被子上面還有血跡，一點也不乾淨，服務也不好，延遲退房十塊錢一個小時，就多了一分鐘還多收我十塊，黑心錢賺多了吧，我拿卡給她的時候還是整點，到她手裡就一分，還多收我十塊
