The room looks exactly like the photos so it's clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted us with our luggage from the moment we arrived until we left, even though our bags were very heavy.
They constantly checked if we needed anything or wanted recommendations on where to go, making us feel like we had a personal guide. Even though staff members don’t speak English fluently, they tried their best to communicate, and using Google Translate worked perfectly.
Breakfast was delicious, with a comforting homemade vibe just like food cooked by mom.

AAnonymous UserThe staff are all welcoming. They really are accommodating and help us with our needs. They also booked us to the private car which made things easier since there's a language barrier. Make sure to have a WeChat app to help with communication. Overall stay is okay, they are really friendly. Location is okay if you don't mind walking from the shuttle bus since they have a butler to pick you up there.

GGuest UserThe hotel's service was excellent, and the front desk staff were really nice. This time, I had the concierge book a private car from Yabuli to Snow Town and tickets to Dahaozi Mountain, which was a great deal. Because I had a bad experience in Yabuli, I was quite worried coming here, but the hotel didn't disappoint us in the end. Everything was thoughtful, and they even upgraded our room during check-in. The room was very clean, and the location was pretty good too. The hotel also has a restaurant that's cheaper than the other grubby little places in Snow Town, though you might not know about it if you're not staying here, haha. Overall, if you're coming to Snow Town, I highly recommend this hotel.

LLee Khey YingI was really satisfied with this stay! The owner picked us up and dropped us off at the entrance of Snow Village, and helped us with our luggage the whole time, which was both effortless and heartwarming. As soon as we arrived at the guesthouse, we felt incredibly welcome, and they even helped us book our bus tickets. My child accidentally derailed the bathroom door, and several staff members came to fix it without a word. They also patiently taught us how to play 'splash water into ice,' which made my child very happy. The breakfast was also delicious. The overall experience was excellent, I highly recommend it!

MM26882****The snow was truly wonderful; in the western and northern parts of the village, the snow was 60 centimeters thick. The whole village was very quiet, perfect for immersive snow play, much better than the crowded Snow Town. If you have enough time, you can explore further east. The rooms were spacious enough, with each bed being 1.5 meters wide. The facilities looked relatively new, and the rooms were incredibly warm, but the shower water wasn't hot enough, so I didn't dare take a shower. The breakfast—plain porridge, steamed buns, and boiled eggs—was of good quality, but the kids didn't eat any of it. The small restaurants were a bit pricey, but the taste was acceptable. The most troublesome thing was transportation; you could only rely on the owner to provide a car for pick-up and drop-off. During the Spring Festival, the starting price to the scenic area and train station was about an hour, and the price was 300 yuan, which was a bit expensive.

11333222****The hotel is quite decent, clean and tidy, with indoor parking spaces, free of charge. The location is very good. Behind it is Longxugou Pedestrian Street. The surrounding food is also convenient. It is very lively and down-to-earth at night. It's a short walk to the old buildings and museums, it takes about 15 minutes, and you can browse the city along the way. Taking a taxi starts at 7 yuan, and you don't need to use the meter when you go to the country gate, and the price is 20 yuan.
Overall good value for money.

The standard room I chose for this trip completely exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and bright, with a well-thought-out layout that didn't feel cramped. The two beds were comfortably spaced, making it easy to move around. The sheets and duvet covers were clean, odorless, and smoothly made. The mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too firm – providing a perfect night's sleep that completely relieved my travel fatigue.
The facilities were impeccable. The high-speed WiFi was stable throughout my stay, allowing me to work and stream without any lag. The air conditioning had precise temperature control and was very quiet. The bathroom fixtures were comprehensive and felt high-quality, with instant hot water. The toiletries had a fresh scent and were great to use. The most pleasant surprise was the soundproofing. Even though my window faced a bustling street, I couldn't hear any noise at all once the window was closed, ensuring a perfect night's sleep.
The service was also exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and quick, and the staff were enthusiastic and patiently answered all my questions.
From hygiene and facilities to service, every detail showcased quality, offering incredible value for money! I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit and have already recommended it to my friends. It's worth repurchasing indefinitely!
