Hotels in Mudanjiang Pedestrian Street, Mudanjiang

I booked this hotel for a business trip and unexpectedly needed to print some documents late at night. The front desk staff, despite it being so late, was incredibly helpful and printed quite a few pages for me. They were so warm and didn't seem bothered at all, and even printed them for free, which I felt a little bad about! This is a really great hotel with very enthusiastic staff. The small convenience store on the first floor is also good; I bought some nice snacks there. Highly recommend, I'll definitely come back next time!

The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and I slept soundly, the front desk staff were friendly, check-in and check-out were efficient, the location was convenient and the soundproofing was good, and the price-performance ratio was excellent. I would definitely choose this place for my next stay!

The hygiene and facilities were satisfactory, meeting Atour's usual standards. Most of the staff were also quite good, greeting us proactively and answering all our questions. However, I was quite unhappy with a few details: 1. We didn't book breakfast online, and when we tried to inquire if there were any upgrade policies for breakfast on-site, a slender male front desk staff member coldly said, ”Atour never has a breakfast upgrade policy” right after I asked the first part of the question. While it's not a big deal, it came across as very arrogant and uncomfortable. 2. They never offered proactive service. Seeing that we were a family with a child, they didn't proactively provide toiletries or even ask if we needed children's toiletries. 3. The bottled water was a very cheap brand, and we always had to go to the front desk ourselves to get refills. In summary, the service here felt quite a bit worse than other Atour hotels I've stayed at in other cities.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and we would definitely recommend it to anybody staying in Mudanjiang. In addition to best accommodations( breakfast, night snacks, free laundry, gym. Etc…), the service was top tier, the best that we had in all of China. All of the staff were super accommodating ensuring that we had a fantastic experience in Mudanjiang. Especially appreciative of the front desk lady (迟凤竹） who helped us hire a private car so that we can tour tiger park and the local Korean village near Mudanjiang.

First, the location: it's very close to the pedestrian street, making it convenient for strolling. Next, the room: the environment was very nice, the facilities were clean and tidy, and my child loved it. The hotel service was excellent; the two ladies at the front desk were warm and attentive. Since it was my first time in Mudanjiang, I asked them for recommendations on nearby restaurants, and I didn't find any disappointing ones. It was fantastic! I'll definitely choose Hanting again next time I'm in Mudanjiang.

The price of accommodation in such an interesting location and with breakfasts. The hotel is located in almost a large shopping area, in 5-7 minutes walk from the railway station. The decoration for settlement passed very quickly. When there were problems with the TV, the duty station quickly came on the floor and helped to figure out and connect interesting TV channels for me. Breakfast needs to come early. Breakfast from 7 to 9 a.m. When I arrived at 8:30, the rest of the food was very scarce. But when I came at 8, it was enough, in the format of standard Chinese breakfast. I got a very cozy room, with an interesting interior design. The closer to the window was a podium in the form of a traditional Chinese can and a traditional low table. Access to curtains seemed a little inconvenient. To close the curtains of the windows you need to climb to this improvised can. In the bathroom/bathroom is the full set of necessary items. Shampoo and shower gel in large dispensers with large inscriptions. Mirror with convenient lighting (for shaving) and heating that would not sweat. Some inconvenience was delivered by a noisy fan in the bathroom. Among the shortcomings was the absence of straps or hooks for towels. It was necessary to use its road, with attachment on the front desks. Sound isolation is good. A little in the morning was prevented by the noise of repairs nearby the standing hotel. Through the campus yard in the west direction of a large supermarket where you can take fruit, sweets, drinks, snacks, etc. The location of the hotel is very convenient for the train station and there is an inconvenience (a great way to bypass) if you use the train station that is located in the north exit of the train station. Overall, the accommodation was enjoyable . Staff is very friendly , close to shops , cafes, restaurants, from noisy central streets separates a number of buildings.

This time, I came to Mudanjiang with my friends and booked a newly opened hotel. It is located in the center of the pedestrian street. I was amazed as soon as I walked in. It is no worse than a star hotel. The service is very good. The two single beds are moderately spaced, the bedding is clean and tidy, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the sleeping experience is excellent. The room is equipped with an intelligent voice system, which can control the lights and curtains by voice. It has a full sense of technology. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family!

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the train station and the pedestrian street. It is clean and hygienic, and the decoration is good. The front desk service is very good. The breakfast is not many varieties but tastes good. The noodles, wontons, and fried dumplings are all delicious. The lady in the breakfast room is also nice. Very welcoming. Prices in Mudanjiang are indeed cheap. There is a gluten-free bakery nearby that is cheap and delicious. This Orange Hotel is very cost-effective. Mudanjiang is less crowded and cooler, and the tourist experience is good. However, the water in Jingbo Lake is not clear due to the previous flood.
