This hotel boasts an excellent location in Snow Town, right on the central Xueyun Street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the scenic area and enjoying direct views of the snow. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the heating is more than sufficient. The staff are warm and attentive, frequently helping guests plan their itineraries and offering shuttle services.

This was my first time visiting Snow Town, and I had a great experience. The tatami beds were much more comfortable than the old-style heated kangs (the temperature was just right). The hotel is right next to the large stone tablet, so you can easily walk from one end of the street to the other and soak in the lively market atmosphere of Snow Town.

Choosing this hotel in Snow Town is a sure bet, no need to compare it with any others. My husband and I drove here, and I'd done a lot of research. When I travel, I'm usually spot-on with my hotel choices, as we spend most of our time out exploring. This place is clean, their courtyard has a lot of unique features, and the location is fantastic – just a short walk from where the shuttle drops you off, and only a few steps to the disco area. It's right by the Snow Town monument. Someone even helped us with our luggage. The owner is thoughtful and even provided a humidifier in the room, which was great. Plus, their courtyard is spacious and perfect for photos. Breakfast was also satisfying, and the night view of the snow mushrooms was stunning. I really wanted to stay another night, but our itinerary was already set. We'll definitely be back! The hotel is new and so modern with smart home but the price is affordable. We arrived late night and without dinner, they are so warm, prepared warm milk as welcome drinks for us. The room is warm and big, with all the marble design looks so luxury, I like it so much. We have a very good rest in this hotel. Location is a bit away from 雪乡， but for us this hotel is located half way to the next destination, so it is still good. Overall. This hotel is outstanding, very recommended to stay.

As a 'southern potato' (a playful term for someone from southern China), stepping off the bus and seeing Snow Village for the first time was absolutely breathtaking! The hotel is super close to the Wuchang Mountain scenic area bus shuttle station, and it's also directly across from the China Snow Village archway. The heating in the room was incredibly powerful! Both the check-in experience and service were spot-on! Highly recommend! (o^^o)

The hotel is nice and located a few minutes away from jingbo lake scenic spot. We want to express our gratitude to the owner who has upgraded our room to the ground floor from the 1st floor. We were concerned about navigating the stairs with our heavy luggage, and it was such a relief to have a room that was easily accessible. Your kindness and understanding really enhanced our stay. I stayed in a loft room in mid-December, and it was one of the cheaper options in Snow Village. **Facilities:** The bed was a hard wooden board with a thin, one-centimeter foam pad and an even thinner mattress on top – thinner than military-issue beds. Even with a comforter, it was still uncomfortable and hurt my bones. The pillows weren't the flat kind for sleeping; instead, there were only thick, bulky bolster pillows, even plumper than those in typical hotels. My head and shoulders had to lie at an awkward angle, making for a very uncomfortable sleep. Don't use the excuse of rural conditions; anyone can tell if a mattress and pillow are comfortable just by trying them. After I entered the room, the staff member even proactively asked if I wanted to see other rooms. It seems the owner knows guests will find it uncomfortable but insists on this setup, hoping to coax guests who can't tolerate it into upgrading to more expensive rooms. **Environment:** There's a shared bathroom on the loft floor. If someone is using it and you can't wait, there's a public restroom right next to the guesthouse, so it's not too inconvenient. **Service:** When checking in, I said I didn't want to add them on WeChat. The front desk staff's persistent demands to add WeChat, using excuses like 'so we can contact you anytime if there's an issue' or 'it's convenient for sending service information,' were quite irritating. Can't they provide service without WeChat? Or is it inconvenient for them to solicit good reviews later? It took several times for me to express my refusal before they finally gave me a contact number. After reading their service regulations, I found out it's perfectly fine to leave a phone number! I thought guests who didn't add WeChat were in trouble and would be subjected to their 'pua' tactics. **Scenic Area:** The snow-covered rooftops are pretty, but you can only see about forty meters of them. The main axis of the scenic area is Xueyun Street, a two-hundred-meter street lined entirely with shops. Reindeer-drawn sleighs and dog sleds are common attractions you can see at many spots in Northeast China. There are also Yangge dance troupes and Ansai Waist Drum troupes performing along the street. There weren't many surprises or major disappointments, as I already knew it was full of tourist traps before coming. **Note:** A deposit was required upon check-in. The photo shows proof of payment.

There are only five plank road snow view rooms in Xuexiang, all of which are in this hotel. The housekeepers at the front desk are super nice. They will pick you up at the mountain gate. You can find the front desk if you need anything. It is very convenient and warm. And the location is also very good. It is also very close to the big stone tablet. It is very convenient to take the scenic area bus. Xuexiang is really good. The price is not as expensive as it is said. There are also many performances. It is recommended to wear a pair of non-slip and waterproof snow boots, and you must wear gloves 🧤 It is a must for the little fairy who is afraid of cold.

This time I came to Suifenhe, I stayed in this hotel. The front desk service was very good, the items in the room were relatively new, and the hygiene was very clean. The living environment is very close to the high-speed rail station and the bus station. It is particularly worth mentioning that there are multiple parking spaces in front and a parking lot in the back, which is very convenient for self-driving tours. The hotel's breakfast is also very rich. It is worth recommending to stay.
