I rarely write such detailed reviews for hotels, but the service at this one is truly outstanding! The moment you walk in, the aroma from the diffusers at the entrance is wonderful, and the decor is elegantly vintage. The front desk ladies were incredibly helpful! They thoughtfully provided four welcome gifts and even gave us four complimentary breakfasts. (P.S. The steamed dumplings and toast at breakfast were delicious, and the soy milk was great!) The buckwheat pillows in the room were incredibly comfortable and helped me sleep so well! Even when I called for room service late at night, the staff were still wonderfully patient and polite. The diffuser on the bathroom vanity also smelled amazing – a subtle, non-overpowering caramel coffee scent that really brightened my mood. (P.S. The hand soap smells fantastic too!) The hotel's location is excellent. If you're planning to travel by train or high-speed rail, it's about a five-minute walk from the hotel, which is super convenient. It's also close to a shopping mall, and there are plenty of great restaurants around! I'm genuinely not a shill; it's just that the staff here are so incredibly thoughtful and excellent that it made me want to write such a long review. I just forgot to take pictures of the hotel, so I'll have to borrow a few online, haha.

After check-in, turn on the TV and show that you need to pay, you can't find the operation sign, and you can find the front desk. The master said: Disordered, take it back to restore. Changed one. The smell is big, change my room. I looked at that room and the floor drain was the same, so I didn't change it. Water was filled with plastic bags and placed on the floor drain. The reading lights on both sides of the bed were not on. Booked for three days, but the door could not be opened the next day, because the card was made for one day when I checked in. The front desk explained two sentences, one sentence I don't think makes sense; one sentence I don't understand. The room rate does not include breakfast, and 38 yuan per meal is added early. Free Internet access is not provided, no cartons, razors are provided.

During my trip to Mudanjiang, I stayed at the Home Inn Hotel (Railway Station Pedestrian Street Branch) and had an amazing experience! The hotel is perfectly located, just 870 meters from the train station, within walking distance. The surrounding pedestrian streets, snack streets, and supermarkets are all within easy reach, making it incredibly convenient for dining, drinking, and entertainment. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive, check-in was prompt, and they also provided helpful travel advice. The room was spacious and bright, with a well-designed layout. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning and bathroom amenities were all fully functional. The bathroom had plenty of hot water with consistent water pressure.

The hotel is hygienic, clean and cost-effective. It is conveniently located opposite the train station. There is Dongyi Pedestrian Street nearby, which is convenient for eating. When going to Jingbo Lake, the bus stops at the door to save time.

Because I had to leave early and didn't want to disturb others, the uncle changed me to a double room with a private bathroom. I was hungry all day and went to the youth hostel to eat instant noodles and hamburgers to fill my stomach. The boss and his family were eating, so they quickly pulled me in to eat with them, and didn't even let me wash the dishes. It was really warm to listen to everyone chatting in the small living room.

The sheets and quilt cover looked very clean. The hot water was centrally supplied and the hot and cold temperatures were stable. I booked a twin room without an A-shaped bed. I arrived at 9:30 in the evening. The room I was given did not have a bathroom. The one with very small separation of dry and wet areas is completely different from what was said in the comment section. I didn’t think it was a big problem at the time, but after I took a shower, I realized that there was serious water accumulation on the entire floor. I reported it to the front desk the next day, and the waiter was very nice and gave it to me for free. I changed to a family room. The room was much larger and the bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas. I immediately decided to go to one more attraction and stay here for one more night.

Facilities: All that a hotel should have. The bed is very soft, the bedding is clean, and there is free purified water. Hygiene: The room looked clean to the naked eye, but it was not cleaned and disinfected thoroughly. There were a lot of debris floating around. When I woke up in the morning, both my phone screens were covered with it. When I went to bed at night, I would feel itchy on my face and body. Environment/Transportation: Two minutes walk from the train station, good soundproofing in the room. Service: The front desk service is enthusiastic. The staff quality is high.
