu'. What surprised me was the five-star concierge service offered by this small hotel in such a 'small place' as Snow Village. After booking and paying through Ctrip, I immediately received a call from the hotel. They added me on WeChat and provided a full itinerary explanation and recommended routes, right up until our arrival when they helped with our luggage and guided us. This hotel is incredibly clean, and they even offer thoughtful local specialties as gifts. The food was also delicious (we tried other places, and this hotel's food was definitely tastier and reasonably priced). On our way back, the young owner enthusiastically pulled our luggage on a sled for us and dropped us off at the boarding point before leaving (he wasn't even wearing gloves in -27-degree weather – very touching). There are so many other details I won't go into one by one, but you truly get what you pay for. A business that genuinely cares for its customers is trustworthy and highly recommended. Thanks again to this hotel with five-star service hidden in Snow Village – 'Xue Zhi Xiao Zhu', see you next year!

MM383603****This isn't my first time in Snow Town, and I'm pretty familiar with most of the accommodations in the scenic area. However, this hotel still managed to surprise me! The shuttle bus from the Wuchang Mountain Gate dropped us directly at the hotel entrance, saving us the hassle of dragging our luggage. I was traveling with my child and mother this time, and the hotel restaurant staff thoughtfully prepared warm milk and toast for my baby for breakfast. This was by far the best breakfast I've had at any accommodation in Snow Town – none of that plain porridge and pickles they usually serve. The buffet had so many options to choose from! The living environment was also excellent, very quiet and the room was spotless. They even provided disposable toilet seat covers. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to sort out numerous issues for me. Many thanks to them! I'll definitely choose this place again next time.
