I didn't realize that there are two Swiss Flora Hotels nearby so my taxi dropped me off at the wrong one, which was very frustrating for me as I was exhausted and sick. But the kind front desk agent offered me a free ride with the hotel vehicle to the correct one, which was just around the block. The hotel was very comfortable and the food at the restaurant was delicious (I had their traditional Saudi stew with rice and fresh squeezed orange juice) and the service was impeccable. The room was very comfortable with all the modern amenities as expected in any city hotel, but the room had a faint cigarette smell which I didn't like. I was too tired to change rooms, do I dealt with it. I asked for a wake up call at 2:30am which I did receive...thankfully!

The hotel is conveniently located opposite a mall, making shopping and dining easy. The room was good and clean. You can grab a coffee or dessert on the sofa in the lobby, or enjoy a drink in the garden. The lobby bar staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the young man who was always cheerful when I went to get hot water. Overall, great service from them. However, the front desk staff were a bit stiff and didn't smile much. On the bright side, the bellhops were very proactive, greeting guests and offering Arabic coffee. Breakfast was decent, but it's a typical Arabic breakfast, which might be a bit plain for those used to Chinese food.

Rooms are good with all the required amenities. Service is good. They clean rooms everyday but on intimation. There is smoke smell in our hall whenever neighbours smoked in their room and that was a great discomfort to me and my 10 month old kid. Car parking was an issue for us. There is no private parking for the property. Other than that we had a good stay for a week in the hotel.

Very good hotel for business travellers. Spacious & well equipped rooms and good room service and restaurant selections. A minor comment is the poor shower head and inconsistent hot water, even though the water pressure is good. Mid-shower the water would become hot, then cold, then hot again. The shower head is of poor quality and is below what I expected. The bathrooms are well equipped with everything except towels: only 2 were provided (face towel and body towel). The air conditioner is in good working order but I could not set the temperature. Thankfully I was in winter and the room was already cold. I used the conveniently provided space heater on especially cold nights. Would consider again.

Good Price with Good Location and Good Service if you travel to Riyadh and looking for the hotel near metro and easy to reach any Attraction I recommended ”Gloria Inn Hotel”

Had a very nice stay at Rosa Grand Hotel during a business trip. The hotel is clean and comfortable. the location was very convenient, especially being close to the Exhibition Centre. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. I also felt comfortable throughout my stay as a female traveller. Overall, a simple but very good hotel with great service and a convenient location. Would happily stay here again.
